The food is NOT very good. The flavor combinations were lovely, but the execution wasn't there. The toast with the fries were limp and soggy (how do you mess up fries?!), and the toast was totally burnt. Go for the views, not the food/cocktails.

We went for a birthday luncheon for my daughter. The service was great, the food was OK. But, the lack of an appropriate dress code for the patrons gave the whole place a very very tacky feel. People came in with flip flops, cut off jeans, base ball hats turned backwards and sleeveless undershirts. Honestly pretty cheap looking.
I've only been to the bar at the top of the hotel. It has a great view of the city. If you want to eat in the sit down service area you must have reservations. The stand up bar area is limited in space but you can get food there as well. Drinks are standard bar stuff and pricey but the view is incredible. You do not have to buy a drink to enjoy the view.
The most incredible views of Philadelphia. The bar and restaurant are absolutely stunning, but it's honestly all about the views...and the people watching. Come here for a drink, dinner, and plenty to look at. Worth the wait.
Wow! That s what I said when I rode up the elevator. That s what I said when I walked into the 60th floor lobby. That s what I said when I looked out through the window. Wow!!
Incredible views, incredible service, state-of-the-art amenities in the room and great food! The only thing that was a little off-putting was the dog that was sitting at the table next to us at dinner with his masters... in a stroller... and no, he wasn't a service dog! LOL
To actually participate in building this company looking at iron beams and cutting cement, to looking at this now iam amazed, great job very beautiful place to stay
Great views. Adrienne and Taylor are great bartenders on 60th, but they have had no Jack Daniels since Sunday, and it is Wednesday now. Can we fix that?? Otherwise I am a regular here for lunch and I m never disappointed!
What a wonderful hotel - the location, decor, staff, bed, and space were all welcoming and enchanting. We spent the night in one of the suites and the special soaking tub was a highlight of the trip. Thanks to the front desk staff for everything.
One of my favorite new hotels!!! The location is great! The whole hotel is so modern it s truly amazing! The lounge and restaurant is one of the best in the world! And food and drinks are also great!
Last evening I met my wife at the Swan for a drink and a bite to eat. We had limited time and it was a special occasion so the Four Seasons seemed like a good bet. We came away feeling it had been thoroughly underwhelming. The setting was certainly lovely. The place uncrowded. We had two poorly balanced specialty cocktails at $15.00 each and a bland, slightly soggy pizza, which a dozen other places could have done better. All told it came to $56.00 plus tip. Nothing was bad enough to send back. It was just mediocre and disappointing, no different, and possibly less quality than any other hotel would do. No reason to go back. I would expect better from the Four Seasons.
Brand new modern hotel (autumn 2019). Luxurious rooms with modern lighting, remote controlled curtains, and spacious layout. Over-the-top service, but with a weird go-up-to-60th-floor check in. Excellent food.
We tried to make a reservation early in the week for Saturday night at the upstairs bar and were told we did not need one. When we arrived to meet friends, we were denied entrance and told we needed a reservation. Then we were told that the friends we were meeting could send someone down to get up to meet them. So we got out of line to wait for the upstairs host. However, the downstairs host said no and that she told everyone they weren t doing that , even though a second downstairs host confirmed that if someone came to get us, we could meet up with our friends. We have a traditional outing for the holidays and this was a disappointing start to our evening. We wasted a bunch of time trying to get in and did not get to meet with our friends.
Everything you expect from a Four Seasons property and more. Breath taking accents on glass elevators sweep you up to a magnificent height of almost 1,000 feet.
Chic panorama is a theme here. High finishes and lush appointments abound. This is clear in the infinity pool on the 57th floor. Turquoise meets skyline and floor meets ceiling in panels of glass.
The featured restaurants are word class, staffed with award winning chefs. From seafood lighter fare at Greg Vernic's Oyster bar inspired restaurant whose three only menu items that are not seafood are unapologetically in the "Not Seafood" section. The press for the high end presentation by Jean George Vongerichten reads as follows:
"Elevating Philadelphia s culinary scene, Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten presents a new 59th-floor destination. From power breakfasts to sophisticated dining, you ll enjoy impeccable food and service." My point exactly.
The Four Seasons Philadelphia is a destination attraction.
Horrible, unacceptable wait to get into the bar. Because they were totally unacceptable under staffed and were purposefully holding people in line. They said it was too crowded and after a hour wait to get in the bar was not crowded. They lied. Drinks were outrageously expensive and smaller than I anything I have ever been served. Definitely they are using their name for unacceptable service and products.
Best hotel in town!!! Spectacular views. An amazing restaurant on the 60th floor. Beautiful modern rooms. The infinity pool on the 57th floor facing the city is really nice (an amazing sunset view)
Overall, the trip was very pleasant and the Four Season's was worth a stay but I would recommend skipping the in-room dining for breakfast, we were a bit disappointed with it.
This hotel is located at the top of the COMCAST building in Philadelphia the view from the city is spectacular. The hotel is typical Four Seasons eccelence.
Wonderful views and friendly staff. They let us take the elevator to the top to show our daughter what the city looks like from high up even though we were not guests.
As expected, breathtaking views, luxurious and comfortable bedding, impeccable customer service. I arrived on a red eye from the west coast and was hoping to just drop off my bags and wander the city until normal check-in time. James at the front door was very conscientious as well as the staff working the front desk. They even managed to prepare a room ahead of schedule. The infinity pool and sky bar are worth checking out. Will return next time I'm in town!
Wow. Finally Philly has a wonderful place to be proud. I traveled a lot in Europe and always wanted a nice place in USA similar to European experience. Bravo
Awful... Christine the front manager was rude, and unhelpful.. the staff seemed poorly trained inattentive and no one there helps. First time I ve seen arrogant four seasons employs. This place is a joke !
This trip was very nice and very fancy I would definitely recommend it for everyone. The food is definitely five stars it was magical if u would have tasted it. The view is so beautiful and very good for pictures. Out of all the time I have been here this was definitely five stars
The best hotel hands down. The service is impeccable, e.g., when I arrived with a flat tire I was told the tire will be aired and the gentleman secured a new tire by the next day. The people at the front desk make you feel welcome, and help for any and every request you have.
The rooms are gorgeous, the attention to detail is unmatched.
I will definitely be returning, the management even bid me farewell, with a personal escort to my car. The menu has a lot of potential, however, it is truly 24/hr in room dining. The spa is great, very warm, relaxing, in a beautiful room overlooking the city.
I cannot wait to return post covid to truly experience the hotel in it's entirety.
Quite an amazing establishment to retire your week at. when work keeps you on your feet, one might want to be treated like they are treating the paperwork that needs to be turned in, "without a scratch on it, perfect in every aspect." In any case be weary that the people here WILL kiss your bum for everything you have in your wallet. nonetheless, it was comfortable, and quiet to lay idle in pleasant slumber.
Awesome experience for tourists. You can enjoy a nice meal for a fair price. It might be on the high end of the price spectrum but the experience is worth it.
This new hotel is great, one of the tallest buildings in philly. The pool is on the top floor with fantastic views and there is a dinosaur museum up the street off tour staying here with kids. Over all the best!!
Great place, awesome views and vibes. Bartender's should be more attentive and friendlier to blk folks... This is not my first time coming to this hotel and that's my only issue, everytime I've stayed here. It's beyond obvious to and the people who have been with me the lack of attention and service in comparison to the people with a different skin color...
Luxury oasis in Philadelphia, great location opposite Logan Square, is a 4-minute walk from The Franklin Institute, and 6 minutes from Suburban Station. I like the suite with separate living and working areas. WiFi is good which is important sometimes I score a private balcony. Upscale restaurant and a lounge with a bar for business meetings.
This is the gold standard for excellence in customer service and just overall quality. The accommodations were great. We had a beautiful view of the skyline. We also took advantage of the house car (Tesla) for a couple of local outings. We will definitely stay there again.
