As expected, breathtaking views, luxurious and comfortable bedding, impeccable customer service. I arrived on a red eye from the west coast and was hoping to just drop off my bags and wander the city until normal check-in time. James at the front door was very conscientious as well as the staff working the front desk. They even managed to prepare a room ahead of schedule. The infinity pool and sky bar are worth checking out. Will return next time I'm in town!
