We tried to make a reservation early in the week for Saturday night at the upstairs bar and were told we did not need one. When we arrived to meet friends, we were denied entrance and told we needed a reservation. Then we were told that the friends we were meeting could send someone down to get up to meet them. So we got out of line to wait for the upstairs host. However, the downstairs host said no and that she told everyone they weren t doing that , even though a second downstairs host confirmed that if someone came to get us, we could meet up with our friends. We have a traditional outing for the holidays and this was a disappointing start to our evening. We wasted a bunch of time trying to get in and did not get to meet with our friends.
