Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia Review

Very expensive drinks, not that I was able to order any since it was so crowded and impossible to get a seat. The view was nice though!

Only had drinks and dessert on 60th floor, at GJ. Wow. Just Wow.

This new world class property is a Philadelphia stunner. If you are looking for first-class you can expect to enjoy yourself. I have taken some photos for your review.

Food was wonderful! Portions not so much. I could eat again about two hours later. Service was excellent!

Nice Hotel, but not what I expect from the name Four Seasons. Nothing tremendously different than other hotels.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate the New year and birth of our son. We decided to extend our trip as soon as we saw our room.

The corner rooms here offer a wonderful, comforting experience.

The service from the lobby is very professional and sophisticated. If you are a german or french speaker you'll find it is very easy to check in and enter your room as the hotel has native speakers.

The doormen , valet ,and security also do a wonderful job of complimenting all the above.

We cannot wait until our next stay.

A peaceful oasis in the clouds. Seriously. Great views everywhere, lush rooms and great Four Seasons service.

Aside from aesthetics, the attention to detail and hospitality provided is nothing but exceptional. Truly lives up to the reputation of a world class hotel experience. The views and pool are stunning, while the COVID protocols made my family and myself feel safe and pampered.

We called and planned for drinks after an event. Four seasons staff told us they were open until 1, upon arriving at 12:15 we were told the bar was closed. Terrible

I planned a romantic dinner for my boyfriend and myself here at Jean George s in the Four Seasons Hotel. I used OpenTable for my reservation and added a note that we were celebrating his birthday and I d like a special vegan treat.

Now that the background info is out of the way, the actual restaurant was phenomenal. You take the elevator right up to the 60th floor which is a fun ride since it s all glass and you get a breath taking view as you rise. I suppose it can also be a bit scary since it s feels like it s moving fast. There s coat check at the guest services before you enter the restaurant. If you re dining Jean George s you ll need to take the steps down to the 59th floor but not to worry, the steps are amazing with a waterfall feature on the walls both sides of the stair case.

The service was amazing! A huge thank you and shout out to Lindsey for making our dinner beautiful. She was attentive but not too much so we were still able to enjoy our time together. She also was able to ask the chef to prepare a vegan entree that was magically and helped us make really good suggestions for our apps. Honestly I won t go on and on about the food. The food was superb, 10/10. You can taste a variety of bold and well balanced flavors in each bite. You just need to try it.

I think we got the best seats in the house which is awesome because the view of the city was magically, the entire ambiance was breathtaking and luxe. You re just gotta go try the experience, top notch service and completely different food for yourself!

Very fine experience. My parents and my husband and I all stayed there for a wedding and were quite impressed with the Hotel and the restaurant.

Terrible experience. I was hoping for a relaxing few days, but it was absolutely a nightmare. I could not relax or get a good night sleep or even a good nap. The walls of the next rooms are so thin, that you can hear people or phone conversations very clearly like they are in the same room with you. Also the vent would make loud unpredictable noises, all of the sudden that will startle you when you are sleeping. The staff is very rude. The food is so fattening. Nothing is good except if you like to drink alcohol and if you like to buy a lot of chocolates and nuts. A very clever way to get more money from you.

I visited this hotel over the weekend and loved it. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful. I was especially pleased with Orenthal and Huey. Orenthal was very polite and seemed to be happy help us. Huey was extremely helpful and sweet. When he packed everything up, he double checked our room to make sure we got everything. We were greeted by every single staff member that passed us. Overall, I had an amazing time and the staff made my trip a lot better.

Poor customer service. Not what i usually experience from the Four Seasons. My husband and I stay exclusively at Four Seasons worldwide but this has made us seek out a different hotel chain. The managers and front desk staff did not care, were inattentive, and made errors with our booking. Don t recommend.

The infiniti pool right across Comcast headquarters is phenomenal. Spa is great too!!! The staff is really helpful. They keep everything temperature controlled and have plenty of staff to assist you.

Worth every penny

One of my favorite places to stay anywhere I vacation. Top notch hotel period.

Will never stay anywhere else in Philadelphia. Marquita checked us in and was amazing. She went above and the make sure we had a wonderful trip. She found out it was our 40th anniversary and went above and beyond to make it a very memorable experience. I'm just so happy to have the pleasure to meet her!!

View is amazing. I took my wife here for a dinner and we were treated so nicely and it made us feel really special.

Massage in Heaven, from an angel Still amazingly luxurious, the four seasons spa does not chance on luxury even in these times. I continuously saw staff cleaning and wearing gloves and masks. I felt safe immediately. My massage by Adrienne, was divine. Perfect pressure, and very thorough. I was blown away by literally feeling like a cloud , while looking out on a cloud! She put me in another world. This place is special. On point but comfy! Grateful I could use the relaxation room, they put up dividers... but those lounge chairs and view are still as magnificent as ever. Glad to have a haven in the sky!

Beautiful place, the food was fine. Sercer was amazing The elderly Male host at JG Skyhigh was awful. Left a bad taste in my mouth. He was the only bad thing about our experience. He hand gestured us to leave after we took a peek, quietly down at the JG below. I couldn't believe what I was seeing!!! Who is he??Such a stuffy host. Not high class at all. Very rude.

Just spectacular. Floors are from 50 amd above. Amazing views of the city. Check out the bar on the 60th floor and restaurant on the 59th floor.

Entirely possible it's the best hotel I've stayed in

Great location- right next to fountain at Ben Franklin Parkway. Plus Franklin Institute and Art Museum are close by.

As a travel agent this is WOW! Outstanding service from the bellhop who opens your door, and welcomes you to the hotel. Your car is parked, the luggage is removed and brought up to your fabulous, spacious room with marble bathrooms, plush carpets, fine soft sheets, blankets with top sheets wrapped so tight and the warm color of the furniture makes you stand in awe.
The restaurants are superior with terrific food and breathtaking service.
You never see a hand reach out for a tip, but they know it's coming- I don't really appreciate that, but they are there to serve you not break you. This is why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.
I did the bed and breakfast offer and found the food excellent. Fresh soft waffles with fresh fruit. Save up and have a pajama slumber party here.

Fantastic service, comfy beds and chairs, amazing views, AND we were close to the Franklin Institute when my grandmother, my mother and I went to Philly for a performance from my acting troupe! The food is so good too. A nice place to stay if you're taking a long stay. <3

Just what you would expect from The Four Seasons, beautifully decorate designed to provide the best views in the city. The late afternoon wait staff & service were still a little raw but hopefully, that will change soon.

ABSOLUTE FOUR SEASONS in a wonderful location. We prefer rooms that look over the circle and the road to the Philadelphia Museum as it almost feels Paris. Restaurant is great for Sunday Brunch

This is a five star hotel by God! I love it here! The service is kick ass! Great place to see the beautiful skyline, the WiFi here is pretty good as well. This place gets five stars.

Stayed here for the Rock & Roll half marathon just after it opened and had a stellar experience. Great staff, great service, great location. Must visit the pool!

It was amazing! Beautiful hotel, amazing service, beautiful view, clean room, over 50,000 free movies on a huge tv! There s nothing not to like! I was so sad when I had to leave and I hope I can go back soon! Highly recommend! You won t want to miss an amazing opportunity there.

First time at ANY four seasons, and this was quite the experience. Service is excellent. Went to the spa and came out feeling no worries. Highly recommend. Next time I'll actually stay the night

Atmosphere was great although the speaker was right in our ear. The portions are small. I didnt try the pizza but it looked good. The egg roll is one egg roll.

Everything at the four seasons is always 5 star and perfect as always.
I really like building they built on cloudy day its a really nice view.

One of my favs place in town. Excellent food. Excellent drinks but time for serving could be better.

As always it literally head and shoulders above the clouds. Breakfast was spectacular 60 floors above the city.

Gorgeous rooms, very modern, enjoyed the unique technological conveniences. The rooms are very small for the money but the money is in the views, awesome service and central phili location.

Came for lunch. Duck confit salad was excellent and just the right size.
