I've only been to the bar at the top of the hotel....

I've only been to the bar at the top of the hotel. It has a great view of the city. If you want to eat in the sit down service area you must have reservations. The stand up bar area is limited in space but you can get food there as well. Drinks are standard bar stuff and pricey but the view is incredible. You do not have to buy a drink to enjoy the view.
