Nice hotel in a nice area not too far from everyth...

Nice hotel in a nice area not too far from everything. Two pools, one inside and one outside put I didn't like the pools because they felt very heavy to swim in...if you understand what I'm trying to say.

Room was nice overall, great service, location is nice with restaurants less than a mile away. Only giving it 4/5 because anytime there is indoor pools, rooms and building are humid. This can be fixed of course by turning on the AC in the room.

Older hotel but had the most comfortable beds ever for a hotel. Reasonably clean. Fabulous breakfast...but it's not included in hotel price. Small Starbucks in hotel. Found a great deal on the internet. Good location.

Dated, inattentive staff in bar, need to use elevators to transit between floors, ice machines don t have ice, no refrigerator in room or microwave. Place was immaculate though, just extremely overpriced for the accommodations provided.

Wonderful place for couples..great staff..very.helpful.the place was relaxing. And worth the cash....they have a restaurant..indoor pool....bar...some of the balconies even face indoors.there is a beautiful waterfall in the indoor pool and spa and they have full size bathroom soaps and very well kept rooms.its amazing

Hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate and close to the giant Metro Center, ensuring numerous options for shopping and dining. The staff here were courteous and helpful: they brought a mini fridge to my room when I requested it, and responded promptly to other requests as well. Rooms feature carpeted indoor balconies facing onto a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub in the center of the lobby. Hotel restaurant provides ala carte dining choices for late night snacking as well. Highly recommend this hotel, would gladly stay again.

DON'T DO IT! When I checked in I was told the room...

DON'T DO IT! When I checked in I was told the room I paid for in advance was not available, and that my reservation of 2 queen beds was just considered a special request. I had the option of picking 1 king, 1 queen or 2 queen beds. If I wanted to stay in a 1 bedroom then I would've booked it. Now I have to sleep in one bed with three people. The hotel refused to refund my money stating that there were no other rooms available nor were there any cots either.

The room smelled stale, and the only elevator that actually worked reeked of marijuana. The indoor pool closes at 9pm.

Great room, front end staff was wonderful, the overwhelming smell of clorine when you walk in isn't wonderful, but my actual issue was the breakfast buffet. I totally get no Togo containers on the hot food, but you won't let me take a bagel to my room? That seems a lot petty.

My room was not ready upon arrival and I waited close to an hour. I was offered 2 free drinks but I don't drink. The room was quite noisy . I was placed on the street side of the hotel. Maid service was excellent.

Honestly I travel all across the country and this has been my worst hotel experience to date. The staff and management were extremely rude and unhelpful.

When I asked them to help me deal with an issue of an extra day that they decided to add past what I reserved on booking (they randomly had an extra day on their end that a staff member put on) they refused to help me deal with it. Instead claiming that I had asked for the day.

The room was also lackluster. For the amount they charge they couldn t even have common amenities such as a fridge... I also truly believe they simply refolded used towels as my towels definitely did not appear fresh.

Overall I am very disappointed in this Sheraton, as I have stayed at many across the country and never been treated with such disrespect. I will definitely not be back and if you have any other options in this large city, I recommend you use them.

The hotel was clean and appeared to be nearly empty. TV had quite the assortment of stations to watch. Shower took a bit of time to figure out how to turn on, might need to post a tutorial on it?

Wife tried to make arrangements on line but website would not allow it. So she had to call and have Sheraton staff make arrangements. She requested 2 nights with 3rd night free which the guy on the line repeated and said he put in for us Saturday. We have confirmation of that electronically. I showed up early Saturday to check in around 1300 but all the Front Desk staff were in a meeting and we would have to wait for that meeting to end which might be an hour. Who does this? I did check in and asked for the special 2 nights with one night free that the wife thought we had gotten. Monday morning the Housekeeping person told my wife we were leaving the room that day rather than Tuesday based on Front Desk Mgr comment?

I called Mgr and expressed what we had by phone and she commented that the wrong code was put in for the 2 nights one night free. I again told her that is what one of her people put in on the phone because the wife could not do it on line. I have an electronic confirmation saying we have 2 nights 1 night free she said that was wrong. I told her I would be back onsite before check out and that we could discuss at that time.

At the time I arrived at front desk Melinda (Mgr) was there and she said that she was able to find a way to leave us in the rooms we were in but she had to change the rate because we were charged the wrong rate. I voiced my displeasure with her ruling and left for the room.

Marriott Management would never talk to customers especially not Premier customers in the manner that this young mgr did. I think the training that the Bonvoy group is undergoing needs to continue and needs oversight. Sheraton's are not Marriott properties inside and out. This property also has many homeless walking through its parking lots at night which poses a safety concern.

Stayed two nights here. Room was quiet & customer service was top notch. 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis.... 1 of each indoors. Breakfast was really good, something for everyone. Workout room was clean. Safe in the room. Shower nice and clean.... A/C was cold and bedding nice and warm. Easy access to our car. Nice area for dogs to run and do their business. Would definately stay here again.

I'm really disappointed in my stay. I am pregnant and flew in on a red eye for family. I knew I would be coming in late so I called the hotel weeks in advance to ensure my room would be correct. Deluxe king with a balcony and requested a fridge and microwave in room. Was told I would not have to worry that my reservations are confirmed. Arrived and was told they were sold out so I was given a double queen room. No balcony. No fridge and microwave. Had to throw away my food as I had nowhere to put it and it was already almost 230 in the morning I needed sleep and didn't have time to wait for the fridge to arrive, if they even had any. This is my first time staying here as I strayed away from my normal hotel for something I thought would be better. Boy was I wrong. I slept horribly in a separate bed from my husband. Woke up starving because I had to throw away my food. Was told to try the next day to see if I could get the room I wanted as I was told "rooms aren't guaranteed". What did I pay for then? I paid specifically for this room and I didn't get it. So how are you going to compensate me? I'm utterly disgusted and don't plan on ever staying at this hotel again. I want my money back for the upgraded room I never received.

The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. They offer free breakfast to guest with a wide variety. Breakfast room was clean and the ladies serving breakfast were on top of things also very helpful. I really enjoyed the infused water they keep in the lobby.

I really enjoyed this hotel!! My bf bought me a room for a getaway for the night for $79 and I was truly grateful!!! I loved the atmosphere here. The bedroom was super comfy and clean. The indoor pool and hot tub were so refreshing. The breakfast here was also outstanding! I highly recommend this stay.

I was quite impressed with my experience at the Four Points by Sheraton. The location is great for locals and out-of-towners because it is by the freeway and easy to spot, plus has places to go you can reach on foot in 10 mins or less. Our room was clean, quiet, with a great shower. My only complaint is the rooms need better pillows. All down pillows in ours, so my back was achy when I got up.

Clean property. Staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Prices maybe a little high, unless you take advantage of prepaid rates.
On site dining options are lean. Menu selections were good, but nothing special. The bar was reasonably generous with filling a wine glass, which is refreshing to see.
I was surprised that this property really did not offer benefits to SPG Gold members. Usually, you will get a breakfast voucher or club access, but not at this property. Not really any special treatment or perks for loyalty, other than a thank you.

Was a value in a business / vacation hotel, but horrid WiFi causes loss of at least one star, maybe 2. WiFi portal impossible for some laptops, especially Chromebooks. WiFi to use the TV built in Chromecast continually drops the cast. Most annoying. Business travelers should be wary. Good location. Pools and hot tub spa.

As always, I enjoyed a pleasant stay at yet another Four Points by Sheraton hotel. The room was clean, up-to-date, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and got me checked in right away. They also have on-site security that was keeping an eye on things, as well as the cars in the parking lot. Very impressed!

Stayed there for the week. Staff was friendly as always, though it was the second time they ve pulled more of the amount from my card from what they told me at my check-in for a hold . A whole $200 more... Went to front desk to solve the issue just to have a young lady blame it on a day shift person, saying they must ve not read the right directions and to tell me I have to wait a couple days to get my money back which caused issues on my end at home.
