This was a horrible experience. We had a 6hr road trip. And when Our baseball team arrived we found out that they didn't want to respect our confirmations #. They have all 12 of my families waiting in the lobby. And they don't want to give us an update. Never again

While the staff was nice, the bed was comfy and seems moderately clean, some areas could be fixed including the chipping paint at the elevator, the dropped down ceiling looked in the bathroom and the tile in the shower could be fixed/updated.

After a couple of weeks of camping and being on the road, pulling in to this hotel was like heaven. Two pools, one indoor with a waterfall and one outside kept the kids happy for hours and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Can't recommend it enough.

I'd give it maybe a 1.5 when compared with other hotels, but a 3.5 for what it is. Given the choice, I probably wouldn't stay again.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, and I found the bed, pillows, and blankets to be really comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, the shower works great and has 3 settings. There isn't a mini-fridge or a microwave, but you can ask for them to be brought to your room. The breakfast buffet is simple, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, potatoes, etc... I did find a bit of mold on one of the bagels, but I don't claim to know if that was because of the hotel staff or the food supplier.

There's an indoor pool, which is probably nice when it gets too hot in the summer. But as a consequence, the air inside the hotel feels... 'moist' and humid, and the entire hotel smells like the pool, which isn't horrible, but it did bother me. There are thermostats in the individual rooms, but there isn't much air flow, so the air ends up kinda 'stale'.. I would have just kept the window open, but the side of the hotel that I happened to be staying in, there was a very loud device outside (maybe the centralized air conditioning?) The noise pollution was quite awful, so keeping the window open wasn't really an option. And there was no screen on the window either, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving it open while I was gone from the room, since it might let in bugs or birds (or a human being...)

Other things you might want to know, the hotel seems kinda old. Not dangerous, but it could use an upgrade.. It took me anywhere from 3 to 14 times to unlock the doors with the room key, which has never happened to me before. The only staircase I found was no re-entry, which is fine in an emergency, but a bit of a problem for me since I like to have the option to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Speaking of the elevator, it's also pretty old and slow.

It's not the best hotel I've stayed at, but it's not the worst. I'd say it's not the best place to go if you're traveling with family or if you're looking to 'get away' on a special vacation. But if you're on the road and need a place for a night or two, it has everything you need, plus a TV.

My wife and I had intended to spend one night here while dropping our son at college, but ended up needing a new transmission so one night became three nights. The front desk was incredible by letting us continue to keep them on hold with how long we might need a room, and were always stretching a potential late checkout for us. They were always smiling and more than accommodating for us. In fact, every single employee I ran into always smiled at me and said hello, even the maintenance people. The room was spotless and made up every day. Room service was prompt and the food was not only very good, but extremely reasonable for a hotel. The Chicken Taco salad was far and away the best I have ever had. Happy hour was also great with drinks very reasonable. I ended up using both pools and the workout area as well. The pools were very very clean, and the workout room had plenty of equipment. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks again to everyone!!

My wife and I arrived here last night after a late flight. Upon arrival we were surprised of how nice the hotel was! Inside pool is nice! Room nice, big tv!
Ok so my wife woke up woke complaining of something had bit her and she showed me two bites! I said maybe it was a mosquito so we went back to sleep! A few hours later I jumped out the bed and my back was itching with two bumps on it, so I started pulling the covers back and flipping the pillows and there they was!
(Bed Bugs) We took pictures and have video of them! We went to the front desk and they refunded our first night of stay and gave us a different room that seems to be clean! Tiffany has done a good job of trying to accommodate us!

Very nice and clean room with fast check in, Internet could have been little faster. Love the layout with indoor pool, and staff was very friendly especially the housekeeping lady who made sure I got my clothing back that I left there....Thank you.

Amazing comfortable beds made my stay!! Staff were polite if a but curt. Room was decent. Indoor pool closes a little too early at 9pm. Bar is a bit pricey but nice. Restaurant was ok but they burnt some of my food both nights and undercooked my Fry's. Continental breakfast buffet is decent. Entire place needs renivated. Fridge in room but no microwave.

Staff was outstanding. It is an older hotel, therefore the elevators are slow and small. No valet parking or bell staff. I had plumbing issue in my room first night yet when shared with staff it was resolved immediately. Resturant is only open for breakfast service and then food available in bar from 4pm to 11pm. When at a conference the meals are delicious, served efficiently and generous portions.

Ok so the hotel was absolutely beautiful and I'm sure the rooms would have been divine if I would have made it there. Unfortunately I had been looking at apartments that day and left my ID in one of the offices. Upon arrival I unpacked my car and could not wait to get into the room and relax. Much to my dismay I did not have my ID on me. Multiple debit cards probably even a birth certificate the room was paid for and I was unable to utilize the room and ended up having to sleep in my car that night. So I guess you could say I am a bit salty and based on the fact that we couldn't figure out another alternative to use a room that I had paid for I am giving it to Stars. I think that's pretty generous

This place was a little odd. An indoor pool in Phoenix is not the best when you are in town for some sun. Lots of rooms have no outside windows and point in toward the indoor pool. The price was low so they had that going for them.

Use to like staying at this hotel. The front desk manager the shorter woman was amazing and very helpful when I checked in 4-3-19 because there was a minor misunderstanding with the front deck clerk about my room total so I had to go back to the bank and put more cash on my bank card. No problem!
I ask about a late checkout today 4-8-19 because some flight issues and I was told 4-7-19 I could only stay until 1pm. I had a great pool view room 328 until someone decided to smoke a gang of cigarettes in a room near by or next to me which woke me from my sleep so I changed rooms to room 347 with no view. Bummer. The rooms are outdated, no microwave, I did have a mini fridge in room 347 but there's a big black spot on the curtain which needs cleaning and the TV cable jack on the wall is halfway off. Great location but needs a major upgrade.

Having stayed in Hotels across the country, even i...

Having stayed in Hotels across the country, even internationally - from 1 star mom & pop motels to 5 star signature resorts, I can honestly say that a week stay in this specific Sheraton was the WORST overall experience I can remember.

From the moment my wife and I checked in, We experienced nothing but problems. From consistent rude & unacceptable customer service from apathic, untrained hotel associates; to dirty, dated rooms in desperate need of remodeling and maintenance. We even had a security concern one evening that required my contacting Starwood corporate offices following an utter lack of interest by front desk personnel to display general concern or any solution whatsoever. Received a call from an extremely defensive Hotel General Manager two days later after Starwood said they would compensate 2 days of our stay, only to waste additional time not receiving any compensation or solution whatsoever, only increased frustration! Called 3x requesting a refrigerator to be delivered to our room, only to receive an old, dirty refrigerator that didn t work. Called front desk and waited for delivery of a replacement refrigerator that worked, but was even older and filled with rust stains all throughout the inside, which I ended up cleaning myself! A/ C broke in the room, it took 5 hours to get maintenance to arrive and repair. The breakfast buffet was subpar at best, most other hotels complimentary breakfast would represent an improvement. Even the parking lot, while large, hasn t been swept in years and is in desperate need of resurfacing. The outdoor pool had been drained, apparently for months. I could go on, however, I believe I ve made my point:) I can t believe Starwood allows this hotel to operate under their brand . Avoid staying here if you can, save some money or points and stay at the La Quinta or Holiday Inn next door!

Gorgeous rooms with very comfortable beds. Location is awesome! Plenty of shopping, entertainment, etc. Lacks the customer service and basic amenities one might expect from a lesser rated hotel, like a refrigerator, microwave, breakfast. When a refrigerator was requested, customer service was indeed lacking. Lots of construction and no nearby vending or ice. A disappointing experience from a name like Sheraton.

This is place ok. Nothing impressed me. Food in restaurant was awful. I was scared to get a food poisoning after that black color omelet. Lol. I liked management and inside pool. The bed mattress is uncomfortable, my back sore and I slept very bad. I liked lots of pillows in the bed. GOOD TV. Lots of chanels. But Sheraton is loosing their reputation with hotel like this one. Sorrym

I called two times to make sure that they would to something special for our 3 year anniversary and they assured me they would, whether it be breakfast vouchers or flowers or something. We arrived and the staff was really friendly but not only did they do NOTHING for the anniversary, they gave us a gloomy, dark and depressing room. At my request they moved us, but still nothing special for us at all. Also, our last night we parked the car by the side entrance and it got broken in to! Nothing valuable was in there, but they did a good job messing it up inside. Park by the front entrance-by the lights!

Nice hotel, very clean. Seems close to a lot with a Starbucks right down the road, castles and coasters almost walkable. It has an indoor "heated" pool, but when we went the water was freezing so we ended up spending more time in the jacuzzi than the pool. The only things I didn't like about our stay there, was one, the traffic in the area. That's not their fault, obviously, but it's right next to the highway so it gets pretty busy on the main road in the morning and evening commute times. The second was, the week we were there, there also happened to be several meets with young girls both soccer and gymnastics. We ended up with a room in the same hall as them and the girls spent a lot of time stampeding up and down the hall all time of day and night. Other than those small inconveniences, it was a standard stay.

Indoor pool & atrium is very nice. Especially since it's 108 outside, 104 at 8 pm. The whole hotel smells nice, fresh & clean. Restaurant & bar in the hotel. I gave it only 4 stars because the snack concession area was closed. Should have longer hrs at least until 8 or 9 pm but it's really nice. The front desk reps are very nice, friendly and accommodating. I asked about a mini fridge and they brought one to me mins later at no charge. That's just great service.

Really nice hotel. Kind of in a rough neighborhood though. The exterior is a little run down too. Staff was solid, but very specific about what they could and couldn't do. Don't ask for more than 1oz of alcohol for a $8 drink. Clean inside, and out. I'd give it a 7/10, so I rated a 4/5

Liked the room liked the bartender who served us. The hot tub felt great and enjoyed that no one else was in the pool when we went down. Thought it odd that the indoor pool which is by main lobby is open longer then the outside pool is. And only real complaint is that there's not any trash bags. Call me weird but when it's that time of the month I don't want to put that in a trash can that someone's going to have to pick up with their hands gloves or not. Because now that trash can needs to be COMPLETELY sterilized. Not just wiped out. Come on that's another person's blood people. I will go back most definitely, I'll just remember to bring my own trash can liners with me.

It was nice, a bit run down. The AC wouldn't go on, just the fan so that ran all night. The secondary lock was hanging on by 1 screw which made it hard to close the door as it would swing in the way. The towels in the room were stained, the pool towels were cleaner so we used those. For a quick overnight it was decent, minor complaints.
