The hotel is designed to take you to the indoor pool that is incorporated into the central part of the hotel. Small lack of ventilation and so much humidity in the air is felt.

The hotel was pretty nice and the staff was helpful. We stayed only one night and had no problems. The room was clean and relatively nice for the price point.

Spacious and Clean room. Indoor pool (kinda small). Not too far from restaurants and grocery store.

Awesome stay. They allowed our new puppy in and had great service all around!

Rooms were small a/c didnt work. No free breakfast. I was very disappointed. Only plus was a indoor pool and jacuzzi although they did raise the humidity of the hotel so I guess not such a good idea after all. Find another place to stay.

It was nice and very welcoming... but my shower was cold.. would not get warm. Tried everything both nights. Room was very cold felt nice at first, but I tried to turn the air off and after 73 the heater turns on and it smells like burning electrical. It was clean and smelled nice. And even with that, I did enjoy my stay.

I booked this hotel and I swore that it said it had a fridge in the room and continental breakfast. I'm glad I got this as a hotwire deal and didn't post full price because full price wouldn't be worth it.

Beds are comfortable. Hotel is dated. Rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave. Very disappointing as half of our leftovers had to be thrown away.

My mom and I stayed here for a week during the summer. It was great and we loved it. It was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helped us with whatever we needed.

Friendly staff made me feel welcome. Clean, centrally located for my travel proposes. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants as well as the airport. Felt comfortable and safe there on my first solo trip.

The staff are quite rude. I believe the place needs an update. It seems like we stepped out of a time machine and landed smack in the middle of 1994. For a Sheraton, I really thought we'd have much better customer service. For the rewards programs they make up the rules as they go. We didn't have the door hanger for the."Make a Green Choice" program and when we finally did receive it from the security guard it was because we had asked him what he was doing with the cards and why the door hanger was different. They wouldn't backdate our rewards and we had been there for 10 days. Then the second day we had the door hanger, the 11th day we were there, they told us that we had to have reservations for 2 consecutive days to get the program rewards. Breakfast is $11 or you can pay more for the same room and get 2 breakfast tickets. At $80 a night plus tax, it's definitely Not worth the

Has an indoor and outdoor pool, and was a decent overall experience for the price we were given, 50 dollars. In average, however, prices range from 60-90 dollars.

It was a very nice stay. The business center is free, as well as the WiFi.

The hotel property was nice and clean. It is also conveniently located. The lobby area is nice and the staff was friendly. I would recommend for anyone to stay as an overnight guest.

I got a room on the first floor and there were sliding doors that led to a common area. These should be sound proof. I'd like to say the noise was over during the night but it wasn't. Other guests walked by talking and it was very audible.

The hotel had comfortable rooms and the staff was above and beyond when it came to customer service. However, the rooms need to seriously be updated.

I attended a little business meeting here and i would say it looked like a ghost town. There was not that many cars in parking lot. Seems a littlw out dated

I was there for an event, and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone was nice and everything was clean and tidy. I have no complaints.

Wifi is slow and connecting to the TV cast impossible!

Dirty, ice machines broken, people doing drugs and making noise. The food was good and housekeeping was good.

The staff is here is friendly, the rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable, the pool is great, the tv is big, I cannot find any faults.

Lazy, miserable and good for nothing front desk girls and I see why, female manager is the worst one of all in that hotel. Everything was ok till that bimbo manager flat out refused to help and then didn't want to give me info to her boss or corporate. Wanted to file a complaint and she said no. Bimbo's "favorite" word....... NO!

Hotel itself was okay the room on the other hand was not what I expecting from a Sheraton. Room had no heat whats the point of a thermostat if cant control temperature.

Dirty, paint chipping everywhere, stained meeting room chairs...

I'm sure this place was great in an earlier day. It was worth the price.

Great service, friendly staff, clean and fresh smelling environment. Had some issues with tv service and they took care of problem and compensated as well. Food in restaurants was fresh and delicious. Will be back again if ever in the Phoenix area. Very concenient too all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Everything was good until a cockroach walked across the desk. Very disgusting, there was one on the ceiling by the elevator as well. Called the front desk, there was no night manager. Checked out at 11:00 am, still no manager. Left my info with the desk clerk, no one had tried to reach out and even apologize. Very disappointed

Great hotel! The ambiance is top-notch, the rooms are comfortable and up to date, and the staff are very friendly. The indoor swimming pool and gym were both highlights! We would definitely come back!

Okay super staff but the place has a strong bleach odor due to indoor pool they need to find a way to ventilate better. Felt like I was staying in a publc swimming pool. Sorry

It was a great stay, the keys could be more efficient. Ours was on and off, but for the most part the food was great, it was a great location, and it has a great environment!

Huge fenced in manicured grass area for pets to play and take care of business. Kinda reasonably priced but worth it my Service dog and I were very comfortable

Customer service was great, food was good, however, no hot water, and when we checked in was informed breakfast was for 1.00, was also confirmed in an email from Four Points Sheraton, when we arrived in the dinner, was informed there was nothing being offered like that for us. They kept asking for a coupon. We went to the front desk spoke to Melissa, who was very helpful and understanding, apologized for no hot water, and gave us coupons for breakfast. Sheraton, you need to work on your communication to your employees and upgrade some of your ammenties!!!!

Meh....3.5 star hotel. Older property, average sized room. Hot water, attentive staff. . What is unique is the indoor and outdoor pool. The interior rooms of the hotel get to take advantage of the ambiance of the water fall of the indoor pool.

So i made reservations through trivago for the night. it was A special occasion for my Husband and i the front desk girl was really rude, to us and said she needed a 50 dollar deposit which i offered to pay cash or give her my debit card. Nope credit cards only no exceptions. So after about 20 minutes or so we handed it. The place was ok looks real dumpy on the outside. The coffee pot in are room was covered with large amounts of dust inside.oh an a unknown bug crawling on the table. And dirty sheets.

The facilities here are kept clean as well as the rooms. The rooms are also spacious and the staff are very guys i have ever met. Keep the god work up!

The place is good but the placing of rooms are very tricky. The Bar is boring i didn't know if it's part of the entertainment The coffee has very frustrating taste such a pity especially if your a coffee lover and wanted to have a coffee early in the morning.

I stayed here a few nights ago and after we left they took our money saying it was a strong weed smell and nobody smokes tried to call and resolve the problem and didn t get no where told us to call the bank to get our money back and by looking at the reviews they do this to all the black people
