Love the hotel, just a bit humid in the rooms due to the inside pool.
Love the hotel, just a bit humid in the rooms due to the inside pool.
Location was convenient for us. Rooms were standard but the bed was AMAZING! It was like sleeping in a cloud, requested late check-out just so we could enjoy the bed. Staff was friendly, shower was great. No complaints
Well I thought for sure Sheraton Four Points was rated a 5-star hotel I was wrong. Grandad when I got there they had an indoor pool pretty awesome but the hotel smelled funny. When I checked in it was cold out it was late in the person at the night desk had both front doors wide open. Even my room smelled funny. So I will make the suggestion to you take some air freshener
Dog friendly and across the street to the South there is the sports field.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, nice staff. Our room service was fresh and delicious.
We killed 12 horseflies within 2 hrs. Tubs filled and wouldn't drain during a shower.
Perfectly fine business-class hotel during the week, gets overrun by families on weekends wanting to go swimming. Free breakfast buffet is superb in quality and selection.
Love my stay... it s a true diamond in the rough. Don t let the outside fool you. Great price and friendly staff. Close to a lot of restaurants and YES there is a Starbucks inside the hotel.
The bed was comfortable room was clean but on one night the refrigerator keep vibrating all night ,but I had a long day and was tired but when I complained about it to the agent at the front desk she said you could of unplugged it wow ok oh well won't be going back to that
Really spacious rooms. Nice and cozy rooms. Cheap rates. I must say the property seems old but the rooms are really good. Looks like each room has 1.5 bathrooms. Breakfast restaurant is good too
Very accommodating!!! Great staff! Beautiful hotel!
I have been waiting for a refrigerator for 3 days, so we had to go buy an ice chest to keep food and drink cold. Very disappointing! On top of that I went to get breakfast- which I paid for- and gave my ticket to a waitress at the entrance. T hg e or hg ar waitress didn't see t hg at transaction and rudely told me that I needed a ticket. I responded that I gave it already, but she kj ept treating me as if I was lying. I almost left t hg w food. Very poor customer service!
A true disappointment.
I only went to eat at the Dinner Detective restaurant, it was fun, and good food. There were detective actors trying to solve a crime. It was funny.
My sons wedding was held here. It was sprinkling outside so there was a delay for the ceremony. The food was pretty good. They did a good job hosting the reception and ceremony.
King size bed was amazing! Indoor pool, very friendly staff!
Stayed here multiple times. Staff is extremely nice, indoor pool is a plus.
Beds are so comfortable we go for sales meeting 4 times a year. I love this hotel.
Been to this hotel twice. First time I had a great experience because we had a pool facing room with a balcony. I was not aware that if you do not get one of those rooms you might as well stay at a Motel 6. The room I have now has no balcony, faces a dumpy street, and is incredibly small and dirty. I would ONLY stay here if you can get a pool facing room, if not... STAY AWAY.. Rip off!
Stayed at the Four Points a couple weeks ago. There was a group coming in for the weekend, very strange. The people all were into some sort of S & M thing but they all seemed fairly nice. We had breakfast in the dining room, nice buffet but the service was very slow... We sat at a table for about 10 minutes before anyone came by. In the evening we went into the bar where I guess that's the dining room for dinner, it was the only place open in the hotel.. The bar was filling with these bizarre people. We got two seats at the bar and eventually,(about 10 minutes later) we were greeted by a woman bartender with dark hair. She seemed polite enough and asked us what we wanted to drink. My wife ordered a margarita and I ordered a draft beer, drinks were good. The bartender afterwords left from behind the bar and another woman was watching the bar, a blonde. The blonde woman was very nice and smiled and asked how our drinks were and did we want to see a menu. After a few the other woman bartender appeared and made the rounds at the bar checking to see if everyone was content. The dark haired bartender asked us if we wanted to look at a menu also, we told her maybe later. We noticed that she smelled of cigarette smoke. I know a lot of service people smoke but it truly is a turn off to smell cigarette smoke on the people who are serving your food and drink.. My wife and I were at the bar for probably an hour and a half, maybe two hours and she disappeared once again just before we left and once again we could smell the smoke... Cigarette smoke is not very appetizing... I would suggest that people need to hire servers/bartenders who don't smoke and who don't disappear from the bar so frequently to indulge in the disgusting habit..
Great price and it's a nice hotel... A little dated but over all a good experience. They have 2 pools one indoor and one outside.
I was there for Ingress, but it looks beautiful. The fountain in particular was very majestic.
I have stayed here quite a few times and it s a nice place with a very unique lay out. All the rooms face inward in a giant circle with an indoor pool in the middle. Great for year round swimming!
Decent hotel 3-3.5 stars nice beds good food too bad one of the elevators was broken down all week
Stayed here for three days on business travel. This was a great hotel with a big swimming pool right in the center of the hotel. Vending machines are there on each floor. Onsite Starbucks, restaurant and a bar. The room I stayed did not have a microwave or a fridge. Good for families and business travellers.
It was really nice. The staff was helpful and welcomed us. We were there for an anniversary party and had a great time.
Easy to find, parking is also convenient. The hotel is in good condition, and the breakfast room is very nice. I do not like the internet being a bit slow in the room, but overall I am satisfied. There is a swimming pool inside and a jacuzzi in the back.
Review is for the lobby bar. Service was horrible, drinks were expensive, and they closed too early for a Saturday night.
Always a great time, the indoor pool and spa is to die for
Always greeted with a smile. Amelia's staff make it so relaxing when staying here.
It's just ok, but not that great. This place is falling apart and needs lots of work. My room was actually clean and comfortable but the shower didn't drain. Somebody elses dishes in front of my room and the hallways have worn and ugly carpet. Looks deserted or some type of remake of some sort. And the staff is friendly but they are "Charge Happy" so be aware of frivolous charges on your credit cards. Parking lot is sketchy so be careful and alert of your surroundings
I had a graduation party here. It is a very good place for things of that nature and the rooms are not that expensive.
Horrible. Old and smelly.. unkept restrooms. Just a old buolding.
It was very old feeling and the inside layout was really weird.
After traveling for 2 days and having to stop in Phoenix after hitting a bad snow storm, we just wanted a place that felt like home and relaxing. We got exactly that with this hotel! Katie took real good care of us and heard how rough our time has been, I love the customer connection when going places making me feel very welcomed. The staff was all welcoming and very friendly. except the bartender but it could also have been the end of her shift.
The rooms were very clean, had everything we needed, this has been the first bathroom where the shower felt nice and relaxing. Everything was very accommodating and so happy to have stayed here. I will most likely stay here again and really recommend it to anyone else!
Oh! And clumsy me forgot my wallet when we were 30 min out and I called to let them know we were on our way back, they were great at communicating with each other to help me get my wallet back. Thank you again!
Overpriced for what you get. No mini fridge in our room.
Rude and unhelpful night desk employee. Gave one member of our party a room # that didn't exist and then the key didn't work in the correct room. Another member of our party received a room # and key to an occupied room with no apologies for the error (yes they walked in on the occupant in the room). Same rude night staff employee. The A/C in the room wouldn't go below 74 degrees. Overall a terrible experience.
GREAT location, super cool pool, nice towels
Very clean room. Love the two pool inside and out the hotel. Beautiful lobby.
Nice hotel. Delicious selections and very convenient for all you want to do in Phoenix!
Awesome hotel. Pool inside. Comfortable beds, very clean, spacious rooms and no noise from outside or other rooms. Excellent air conditioning and room has own thermostat.
Stayed overnight while in town for the Raiders versus Cardinals game. Nice hotel and very quiet. I would definitely go back.
Clean. Quiet. Indoor pool. Beds comfortable. Able to rest. Felt safe.
I was only there to deliver food but it looked like a nice hotel
Very nice conference area, close to parking and clean facilities
Old school vibe. Cool indoor pool. The whole property is a throwback to the Metrocenter heyday.
Staff is very friendly and hotel is very family friendly...
Very comfortable rooms and very funky. Definitely a 50's vibe - indoor pool and our suite doors opened overlooking the indoor pool and large surrounding area. Funky but cool. Staff was great and rooms were very nice. Not thrilled with the location, but it is close to restaurants and it was the right price at the time. Last time I was at a 4 Points it was very spendy and a little elegant, this one didn't have that vibe but...
Attended a formal reception here, service was great, food was typical to slightly above average.
Great Service... Indoor Pool n Hot tub,Out door pool n Hot tub also. Starbucks located here also.
Hotel decent ,receptionist i noticed the latino ladies weren't friendly at all..the lady by the name Ashley made our stay excellent with all the problems with had with the room, she was very professional and patient, made sure she fixed any issues concerned with had in the room ..the other wonderful lady was Biljana Ristie ,she is very professional, kind ,respectful..takes her job serious..was alway very very helpful made our stay great ..these two ladies deserver 10 stars ..great job ..great parking on site ,rest off maintenance gentlemen went beyond to make the kids happy around the pool..clean pool, beautiful loby ,close to a lot off places ..
Rooms were good above average but the view was horrible, there was a bag of dog dodo right outside our window
Went to a training event held in the ballrooms. Snacks and refreshments were provided and were very good. Staff service was great.
Love my time there every year. I wish the food choices were better.
No fridge,no microwave,no heat,I've had better stays at motel 6
Great service and the staff is ALWAYS PLEASANT! MARK the bartender is the best for our events!
This hotel is a little dated but it was clean, had all the accommodations that one needs and the staff was friendly, helpful and offered great service. There is a indoor pool centered in the middle of the building and the gym is situated close by, which was very convenient. There is also a Starbucks stand, if you re in to that sort of thing but they offer coffee in the room. There is an in house bar/lounge that serves decent meals.
Several access/entry points for the building and lots of accommodating parking. We had a great stay.
Friendly staff with smiles and great humor. Had a great time..
If you wanna gag on musky chlorine in the air... Stay here.
The hotel is outdated. It's definitely not up to par with the previous Marriott's I stayed in. Besides that, the room was fine. Clean, quiet, huge tv. Breakfast buffet is not free but it's very good!
Both times I stayed there housekeepers bust in ALOT. Put your do not disturb up
Wonderful! Pleasant staff, nice property, loved the sound of the waterfall
