Very professional service. A great conference location.

New and clean. Excellent arrangement of the room. Comfortable bed and friendly staff

I am rating this Hotel, restaurants, & conference center five stars because it absolutely deserves it. Clean hotel rooms, meeting/executive boardroom, and nicest and cleanest restrooms I have ever seen. Also have a pool with hot tub, fitness center and excellent space for lounging business or casual. The level of professionalism they secrete daily makes the Four Points by Sheraton, ALL business, ALL the time.

Great place to stay if you are going to an event at Gillette Stadium.

Nicest hotel in the area, staff is friendly and OneBistro is the bomb! Parking can sometimes be tough though if there's a convention but the rooms are worth it.

This is an excellent hotel close to several restaurants as well as offering an in hotel restaurant. Great convention and meeting spaces available. Rooms are updated and clean. I will be staying here again!

The sales staff has done an outstanding job because there were several functions going on at the same time and most of the participants were guest of the hotel.

They are quite consistent, haven't changed the breakfast menu for past 8 years at least from the time I am visiting.

Room was clean and much larger then normal hotel rooms I been to, front desk service was great. The restaurants in the hotel are nice too and offer good food. I enjoyed the avocado egg rolls.

Four Point Sheraton in Norwood Massachusetts is a great place to stay. 20 minutes to Boston 15 minutes to Foxbough. Beautiful rooms along with handicapped parking and handicapped accessable entrances with ramps. The public bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The pool and workout area can be staffed by calling the front desk. Pool and hot tub great. Little pricey but worth it. Make your reservation early.

I went to a gala dinner there. Place is nice, food wan't that great but it was tasty. Very professional people, but sound system in Ballroom is not reliable for speeches.

I was there for a conference, Sonu didn't experience much of the hotel. But the function rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Good meals and snack provided for conference guests.

It is a beautiful expensive renovated plays but the manager has a bad attitude. Security is great but it doesn't solve the problem with management.

The staff was very friendly, the patio outside was very nice to dine in, and the food was amazing. It is more on the expensive side so expect a $100+ bill for 2 people.

I was here for my company's yearly holiday party. The conference area was very nice for the holidays. Bar and serving staff for very friendly and the buffet style food left everyone happy.

I went there for a professional event. The facility is beautiful and we'll cared for. The wi-fi was very easy to access and made for a very good work experience. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was amazing. This is now on the top of my list of favorite conference venues!

Beware of sales manager Shoumala! Very rude and fake!

I attended a professional development workshop here. The facilities were very nice, there were plenty of charging stations for laptops and coffee and snacks set up at breaks. The lunch was very good, and though we didn't use it, the pool looked clean and well maintained.

Attended a great Bat Mitvah outdoors on the pavilion. Awesome setting and great reception.

Went for a work conference. The Conference areas have been redone and they're beautiful and very functional.

very noisy due to a lot of construction going on there at the moment and because of these air purifying machines that make a redicules amount of additional noise

Quiet and comfortable. Self drive vehicle needed to conveniently move around to Boston and other places. One restaurant but serves good food and drinks.

Very kind receptionist when we went and the pool was lovely. We went while they were catering a wedding party but still it was Very quiet.

We had a great experience here. We were traveling with my mom, who needs ADA accommodations. Her room was just what we needed and the bathroom was huge and well laid-out. The pool was clean and well maintained (the jets on the hot-tub weren't working when we were there, but the water was a perfect 104 degrees). The hotel looks newly renovated and is extremely comfortable, but what made the difference was the staff - unfailingly friendly, helpful and upbeat.

Have been coming here for 2 years but after yesterday's stay and stay before this we won't come back to this hotel!! The food is not good anymore, no specials on Friday night for food, rooms are getting run down, breakfast was cold except for omelet, we were watching sports/talking not even loud and we get a knock on the door from security guy telling us someone made a noise complaint, very upsetting considering we aren't noisy people!!! so you now lost our ever staying here ever again!!!

We had our wedding here. The staff bent over backwards to make sure it went off without a hitch. We had a great time. Ask for Jayne if your planning a wedding.

Stay here is always great, functions are run smoothly with great food from inside restaurant.

Checked in late (nearly 11pm), and the man and woman at the front desk were bright, warm, and more than happy to share details on the best ways to celebrate Halloween in the area. The room was cozy and very clean with a sturdy desk, a comfy bed and a flat screen TV. It was a lovely time.

Atmosphere: subdued, low lights. Food: above average, reasonably priced. Staff: attentive. Bar available if desired.

Iv visited the Four Points on several occassions for professional events and fundraisers. Every time the staff has been excellent and extraordinary courteous.

There's construction going on there right now and it definitely detracted from enjoying the event. Otherwise a generally good experience. the staff is great. Facilities, for now, less so.

A wonderful hotel for business or pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is most helpful. I needed a wheelchair because of a bad knee and they had one up to my room in minutes. Food is wonderful here as well. The Four Points by Sheraton hosted a Toastmasters Conference for us and were quite accommodating. You will get a comfortable bed, large screen tv, a mini fridge, and friendly service at the Four Points.
