Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Review

I did not stay over at the hotel but I ate at the restaraunt and the food was great! I like how they get fresh food from local farms.

Four Point is expensive but the rooms are great. Pool is very nice along with the workout center. Parking is free and handicapped accessable. Bristro is excellent the service and the food too quality. Say Hi to Shawn a down to earth Boston raised young man.

Great hotel, room was very dated this time compared to when we stayed last year.

Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, conference area is large and professional and made for classroom instruction. Indoor pool and gym. Great hotel away from distractions.

Stayed here for a wedding. The reception was held here as well so it made getting home at the end of the night a breeze. Staff were very Profesional and the venue was perfectly set up for an outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. The event rooms are very large and held hundreds of guests. The rooms were kept very clean and a spare cot was immediately delivered when needed. Breakfast the next morning was well served with staffed buffet bars. Though breakfast wasn't free. The only other downside was that their main lobby was under renovation so we had to resort to their make shift lobby on the side entrance. All in all would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Room 202. A little cold. Good acoustics and many refreshments provided.

Went there for a conference and the time that I saw were incredibly great.

Great room and fantastic staff. Everyone from the front desk to event staff and AV staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. Only there one night for a party, but I highly recommend.

Easy access from the highway. Rate was reasonable and rooms were clean and spacious.

This is my favorite hotel in Norwood/ Canton MA area. Great location, free shuttle within 5 miles of hotel, One Bistro attached restaurant which is lovely with white linen tablecloths and quiet or a hoppin bar scene ...

Beautiful place excellent food but the waitress very unprofessional

Very nice place, although figures when we went they were doing construction on the floor above us at 6am with no knowledge of it pryor to are checkin, was not worth the money for the noise in the morning alone should have given us a refund , we did complain and nothin came of it so will just be a quick conversation bout the place as we drive by when lookin for a place to stay for night, greedy management should be nicer to people who spend their hard earned money to com stay at a high end establishment like this and not use some bs excuse when we complained of noise at 6am , we checked in at like 8pm went to bed at like 3 am probably 2.5 hrs of sleep, before the chainsaws and power drills started,and to top it off the water pressure wasnt the greatest either in shower .disappointed

Ok, it's a convention center hotel so yea, not many frills, reasonably located though surely not picturesque haha

I am vegan; I was there for a family event and the only guest that didn't eat meat. When I inquired how one of the dishes was made, they asked if I had any restrictions. They then brought me a meal that was vegan. I was the envy of my table!

Was excellent for a professional conference. We have had a lot of conferences there and it seems to go smoothly every time.

Attended a wedding at the Tiffany Ballroom, it was spacious and beautiful. Very well done!

This is a very nice place quite the surprise to me I had no idea it was so big inside . The staff at a function hall was superb. The food top notch had a breakfast brunch for a sad reception . Regardless the staff made sure we were all happy . Dont skip the breakfast sausage they are very good .

The hotel is clean and the rooms are contemporary modern. The conference center at the hotel is state of the art.

They must have been having a ventilation issue that weekend because our entire floor was hot and stuffy. The room s A/C worked overtime and sounded like a Boeing 747 heading down the tarmac for take off.

So your choice was suffocate from the heat in order to enjoy some quiet; or turn on the tv loud enough to drown out the noise as the A/C cranked
out its best effort; or my choice just pray fervently to fall asleep despite the roaring engine in the room!

The hotel is very nice and elegantly decorated. The event facilities did an amazing job with our event and the food was soooo incredible!!! The service staff was so attentive and accomodating. I highly recommend using them for your next event!

Servers were courteous and efficient! Room was spacious and food was excellent!

Nice soft, and comfy beds. The whirlpool was very soothing and relaxing, the pool was phenomenal!!! I'll definitely be returning.

Extremely clean rooms. The only downside is the rooms are slightly small.

A beautifully run and maintained facility with multi function ballrooms, clean and well appointed rooms. The staff is well trained and pleasant.

Great early dinner. Early enough that the table we wanted by the window wasn't covered but the staff happily set us up on it. The food was excellent, two each appetizers and pizzas. I don't throw around the word delicious but One Bistro deserves it across our dishes. Even tucked the leftover cranberry bread into our takeaway, haha. Well done, highly recommended.

Clean and extremely polite employees. The Bistro food was amazing and affordable. The breakfast buffet was extravagant to say the least WELL worth the 15.99 per adult and 8.99 for our 9 year old. We will DEFINITELY return next year! I can't say enough good things about this establishment.

Probably the best place to stay in the area. The restaurant is great also. All and all a decent place. Not much around the hotel so you need a car to get around.

Great location. Phenomenal staff. We annually book the sight for our Salesman of The Year Award and put up salemen from out of town as well as suppliers. They do a great job.

The hotel is very fancy. The only problems with the rooms is that the bed is not written queen size like they said. They give free snacks august is good and the location is prefect for eating out.

I booked this hotel using an third party site after arriving they said that I selected breakfast for 1 person rather then 3 people I told them to check from the site but they lied and said they did check I called the site and they told me I had selected the breakfast for 3 people after that he accepted his mistake and gave us coupon

Was at the hotel for a work event. The staff were all extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and the food served was very good.

The food at the Bistro was outstanding and have returned 4 more times to eat there. The seafood chowder was exceptional and the steaks dinners were prepared beyond our expectations .

I stayed at the Four Points for two nights for a friends wedding. The staff was polite and professional and worked to help the wedding party get anything they needed. The event was a success in large part to their help

My company travelers are here often and I book all of their rooms. Dealing with Pam in reservations is a pure pleasure. She is friendly, courteous, professional and really on top of things. You could not ask for a better customer experience. Pam is a real asset to this location!

Checked in at three, room wasn't ready till 515 and we had to change for a wedding we were attending in the shared bathroom

Really far better then expected, very lovely hotel and treated with respect.

Great, clean, bright meeting rooms. Management was great and helped several nursing moms find space to pump as well.

Great staff, pool, and there is even a nature trail out back. Having a gorgeous time so far. Let me get back to this pizza from the hotel restaurant

Great place to stay. Loved the pool and work out room. Great path to walk on behind hotel. Lots of foliage but very peaceful. We saw deer and rabbits along the river

We attended a wedding at the hotel this weekend. The hotel was very clean and food was delicious. The servers were very hospitable. The only issue was the night supervisor at the front desk was very short with us when we asked for help with an item we lost in the hall.

It was amazing! It was so beautiful and comfortable! It's worth the price.
