Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Review

Didn't stay the night. Bar was nice, and the dining halls were decent. Not much more to say.

The rooms and location is good. Standard is also courteous per se but what s really undermining this wonderfully maintained spacious property is the random unpleasant surprises They seem to want to charge for minor amenities that are considered customary in hospitality industry. The absence of which and wanting to charge for it is rather rude if not shocking. For eg. minibar was empty despite the fact they want to have your card swiped at entry. I booked through Expedia so I was punished at higher rates below their rack rates sans the privileges that you find across the globe. And if you want to increase footfall, regular occupancy and repeat traffic. I was amazed that breakfast was excluded from my package despite being charged a higher rate. Even hi volume tourist hubs like NY, Dubai and even bacpacker hostels offer courtesy continental breakfast if not full range. I am not sure if I come here again or should recommend. I mean Expedia shouldnt offee best rates and price match if the rack rates are even lower. Never book a hotel through Expedia- airline may be.

Very nice for corporate events and such. Excellent food, plenty of parking.

Went to One Bistro. Had a private room. Service n food excellent. No complaints at all.

A great location that's close to a lot of nice restaurants, dealerships and things to do. The highway is nearby and Boston is a short drive away. As far as my room goes, it was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was also friendly, which added to an already great stay.

Great place, My Cousin had her Wedding and reception here. It was very nice.

Room was very clean but the best part was the bed. Just went to the Metallica concert at Foxboro and the bed was so comfortable as were the pillows. Would stay again.

Great housekeeping. First time ever housekeeping noticed a problem in my room, notified maintenance, maintenance arrived in room to fix it, before I mentioned to front desk! Room was comfortable and quiet. Nice fitness room and pool for workout.

The restaurant here is amazing. They have a great selection and even a Gluten free menu.

The events staff is second to none here. I've been here multiple times for conferences and have never had a bad experience with the hospitality staff, they are very helpful in getting you to the room number you should be in. They also do a great job keeping the rooms updated with newer technology for presentations.

Attended a company holiday party at the Four points Sheraton Norwood. The food catering was quite good and the facilities are well kept.

Did not have any issues. I just think it is ridiculous a hotel so expensive does not have courtesy toothbrushes if you forget yours. Instead they charge a lot of money for a 1$ store toothbrush and other items.

Room was clean and cozy. Staff was friendly. I have nothing negative to stay about my stay. Also a side note: The New England Patriots players stayed at the same hotel that night!

It's a great huge hotel for events and staying a night it's clean service is awesome employees are great

Amazing stay needed a last minute hotel to stay in for the night they quickly had a deluxe room available with a king bed which I was very excited about loved it shower was very clean and also rooms, didn't get to visit the pool but it would've been even more of a great stay.

For less than $200 a night, this place brings value. Especially when platinum members gets free full breakfast... SWEET

What I rested my eyes on at this venue, was quite impressive. I went for a beautiful event and would go again. The only conflict I experienced was a couple of the server's/waiters could have taken the night off if they didn't want to be there that.

Attended recent conference there and was very impressed by the amenities there. Conference rooms had the most comfortable seating, outstanding media resources, attentive dedicated staff and better than average food. Without a doubt, one of the best conference locations I've ever been to.

The room and cleaning service was nice. Things would be neat and orderly with complimentary things, like water bottles, replenished once a day. The staff was polite too. Dining was pricey, and it would have been nice to have a few more complimentary things (slippers, etc), but it was comfortable, had some basic things, and served well.

This is the BEST hotel I've stayed at in the United States. The only one that beats it for me is the Ritz Carlton in Lisbon, Portugal. My wife and I were there for my 50th class reunion. I am a committee for this event. First, our room was exquisite. Large, CLEAN and up to date. A beautiful 70 inch TV. The bathroom was not only a joy to use but beautiful! The bathroom was gleaming it was so clean. The beds and pillows were luxurious. The room was quiet! Could Not hear anything from other rooms or in the hallway. Plus they had blackout curtains for the windows. We slept like babies. Park was great. The only reason the Ritz in Lisbon beats this hotel was the view. Our reunion was a HUGE success mostly because of the food, our ballroom and the staff. Our buffet food was really good. The entire staff at this hotel is outstanding! Great Job people! Thank you! By the way the pool and fitness center is great!

I was there for a brunch after my Cousin's funeral. Everyone was kind, and happy. Food was amazing! Out of all the food, everyone loved the breakfast sausages, lol

Always a great visit here for work and I always admire the well staffed facilities including the buffet dining area that's reserved for businesses and functions. While I haven't stayed here overnight I can see it would be quite comfortable with a nice pool area next to a fitness center!

I stayed here for three nights. The room was nice and clean check in & check out was easy. But they get two stars bc let's just say they are not use to black people staying there. I received a raw omelet at the omelet station as everyone I had seen had been cooked and not runny. Sent it back n brought it back to me still runny. I went to the restaurant down stairs to get a drink and she told me it would be a 45 minute wait for a 1 table guest unless I want to sit at the bar i declined the bar seat and gave my number to call me to come down when ready nobody ever called me back. So, i just ordered room service asked for a well done burger it was raw. All of these incidents could of just been a coincidence,don't really know.

Went to OneBistro for dinner. Food was decent, but not quite up to the price point. It was somewhat busy, but not enough for that to be an excuse. Dessert was great, however. Kudos to the pastry chef.

Have been there for conventions and love their staff. Have been there for food and their Sunday brunches are mouth watering. Very nice place overall, with nice room decor and updated conference spaces. One of my favorite places in the area!

Great hotel, friendly staff, restaurant on site.....my wings were a little bland and greasy, but the fries were AWESOME!!! Ok, maybe i just like potatoes more than meat....actually i do. Nextime, will just go with the fries. A little over-priced on the wine, prolly have beer next go-round.....but that's just me.
Overall, i enjoyed my stay, grateful for a clean safe place to lay my head as i continued my travels.

Was there for a work function. Everything was setup good. Food was great and so were desserts. Function room is spacious.

Great price from Priceline in the room was very nice . Never got 2 the fitness center but will next time

They have great food and an excellent facility and a very friendly and accommodating staff.

I come here regularly for NERCOMP events and the food is fantastic--they regularly keep you filled up on treats. The staff are friendly and the grounds are well-kept.

Very happy. Bed was comfortable, everything was impeccably clean. They even had a recycling Barrell in the room. Little things matter.
