Drinks at the One Bistro bar. Fantastic experience as always.
Drinks at the One Bistro bar. Fantastic experience as always.
Had lunch there on a weekday. Very fast service. Great food
The function room was well keep and had great air conditioning. The staff was OK with the exception of one lady. The event was fun and very impressive
Large, clean, friendly staff, and conveniently located.
Good food. Wait staff and manager were very accommodating when a wedding reception intruder on our table.
The Four Points Sheraton has gone through a transition and is one of the nicest hotels and function venues. As a professional photographer I have photographed family parties and weddings and corporate meets and events. The decor is amazing, the food is outstanding and the staff is excellent.
Loved the spacious room with the purified air and water.
Excellent conference services and food. Good coffee.
Beautiful place, great customer service. I was there for a Woman's Retreat and we were treated like royally. I will definitely return.
My room was as expected, clean and tidy. The staff were all very helpful. I believe the hotel restaurant also catered the food for the event. I would say the food was ok, edible. It was nothing amazing, but this could just be the menu choices for the event.
Meeting spaces were newly renovated and service was as exceptional as always!
Very nice staff. Room was a little tight but fine for one night. Did not like the fact that there was only one bar in the hotel and we got kicked out because a wedding party had reserved the entire bar for their after party. We had a big group staying there for the NCAA championship and had to find some place off site to gather.
Very nice facilities. Professional atmosphere, nothing extravagant. Food was quite good. Friendly staff. Would recommend for a conference.
Conference was well taken care of by waitstaff and management. Great job
Beautiful hotel. A bit of a smaller room than usual hotel rooms, but that wasn't a huge deal to us. Overall a very nice stay!
Very nice venue for company holiday party! Food was really good and the room was large, comfy and decorated well. Restrooms were spotless which I appreciate.
There was construction happening when I stayed but it was not noisy and service (front desk staff) was very good. The in-room service could have been better-I didn't receive one of my food items. Not a lot around the hotel (restaurants, shopping plazas) but the walking trail near the hotel was awesome!
Clean and constantly updated. Friendly staff and a clean and crisp facility are standards of the operation. After 6 years of periodic stays, I have never been disappointed!
4.5 stars. Good channels, Netflix on TV, restaurant on premise not bad, was quiet for me, wifi worked well. Only complaint is room was pretty small, but wasn't a real issue.
Nice and comfortable. Great staff. Very helpful and the kids loved the pool!
I stayed here for company training. The hotel just recently remodeled and the rooms looks great. The staff is friendly and quick to help you out. Their shuttle service is very convenient and free.
Recent renovations have made this hotel -- a favorite of mine in the area -- even better. Redesigned rooms, extra soft hallway carpeting ... even food and drinks at the pool.
Attended a pharmacy CE here. Comfortable conference room and great buffet lunch
The Four Points was a nice hotel. It's going through a lobby remodel so things were a little out of sorts. The staff working were helpful and professional at all times for the work event I attended. The only downside is the location. It's a little off the beaten path.
We were here for a home show/ trade show. We set up a couple of booths, it was a two-day event. After the end of the event they cleaned up pretty well. In between we had drinks at the bar. The staff were super friendly. we would definitely recommend this place to hold other events.
great hotel, great location, great price! pool and spa is awesome and they have room service!
Stayed last night in Room 505 at a corporate rate. Room itself was fine. Bed was very comfortable however......the room was right next to the electrical/mechanical closet and all night long heard machinery going on and off. Did not sleep well at all. Also ordered a bite to eat when I checked in (Asian Spring Rolls) - taste was ok but food was barely even warm. Room coffee might have just been colored water. Would not stay here again.....given there are multiple hotels in the area.
Located in an unusual location just off Rye. 1 in Norwood, this hotel offers many positive experiences. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The on site restaurant, Bistro One, is not to be missed; especially their early bird specials. I highly recommend this particular Sheraton.
Solid hotel in the South shore. Great pool, good fitness area, wifi throughout the hotel. They do many events on site but we've never had an issue with noise overnight. The staff is very friendly.
Breakfast in the morning at zacariah's has an expansive buffet options, including cereal, bagels, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, and oatmeal. They have an omelet station and will make fresh pressed juice. There's an incredibly sweet person, May, who helps run the buffet. When I came in with laryngitis, she made a wonderful pot of honey green tea with lemon. Thank you May!
The night's stay was very welcoming. The environment was relaxing. Food and dinner was great as well.
I was surprised by how good the food and service was here. If your looking for a place to go and you want to go someplace new, try this place. Worth it. At night mostly adults dressed nicer than casual. There were families there so they are welcomed but there were couples there on a date night.
Church of the Living God annual Prayer breakfast! You got to go to this! It's So AWESOME! Beautiful place.
Nice place to stay. Rooms were not huge but adequate. Not much for scenery but it was clean and breakfast was awesome with great selection.
I stayed here for a work trip this past Friday night. Upon entering the building, it is nicely appointed and appeared clean. When I approached the front desk, the three people up there did their best to continue their conversation for a good two minutes before acknowledging me. Usually at checkin they give you the wifi information, explain the amenities, etc but they did not of that. It was "here is your room #," and buh-bye. Not very pleasant. There was a nice gentleman who came out about half way through my check in who at least tried to be engaging but overall I did not walk away feeling "welcomed."
I was in room 217 which had a lovely view of the HVAC unit and was on the small side. Granted, I was there for work so I did not really care. The room was clean however and I asked that blankets be brought up and they were. I started to run a bath and turned on the TV only to find it not working. I called the front desk and they had someone come up to fix it but that was frustrating.
The man who came up to fix the remote was super nice - the staff really seemed to swing from one end of the spectrum to the other. Either they are super helpful or super uncaring. Didnt find much middle ground.
I went down in the morning to use the Fitness center. It always amazes me how many properties I stay at that keep their pool and fitness center at the same temperature. Just because the rooms are usually next to each other does NOT mean they should be on the same thermostat!
It was a tropical 80 degrees and humid in there, so I called the front desk and asked if someone could come look at it. 45 minutes goes by and no one comes over and it did not get any cooler. I am not sure what happened here but unfortunately this was a disappointing start to my day. on the way out I did see what looked like running trails, however no one had let me know about this at check in so I would not have been aware. Also it was not very clean. All the treadmills had dried sweat on the belts and looked like they could use some TLC cleaning wise.
Overall, for the price it fit the bill but for a 3 1/2 star hotel they could have been a lot better.
Easter Brunch in the Tiffany Room was fantastic. The food choices, the service, the quality and amount of food in the buffet were outstanding. The price was well worh it. We will definitely go back.
There is no other word I could use other than PERFECT. We have been staying here for many years. From long stays while we built homes, over nighters, birthday parties and weddings. Each time has been great. Extremely clean, helpful and kind staff, food is amazing at the restraunt , and management is always checking in on their staff which shows it s a nice place to work. We will Always be back.
Thank you...
Great lunch served for the No Wrong Door to Recovery
One Bistro is an excellent restaurant. Sunday Brunch is terrific.
Nice hotel with 2 restaurants and a bar. Clean and comfortable
Good service, gave us an extra bed when we needed one, and a fair price. Also very clean.
during lunch, my salad had some ladybugs
mentioned to a waiter, he did not said sorry at all
Staff nice. Room snug. Located right off a main thoroughfare, which is about as much as you can ask for out in the burbs.
They hosted our baby shower. The food and service were top notch.
Great place to stay. Excellent service and very nice employees.
Celebrated a First Communion here recently. Great food and a wonderful staff. Highly recommended!
It's was my bridal shower the service was great thank you so much
Attended a wedding there and also stayed two days.
The way Four Points handled the wedding was excellent. Everything was smooth timing and the food hot and delicious. The appetizers were constantly flowing while we waited for dinner seating. The 4 Points gentleman in charge was very visible making sure everything ran smooth.
I have never been more impressed than with my experience there. The rooms were excellent. There were various sizes with ours small but cozy. The amenities were abundant with even makeup removal. The ladies cleaning the rooms were gracious willing to met needs if anything was amiss. I believe there were 3 events going on and we never knew. All ran smoothly, what can I say.
The venue is great for conferences and other work events. The rooms were comfortable and the catering was delicious!
Great hotel for an event. The staff was really helpful and polite.
Ive stayed there a few times. Excellent. Ive been coming for the breakfast buffet on the weekend and a weekday or two ever since. The best coffee and breakfast! Great Customer Service! Claudette is the best!!
Good service, clean, and well-organized hotel. No complaints.
Nice place to stay. Fire alarm one night was rather shocking but that was due to I believe possibly intoxicated individuals and that isn t the hotels fault.
Got married there, very nice and smooth to deal with.
Best value stay in the area. Great rooms , great service, and a good restaurant.
Very nice and well kept hotel. Great food and restaurant too. The event spaces and staff are top notch.
Only ate at the restaurant - very mediocre. Worst Caesar salad I've EVER had!
