Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Review

They have provided great service. Although some areas are under construction they have made my stay very pleasurable.

Rooms are small but staff is super friendly and the food is really good. swimming pool is nice and warm.

Everything about the hotel was great including the swimming pool and hot tub. One bistro, which was located in the lobby of the hotel served us good food at around 10 pm. The air conditioner was loud and breakfast only went until 10 am

Hotel management and hotel staff were so nice & friendly . Hotel room was very clean & comfortable. I was so glad there was a desk were I could do all my work. The beautiful pictures online do not lie, it's a beautiful & elegant hotel, great for large gatherings, weddings, etc. Hotel manager John Farrell was exceptionally nice & kind. I also received a lovely email from the general manager, Raymond Prescottano thanking me for my stay & inviting me back. That was so sweet of you. Yes, of course I will be back. I love this place! Hotel is also handicapped freindly.

Excellent ambience and decor for a professional conference such as the one that I attended. The staff were very polite and were extremely helpful in setting up and cleaning up. The food was excellent and they had a variety of options - even for a vegetarian like myself! Although I did not stay here, it was truly a memorable experience

Came for a wedding and it was absolutely amazing venue. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfy

Very nice stay. Rooms smell fresh. The shower was weird. You had to reach in and turn it on full blast to get hot water but you get soaked in the process because the sliding doors only allow access from the far end of the shower. The breakfast buffet which is at additional cost was very nice but a little pricey. The restaurant 1 Bistro in the hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. All in all we had a very pleasant stay.

Upscale hotel at reasonable price. Very clean. Great restaurant & bar. Try their amazing breakfast buffet, freshly made to offer waffles, omelettes & anything you like for breakfast.. they certainly have it. The rooms are always clean, comfortable & beds are extremely comfortable. (I like the small fridge for your drinks & your favorite food/snacks)..
Close to Amtrak station, shopping center in Westwood & always enjoy staying at Four Points for business & pleasure.

The management & staff is top tier, accommodating and very professional.
They also have a full gym, indoor pool & business center for guests. Great place for business, vacations & family events.

Nice hotel and the restaurant was excellent. Spent a couple weeks here and the stay was nice. Lots of options in the area and the hotel shuttle can take you around

I always stay at this hotel when visiting the area. Now with a 7 month old, they had the crib all set up in the room when we arrived. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

Hotel conference space is very nice but the main entrance is under construction so you have to enter from the right side. Conference breakfast food was on the better side of typical hotel food.

The venue was perfect for the training I participated in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming,l and the staff were all professional. I look forward to attending future events.

Nice stay for a mini family vacation. Felt safe with Covid restrictions and it was nice having private family time at the pool.

Standard upper scale hotel. Nice comfy bed, lovely linens, clean. Staff is hit or miss. Complementary coffee in room is weak, but there's a Starbucks 3 mins away. The only real issue is the lack of a microwave in the room. Which as a business traveler trying to stay in budget. It makes a lot of sense to have one.

The newly remodeled space is quite beautiful. There are 2 waterfall features that make for great photo ops. It's a large venue with several ballrooms as well as an outdoor entertaining space. The surrounding area is on a busy highway so that part is not so great.

Went there for a wedding and reception. The facilities were great! Would recommend this place.

Though the location is a little out of the way from Boston proper, this is a very well put together conference location. Lunch and snacks are especially well done, with a high quality salad bar, and even a few vegan options.

I was here for just under a week for work and really enjoyed my stay. I thought the hotel and its One Bistro restaurant did a great job of providing quality amenities and there were just a few things I thought I could suggest or mention to make it even more memorable and convenient. I was surprised to learn there is a local ordinance requiring a lifeguard to be on duty for anyone to use the pool or jacuzzi - yes, just the jacuzzi would require one of the staff to be there watching you, which I personally find a little unusual and uncomfortable. I like the fitness center and think they did an excellent job with it. I found it a little strange that there were no towel bars in the bathroom in my hotel room. There was a hook on the outside of the shower (no tub), and I'm glad they provided a mini fridge, decent size wardrobe with hangers, big TV, and comfortable bed. I like that the heater/AC was controlled by a wall unit, but it was very sensitive and would switch from heating to cooling (or vice versa) if I changed it one degree. Sometimes it would be too warm at night combined with what I think was a down blanket between the sheet and comforter. My stay was very good overall and I would recommend this hotel, which I think is also in a great location.

Went to an all day professional event held in one of the conference rooms. Everything was good. One nitpicky thing is that they turned off the soda fountain and emptied the coffee before or event was even over

Attending a professional event here was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite modern, clean, and has more Amenities than expected. Their food was very thoughtful and well prepared, and throughout the week their snacks provided to us were also thoughtful, healthy, and exceeded my expectations

Norwood Massachusetts service and room was above excellent

We were here for a function. There are several rooms available for functions. A large bathroom to accommodate the numerous function halls. Our own bar within the room and a short menu with delicious options for the dinner to go with our event. Four points does provide a lot for your business event.

The facility is beautiful. The ballroom is large and modern. Loved the decor and the condition of the facility. You can see that there's money going into fixing issues in the hotel. Major parking lot Reno going on.

Came here for my sisters wedding. Huge place and the breakfast spread was great.

My cousin had his engagement brunch here. The function hall we were in was beautiful. The food was wonderful, and the serving staff amazing. They were very attentive to making sure there was enough food being served, and changing the dishes before they were empty. There were two omelette chefs, and a small bar. The staff here was great with the group of small children we were with, allowing them to play and run around in the hallway.

Lunch at one bistro is reasonable and the food is great Wait staff is good and they never rush you.

It was great! It's a 3 star hotel, but you can get 5 star service with very reasonable price. The room is comfy, with good views. The hotel has a pool and gym. If you are going to watch Patriots game and need a place to stay the night, this is a good option!

Went here on a work conference. Room was clean and nice. No sound issues. The food is great. The pool and hot tub were clean and the water was properly maintained (I am a former pool operator). The gym was ok, not great, but adequate and clean. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff.

The room and hotel generally is visually pleasing and modern and clean. Breakfast is included and it is a great buffet. Employees are professional, helpful and nice. I also attended professional development and the technology and room was modern and visually appealing.
