Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Review

My stay here was ok, but I expected more from a hotel with such high ratings. Prices seemed high to me for being so far out of the city center.

Very nice job by Marriot transforming this hotel. Room, food and staff......all outstanding!!

Location is off a main road and close to the highway. However, it is kind of far from Boston. The conference rooms were adequately sized and the Tiffany ballroom was quite nice. They were doing a bit of construction so it was a bit of a maze to travel around the rooms and lobby area.

I attended a professional event at this hotel and I was very pleased by the space. They had a whole floor dedicated for this. I almost forgot that I was at a hotel, felt like I was at college or university. The staff at the lobby and working the event were very friendly. I would return to an event there.

Awesome experience, beautiful rooms, nice pool, although a little pricey.

Nice hotel. Was there for a work meeting in the conference rooms. They were clean but small. The tops of the hot drink cups kept popping off, spilling drinks on 4 of my coworkers. Besides that it was good.

I was just there to drop off and pick up my child for a school dance. We had a couple drinks at the bar while we waited. The staff was really friendly.

The staff was excellent when I was there for a business dinner.

Room was great and the front desk was awesome. They ended up overbooked and offered to split my double room into two singles no charge.

I loved this hotel, easy to find and extremely comfortable with spacious rooms in the older side of the building. They keep it very clean with phenomenal customer service from checking in, ordering food, simple requests, and more. Complimentary water, coffee, teas, toothpaste, and decent food. I would highly suggest them for another business trip or leisure stay.

Excellent event facility. The tiffany ballroom is GORGEOUS. The staff and good are on point. There's ample parking as well!!

The hotel is very nice. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The restaurant One Bistro in the lobby was very good. And the function facility we huge. All the staff were really nice.

We've had clients stay here on numerous occasions and they're always happy with their stay. The on-site restaurant is top-notch, which means that we don't have to leave the property when we're renting our conference rooms.

Nice rooms and helpful staff. Bistro is a good place to grab a drink and meet up.

I love the place, great place, service and rooms are up to standards or even above.

Booked through HotLine; right off 95, about 30 minutes away from Boston. Typical chain hotel, no complaints !

I have had some major back issues for quite a while now, so when traveling I have limited mobility. Luis, at the front, noticed right away and assorted me with a more accessible room without me asking.

I also am an idiot and forgot my medication. So my wife USPS overnighted it to me. And when we got notification that it arrived, I called down to Luis and found that it never showed up. USPS sent it somewhere else. Luis ha fled the conversation with USPS and even had on of their drivers go to the post office and pick it up.

If I could give more stars I would. Give that man a raise!

Typically I find myself less than impressed with restaurants in hotels, but this one was quite good

We had a great stay, 2 rooms. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hotel is undergoing lobby renovation, but it is so well run you would not know it.
Bed's are the most comfortable I have had in a hotel.
Breakfast buffet is top notch and at $7.95 a bargain.
Highly recommended.

The room was canceled without notice and after the rude front desk sorted that out we were sent to a room that Had not even been cleaned yet so had to swap rooms again. The hotel is poorly laid out and way over priced for the rooms, I would definitely seek alternative places before going here.

This is our place we always come back too. Beautiful foyer, helpful kind staff. Pool is always clean and lifeguards always helpful and friendly. We have had Long monthly stays and over nighters each time is great.

Best vegetarian meal I have ever been offered. Good conference facility.

We we're at the Four Points Sheraton Norwood for a corporate holiday party. The venue was nice, service was pretty good, and the food was delicious!

Well appointed rooms, good restaurants, very convenient to get to and from. They also throw one hell of a wedding.

I went to The Real Estate Appraiser Expo. They have it here every year. Great Buffet, food, clear away service, dining area, clean restrooms. My cousin had her Wedding Reception here. We love the outdoor patio area. No doubt I'll be here for at least one event before the next year is out! Plenty of parking, and friendly staff.

Went to One Bistro for lunch. Food was OK, wouldn't go out of my way to return.

SFPE and AFAA-NE joint meeting. The room was well appointed and the prime rib was excellent.

Hotel very comfortable and modern. The food served at breakfast and lunch is very rich and varied. They have very comfortable and well equipped conference rooms. I stayed at the place as part of a course that I went to do to Global FM whose facilities are located next to the hotel. The hotel bar is very good and they serve very tasty beers, ideal for an after office. The restaurant is also good but closes early, 11am.

Was there for dinner and the experience was great and the staff was very accommodating.

Such a pretty hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable and the hotel pool was the prettiest one I've ever seen. Super large, beautiful furniture, a lifeguard, lovely plants and beautifully decorated.

I came to the Sheraton for a venue viewing for a wedding. Jayme was very profession and thorough throughout the your of the hotel. The indoor pool is beautiful and the rooms appeared very clean. Their lobby and event rooms are also very nice

We were there for a conference, so I cannot rate the rooms. However, Four Points is centrally located and very accommodating to large groups. The food was 4 of 5 stars, not extraordinary but very good. The staff was professional and abundant. Good job.

Usually, Four Points are the bad boys of SPG hotels. They can't be compared with, let's say, Sheraton. Not this one. I really liked this one. It beats a lot of Sheraton hotels I have been too. I read about the great staff before I booked here but even the great reviews do not give the staff their due praise. Very good staff all around.

Great location! I stay here for work quite often. The rooms are a little on the small side but are very clean and functional. It's a small thing but I like that they include two free bottles of water with your room. The people are always friendly and helpful. Also, the One Bistro on the ground floor is a good place to grab lunch or dinner. Cool bartenders. I recommend the place to anyone in the area.

Went to a professional development day. Beautiful event room and dining area. Excellent food selection for event. Very clean and well maintained.

Attended a Christmas party for the company my wife works for. The food was buffet style and very very good. The fish and risotto were 5 star. The room was very clean and the staff were fantastic, from the waitstaff to the bar. The hotel was very clean and modern.

I m on my 3rd day of a five day stay, and must say I am very impressed. Although I am here for pleasure this time, I am a frequent business traveler and pretty critical after staying in so many hotels across the states. The staff is excellent, from Debbie at Z s restaurant in the morning to John working the night shift, they have all been great. The food is good also, what up with that? Great job four points!
