A flagship of Italian healthcare. Staff and trained doctors, especially human in understanding your situation and in helping you. My clinical history is delicate and here (as in another clinic that follows me) I found doctors able to give me the right indications.

They are very competent, they have the latest generation machinery, they are also very human and welcoming. The structure instead is neglected, not very clean, dirty bathrooms.

I was operated on for lung cancer, I was lucky enough to find competent doctors and caring nurses. I wish to publicly thank them all including the Head of the Thoracic Surgery department.

Good institute with competent doctors, well organized, alas there are many patients but they manage to make up for the question.

Unfortunately my experience has been negative on many fronts, the pediatrics that should guarantee humanity and professionalism was found to be lacking both on medical professional skills, as they have a schematic and task-oriented approach without any prospective view of the case, this led to loss of my beloved son of only 9 years, who after a year of chemo and interventions was almost considered in the path of recovery and then unexpectedly go to the total disaster without understanding why.
In addition, the organization adopted by the medical team, for which doctors are constantly turning, probably dictated by the desire to have an emotional distance with the family and the little patient, makes you feel a mere dossier that is passed from hand to hand with scattered sheets. I know that it is not easy to work in that kind of department, certainly the most difficult considering that it is a question of children and young people, but when choosing that type of mission one can not disregard its all-round role where for a doctor different skills are required; , techniques / hard (and even on these I have not had positive feedback few explanations and not always consistent) and soft or relational, communicative and perspective vision also fundamental to frame the case. A great emptiness from this point of view that could be filled with formations and development.
My emptiness, alas, will remain profound and perennial, but for the prox children I would advise living a professional updating and an organizational revision.

Oncology visit booked more than a year ago at 11: 00. Arrived here in advance (before 11:00) to make the acceptance. After accepting I waited my turn (I repeat at 11:00 ) to enter the clinic; I went in at 13: 10. Two hours late, they said "technical problems", but they are certainly organizational problems. Not recommended in this period. Good checks at the entrance but then enough. Withdrawal area full of people, non-existent staff checking. Little staff that makes withdrawals and therefore the waiting times are very long. I with the urgency have been within 1 hour (maybe even longer) between acceptance and withdrawal. I was treated at this institute and I can guarantee that it is impeccable

I went on a private visit to two different specialists to submit to them the case of my father, suffering from urothelial carcinoma with probable bone secondary diseases. In both cases, the experience proved to be totally negative on a medical level and highly disappointing on a human level. In the first case, in fact, the luminary to whom we turned turned out to be an aseptic scholar of reports, completely indifferent to the patient who, although present, was ignored for the duration of the reading of the paper documentation produced (and not of that digital). In the second case, the specialist in question felt invested with a paternalistic role and, without making a minimum contribution to the search for suitable medical therapy, he thought it well to express personal and moral judgments on the medical and logistical choices made by the patient, using tones and disrespectful and confidential terms. Probably the two distinguished specialists will be very valid scholars, deserving of undoubted acknowledgments, but I believe that the title of doctor is undeservedly arrogated, which by its nature should instead invest the one who welcomes and cares for the suffering patient, paying attention to both physical and to the emotional one.

Today, as usual after two years, I returned for my usual checks and ..... disappointment; apart from the lady at the counter of the CUP very kind, the rest leaves much to be desired: I asked for information to a nurse in the corridor that I had to chase after and at the end, puffing like a bellows, listened to me but you can imagine the expression of the face; a brief reference to the doctors: little available to explanations, hasty and hasty, one could see very well that they had little desire and I stop here.
