Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Review

This is a well run Hotel. During these difficult times staff is always available and helpful. There has been no visible reduction in service even though the hotel is not as busy right now. The same goes for One Bistro which is a terrifc restaurant attached to the hotel. I travel quite often in the NE area and will be sure to always stay at this hotel. The surrounding area has everything you might need.

The ball room is big and comfy. Very nice for company events.

Terrible customer service; the staff argues with you instead of listening to understand the problem. No effort to resolve issues from the customer's perspective. Plus the food is not very good. They "recycle" the leftovers into other dishes day after day.

Ate at the restaurant inside the hotel called Bistro One. They had amazing food & service, and while the menu was small and it was a little pricey, I definitely found it to be worth it.

The location was nice. The bathrooms are very clean. I was there for my friend's graduation. And I would like to go there again

The staff was very cordial and accommodating all around. We were able to get our room prior to check in time. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

I attended a professional event and the facilities have been updated and modernized since my last visit over two years ago. The conference rooms were good, with plentiful outlets, clear projectors and screens, and a good layout. The lighting was good, too, and not the yellowed, dim, murkiness of so many hotel function rooms. The lunch was excellent, well beyond the usual fare for such events. We were one of many events and trainings going on that day but it didn't feel crowded, as they have multiple dining areas for lunch.

Can't say enough about the wonderful staff that helped make my niece's wedding last night so flawless. So thoughtful and accommodating. Food was very good. Drinks were big. Rooms were lovely. Went off without a hitch which lets everyone enjoy and have fun. Great job.

I attended a conference and four points provided delicious food. We couldn't figure out the speakers and someone from the staff arrived promptly to assist us.

Didn't stay but attended the MA APTA Annual Conference. Great spacious location for big meetings as well as small conferences. Food was served for lunch and was very appetizing, and tasted awesome. Break rooms in between the conference center rooms as well. Overall amazing experience

Had lunch at One Bistro. Great food and reasonable prices. Would definitely go again for further lunch excursions.

Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. TV was on swivel mount and included netflix etc. Much nicer than expected for a chain hotel.

Great place for our meeting. Sound works. Rooms clean. Comfy seats. The lay out was a bit confusing but the hotel team guided you where you needed to go.

I loved this hotel, easy to find and extremely comfortable with spacious rooms in the older side of the building. They keep it very clean with phenomenal customer service from checking in, ordering food, simple requests, and more. Complimentary water, coffee, teas, toothpaste, and decent food. I would highly suggest them for another business trip or leisure stay.

Great amenities, for a reasonable price. Will book again.

It was a great visit, I spent my night at the location for my senior prom and the venue was one to remember :)

Recently renovated, the conference area looks great. Highlight is the food at the lunch buffet, as well as in the Cafe.

I have been staying here for a few days a week for weeks now and I have to say this is an excellent hotel.
1) I ve stayed at the Hilton Dedham and had to switch rooms twice because I had found many pieces of hair in multiple stays.
On the other hand, this Four Points hotel probably has the best cleaning crew I ve ever seen, always super clean and nothing left behind its really impressive (there s always gross stuff in hotels).
2) service is always nice and accommodating, whether it be for room service, holding package delivery, or the free shuttle.
I recommend booking or asking for the PURE rooms, there are no questionably clean bed spread/cover, all is white and nicely modernly decorated with purified air and water (although I can t really tell the difference on that)

One recommendation for the hotel: invest in a text message or via the app system to book the shuttle like other hotels do in the area as calling all the time is inconvenient.

One of the finest restaurants in Norwood. If you enjoy a great steak look no further.

Attended an event here Saturday night in one of the large ballrooms. This place sits off Route 1/Auto Mile and is your typical Sheraton hotel, however this location includes a sprawling conference center of ballrooms for events and weddings. Event rooms are quite large but look a bit dated with older decor. From the rugs the draperies to the light fixtures, this place looks like it stepped out of the early 90's. Even the staff uniforms look like the eighties. Walking the entire hotel from end to end, the Tiffany Ballroom area is spacious but the lobby and restaurant area in front is a cramped mess, all clumped together. Looks like the place had serious design problem, placing the One Bistro on top of a crowded lobby and another private dining room. If the lobby gets too crowded, the area gets congested and looks shabby. Surprised at this set up as it looks very odd. Not sure if the rest of the hotel is set up this way but if it is, seems like the design is lacking.

Went here for a conference. Great function room and the food was good.

I was at the facility for the New England Appraisers Expo. The facility was comfortable and the food was good.

Had a late brunch there. The meal was very good, as were the cocktails.

Was there for two day training, stay overnight. Service is great. Food is delicious, training venue was perfect.

This was a nice facility for workshops! The lunch was great with lots of options. The work rooms were clean with easy to use technology. I didn't stay overnight, however, so I can't judge the guest rooms.

I was here for a business meeting and lunch was served as well. The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Very happy with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. They have a restaurant and a good breakfast buffet in the morning. I attended a conference and it was set up extremely well. I would definitely recommend.

There is a lovely little river with a shot nature trail behind the hotel. The Sheraton is a bright spot in an otherwise bleak area.

It's a beautiful hotel newly renovated with a very friendly helpful staff, especially Linda and Mustafa at the front desk.

Had a lot of company events here over the years. Food is good. Restrooms are clean. They do a good job with setting up and tearing down for breakfast, breaks, and lunch. Coffee and snacks always available. Plenty of parking.
And a bar and restaurant for those not smart enough to go home right after the meeting is over.

One Bistro for lunch. Unfortunately the restaurant was under repair, looking forward to going to the remodel soon.

Great location for access to the city. Went here for an event in their banquet hall, the food was great and the service/staff was also great.

My favorite home away from home. I got at lease twice a year. They just recently remodeled all the room, that was a great surprise this last visit. I love the pool and jacuzzi area, it's like being on a vacation in Miami. They have palm trees and that soft pale peach color which gives me that feeling. Great service when you walk in until you check out. Thanks Four Points see you again real soon.

We have been at the Four Points in Norwood for a couple visits dealing with a death in the family. Our room was serviced every day in the best possible way. We want to send a great review to bartender Joanne who made the excellent cosmos that helped smooth the troubled waters! Great hotel and great bar service from Joanne!

I went for a company holiday party. The food was excellent and the service was good. Not the friendliest servers, but good.

Attended an event at One Bistro at the Sheraton. The service was great, the room was up-to-date & clean, and the food was good. Will keep this place in mind for future events.
