Nice hotel, good maintainence, and near to mall and airport too

This is a great hotel in pune which is situated near by airport. It is big hotel and room also big. Very neat & clean and quiet place. Staff are professionals but very gently person. Food also very testy. Good choice for stay.

Four points is a good hotel, very close to the airport and nearby KP which is the heart of the city.

The service is exceptional and the food is delicious.

They have a well maintained, though not highly equipped health centre. The pool is best used for relaxing and lounging around, there isn't much breath provided for anything serious.

Very warm and helpful staff. Though I was on an extended business trip, they made me feel like home and provided me with all amenities and facilities as required. Food is awesome if you love Indian Food, however the chef's don't know the authentic Kulcha Paratha, that sad. Sagar Ghule and Mukesh Patil in particular very courteous in their service. Thank you sheraton for making this a memorable stay.

Visites the place for CSM CERTIFICATION and cleared it. Food was awesome especially the desert brownie was mouthwatering.

Spent 5 months here on a business trip to Pune.
Great hotel in terms of service, room quality, housekeeping, connectivity and location.
Only food is not that super great if I compare it with other hotels I have been on such business trips. Overall a good 5 months stay for me.

I wholeheartedly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
I was staying multiple times at FourPoints Pune in late 2019.
The managers Mr. Akshay (and Mr. Jitendra) failed so many times to: provide expected cutomer service, solve the problems created by hotel staff, provide compensation.
Below there is a list of some situations in which Four Points Pune failed so badly.
1) Not respecting do not disturb hanger. Hotel staff trying to enter the room despite visible do not disturb hanger on the door
2) Wellness employee rejecting to open the gym which, according to information on the website and in Marriott Bonvoy app should be open 24 hours (the only situation for which I was offered complimentary amenity service compensation)
3) The gym being foggy and smelly due to malfunction of kitchen ventilation system. Apparently there is nothing wrong to workout in the fumes of burnt oil.
4) The invoices were issued wrongly, and were not corrected despite multiple requests. Only the call to Marriott Bonvoy helped to solve this issue.
5) They tried to charge me for the drinks or snacks that I was entitled to as part of the lounge benefit.
6) Very often towels were full of stains and room was dusty.
7) During breakfast most of the time no one cared to offer me tea/coffee (there is no self service tea station)
8) They failed to return laundry to agreed time next day. I was left with no shirts to go to the office.
9) The hotel transportation was not ready for the pre-agreed time.

The managers were always politely saying they are sorry, and they will improve but were not able to put their words into action. Managers were helpless and they keep on braking their promises.
The stays were both stressful and unpleasant for me for most of the time. Please stay away from this place unless you do not have other option.

Excellent place. Even though we didn't spend much time at the property, the service levels were very evident. They were absolutely courteous, obliged for early check-in, etc. They were willing when I asked for a change in room as we wanted a smoking room. Despite breakfast getting closed, they got the South Indian chef to make some delicious masala dosai's for us.
Food was good, they have small but nice pool.
It's close to the mall in case you want to have some other food options or have money to spend...
Overall, it's a good place, would recomend this hotel to anyone

Rooms are elegant & with all required amenities. Food menu & taste are hossom.
Once I stayed in apartment it's very good for family to spend their vacation & holidays.

It has good swimming pool & recreation centre.

Easily accessible since its on Pune-Aurangabad highway.

Very close to Pune airport & we can reach within 10 minutes by car.

Good location to travel to Ranjangaon-MIDC industrial area & return back during evening traffic.

The hotel is on the main highway. Has a nice view around. The outlets are good and have a nice variety of food and drinks. Liquor is not available as within 500 m block.

The staff is well mannered and courteous although slow sometimes.

The rooms are nice and have a view on both sides of the hotel. The room amenities do require a little work on as you may need to ask for a few items.

Altogether it's a good place to stay and you do not need to go out of the hotel as everything is provided. G maps shows places of interest within a range of 10 km.

Good option to stay in Pune while you re on business trip. This property is near Airport on Nagar Road. They ve a pool, gym etc. for recreational purposes and a fully loaded spa.

Absolutely a great service for example Anikhita at the reception, good rooms, but unfortunately I got a very very bad case of food poisoning from the breakfast buffet in the morning...
