The Maratha hall offered for our onboarding process was good and quite spacious with capacity of nearly 300 people. Food is amazing and hospitality is very good

1bhk room was super at 9th floor, hospitality and management was awesome. Very neat and tidy, well maintained rooms. Truly 5 star services

Comparatively insensitive towards customer requests

Very well organised hotel, there were 2 functions happening simultaneously, and both were running smoothly, food was very delicious and valet parking had many staff so the wait time after function was minimal. Keep up the good work !

The banquet hall where the event was taking place was wonderful. The food served was fantastic.

Good ambiance, food is ok, big building. Headed here for office party, but sound very costly for normal people. Off course hotel is not for comman man. But atleast food must be tasty as per prices.

Great location, you get quick parking facility as they deal with perfect vallet parking system. Happend to check in for some function where they had ample space for the crowd and as well other guests were handled much better. Food was not so great but then wont b dissapointed as well.

I visited this hotel for lunch. The restaurant is spacious, the ambience is exiting and the staff is very humble and friendly. The food was delicious and would love to visit again.

It is convenient near Pune Airport. The rooms are clean and the wifi connection is good. Walk for about 10 minutes to the Phoenix Mall.

When ever I am in Pune and I am booked here for a stay they always go one step ahead and give me a better experience than the previous occasion and always have a wow factor

Silence at night: definitely improvable - I heard the guys in the neighbor room like they were standing next to me.
Sometimes at 4 am in the night people in the shree siddhi building next to the hotel start praying, you will definitely hear that if you are in a room on the pool side of the hotel. I guess it depends on the time you are there. Rating for early November.

A good hotel but needs to increase upon the number of lifts as only two are there which is less as compared to nine floors in the hotel... Rooms are also on shorter side

Went there to attend exhibition. So there was nothing much to experience. But overall it was good.

The experience was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited choices though.

Had a guest arriving from Italy and booked Four Points for them but upon arrival got to know that the water pipe is bursted, though they arranged their stay at nearby hotel but definitely dint give a good impression for first time visitor to India.

Nice Hotel, Rooms are quite spacious. Used Gym and swimming pool as well. Restaurant staff and reception help was quite good and welcoming.

I'd an absolutely stay at the Four Points. The service I received was among the best I've experienced. The staff is genuinely happy to help. The food is delicious, I'd previously heard that the food is only okayish, but personally I loved the subtle flavours. The whole place has a nice vibe to it. The rooms are also very spacious, cozy and very well equipped. I'll not be looking for a different hotel when I next visit Pune. Also, it's close proximity to the airport gives it another brownie point.

We visited The Eatery restaurant for dinner at Four Points by Sheraton - Pune. One of the best highlights of this place is that the restaurant was still open past midnight. We reached there around 12:15 AM. We had Indian main course. The quantity of items was good and the dishes were quite flavoursome. The Eatery came to our rescue when we were unable to find any place for dinner past midnight. It was an enjoyable experience overall.
