Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Pune Review

Amazing experience in staying here. Service is great. Breakfast spread is good. Banquet hall experience is great

I have no idea about this place but used to hear from people that it's good.

Situated near to pune airport hardly 10 mins drive . Nearby phoenix mall is a big plus for this property . Excellent property , food is good and staff goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable .

Good Hotel, Decent Stay, Location is nearby airport, so good for the people who wanna stay and fly by. Service is quite good and lives upto the expectations. Definitely worth visit.

It was our anniversary and we wanted to make it special by feasting on to the veg buffet offered by the hotel. Going by the reviews, I was quite optimistic about our choice. However the moment I glanced at the spread, i was disappointed. Spread did not have a lot of options. There were only two starters out of which 1 was a potato. Pasta was good and so were one or two vegetables. Desserts again was a let down. Will think twice before having a meal at any 5 star hotel again.

It is a regular residence of PUNE. There is a shopping mall and restaurant nearby for your convenience.

Awesome hotel - On the main road - Nice rooms - Good breakfast - Though is booked for weddings and corporate meetings so there is lot of crowd in lobby - Also the view from the room has a torn poster which the hotel should get removed. The staff on the front desk persuades you to donate to some local NGO - not a 5 star thing to do - really took away the 2 stars from 5 -

Food quality was not that great. Starters were served only Once . Hotel customer service needs improvement.

The building looks grand, as are the services. Although it is located on a highway, it makes up for the location with its quality of services. A good option for people with money in their hands.

The service apartments are good, clean and spacious. Buffet is strictly OK. In-room dining was good.

A good place to stay when on a Business trip to Pune

Four points manages to keep up 'the sheraton experience', though one should not expect the luxuries provided by "Sheraton Grand".

Starting with the entry unlike other 4/5 star hotels there was no car check done we entered like 8 times in 2 days, after the entry there was some issue with a wedding guests that stayed in the hotel a day before due to which there was a lot of delay in checking in some guests were waiting for almost 4 hours, only the body temperature was checked at the entry , guests were not sanitized and at the checking counters social distancing were no were to be seen, room looked good but again there were some issues with the bathroom although it was taken care at one call but still not expected from a 4 stat hotel, breakfast menu was an average hence did not try for lunch or dinner. Overall experience was not so good.

This is very famous brand of hotel in India. Location of hotel is also at right place which near to Airport and on Nagar Road. This hotel is very much appriciated for the weddings arranged in this hotel. We have organized our training session here in board room. They are very good and staff is good. They also offer the good deals for corporate event. They hvae nice gym and swimming pool facility. They have spa facility. Ample of parking is available. We had our dinner here which is very tasty. Have good chef which prepare a nice and tasty food. Also have good buffet menu which has everything with them. Overall this is very nice place to have all type events.
