Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Serviced Apartments, Pune Reviews

Have a bit of mixed reviews about this place. Room service was not prompt enough. Amenity kit was provided for only one person while the booking was for three. There were food stains on the table. Wearing of masks were not enforced strictly in the restaurant. However the dinner and breakfast was excellent. The breakfast had plenty of options. The guests coming here also are not the best in behaviour. This place has valet parking. Overall I feel if you looking for a good stay experience then this place may fall slightly short of expectations. However if you looking for value for money then this place is totally recommended.

Conference facilities were good. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. A good place to have business conference and personal events as well.

Ok for basic facilities, average food. Staff is courteous but maybe understaffed, get delayed.

Hotel location is good...food taste is good...ideal place for corporate conferences.

Bit expensive.. but services and food are good... Very few Complementary services

Fire alarms go on @ 1 in the night...frankly these guys need to know what they are doing considering they are a part of SPG group....seen much better

The ambiance in the hotel is very good and you start feeling it as you step in the hotel. One of the best hotels to check-in in Viman Nagar. The service here is very great and the staff the well groomed and eveready to help you in all the ways possible. Rooms here are also well maintained and very comfortable. The Phoenix mall near the hotel is best place to hangout and the biggest in Pune.

Its located close to the airport. Food is good, tge rooms have very soft bedding.

Cosy rooms, the staff is very friendly and offers good service. The only disappointing part was the dinner buffet!

Been here for conference. Service is ok. Food was average, need improvement. Grand Maratha and Grand Peshwa conference rooms are ok too.
