Been to this place quite a few times. Located right on Nagar Road in Pune, prime location. Good for staying but this time I will give it 3.5 as I feel the internal staff/front office is not up-to-date with the offers active in various tie-ups, leading to communication gap, lead time to allocation of tables, confusions. Food quality is good; buffet menu needs some revision and change for better. Service staff is courteous and easy approached.

Stayed there for a month, enjoyed the stay. Buffet breakfast spread is huge
Its claimed as a 5 star property but the service here is not upto the standards as you expect from a 5 star stay. I would recommend Choose another instead. The breakfast has poor variety that too during christmas season i didnt find any dry fruits like almond and walnuts for the breakfast buffet, i asked for cheese slices or spread its not available. The rooms had stuff broken, door knobs, Faucet etc. Which i had to request them to fix. No social distancing protocol is being forced on the guests here, its very casual around the lift and dining areas, make sure you carry your sanitizer and masks . Only delight is the warm welcoming friendly staff !

Visited panash restaurant. Food was good but not great
Actually room was good. But the food and services were not up to the star values they are showing. I forgot my belongings there and I realized it after 2 hours of checkout. Immediately contacted reception but they told they never got that. It can't be happened because their security and all things were too good. Even the person behaved like they don't care. So disappointed
It's good service, we can see from highway, There food was awesome, there staff was polite and helping nature, we lots of enjoyed of foods.
This one of a shocker hotel that i have visited in pune. Looking from the outside and from the premises you will judge it as an average hotel but it is truely a very good place to stay and have food. The rooms are clean and well maintained staff is cooperative they also have a big swimming pool on first floor. Its a good to try out.

A 5 hotel with very strategic location. Ambience one would love. They served excellent veg and non veg food for dinner. I was here for a CME, so not much can be commented upon. Overall pleasant atmosphere.
