Good place for business executives for overnight stay...

Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on Nagar road. The rooms need a renovation. The hotel is now showing it's a sign of fatigue.

Excellent service. The only glitch was the food. We sometimes felt that the food was stale.

Good spacious rooms with good food. Love their breakfast spread. Food is good in taste and quantity is decent. Tried their Dal khichdi this time which was amazing. Disappointed as Risotto was missing from their menu this time which is one of my favourites. They could improve a bit in speed of their room service along with cab services.

Situated bang on Pune -Ahmednagar Highway.Good Ambiance.. A bit slow service rather... Place is good for business meet ups... Ample Parking...Clean Washrooms but no tissues in dispenser.

Parking limited, road is always jammed & did is just okay

It s the kind of hotel that can amaze it s guests . The best in class service and the breakfast was delicious .

Visited the place for a marriage at its Banquet hall Grand Maratha. Quiet a decent place good for stay and small occasion.

This was my first experience with Four Point Sheraton over this weekend, unfortunately it would be my last time and would not recommend this hotel, definitely not as a premium hotel. Food on all days was quite average and not up to the mark.
Service was very poor, looked like they mostly have kept some Trainees from hotel management who are not experience in serving their customers. Most of them were quite confused, insensitive and there was a poor response even to provide warm water when asked.

I am sure you will take this as a constructive feedback and improve on your services in future.

Amazing place for Corporate events. They had huge hall which can accommodate 300+ people. We had our event and it worked out well here. The main course was yummy with deserts, however the starters were not so satisfactory.

Good hotel near to Pune airport. At very reasonable price. Staff and services are also very good

Lovely ambience, great rooms and facilities ideal for a Conference. Or a wedding. Polite and helpful staff.

Bit tired and could do with an uplift, especially the exterior. Staff are extremely professional and really helpful.

Buffet lunch is waste of money. Property is good. Swimming pool is good. Happy hours can you save you money else not worth for dining.

This hotel has amazing value for money. we came here for a certain event, and the food served was spectacular. I would definitely recommend this place for tight budget events

Visited to have some discussions with one of the executive but the lounge was very disturbing due to loud songs being played.

We booked a deluxe room. Everything was good except the AC. It couldn't handle the hot weather of Pune.

It's an average hotel and certainly not a 5 star hotel as claimed by staff. Did not see any international ratings at the entrance.

The rooms are good and comfortable. Swimming pool, gym and spa we're superb. Courteous staff and good dinning area

Being a 5 they have to be hygienic and maintenance of a standard. So that was no surprise. However was disappointed with the buffet, you get better than this in a 4 star. Stayed here on a business travel and would rate it average.

Parking issues...no shade.... underground parking not safe for a car..no lift to go underground.... I dont want my expensive car to handover to Hotel guys for a parking... i dont trust anybody in this Kalyug.!!

Decent hotel with good food. Went for a training session. Tried the lunch at the bar and the restaurant, both places had good food.

If you are going here for dining only, please don't especially if you are a vegetarian. Go for Westin, mariot they have much more variety

The hotel is lovely and warm welcoming but the food we ate during induction program is not as per the taste... disappointed by the taste buds.
