Very neat and excellent service. Good food. Easy approach.

Five stars are relative, but overall this is a clean, modest, business hotel with attentive service and a nice breakfast. The rooms look a little dated, but are serviced promptly and all amenities (shower, AC, power) work ok. The breakfast is decent but I wouldn t pay for it if it weren t included in the room rate.

Place is nice and well maintained, with all the amenities, service is good, food was good, ambience is also good.

Have been staying in the hotel for almost 3 weeks now .... and it has been a wonderful experience till date .... Warm and friendly staff and quiet helpful unlike you meet in Pune ...lol

Had a lovely stay here. Staff is very polite and professional. Would have definitely one more star but there was repetitive cooling issue with the Air conditioning system as well as the TV in the room the LHS screen had display issues. Rest the stay and food was amazing. Adrian at the first floor 1St story was awesome, he is a wonderful host and good at conversation. Will definitely recommend 1st Story and the this hotel. The food served in the bar was amazing and chefs were good as well.

Visited on 10 December for a team event. Food was okay. Service was not that good. Everytime we asked for food they used to bring mild food even after requesting hot food

Hotel is pretty nicely located and comfortable... Very courteous staff and spacious rooms made the stay a very relaxing one... They can still improve their restaurants though as services are pretty slow and irritating if one opts for a-la-carte

Even though from outside it looks average, but it scores high on actual delivery. Express check in and check out, well appointed rooms, card access to respective floors. Shower was awesome. Toiletries were average and could be improved.
Did not get the opportunity to try lunch or dinner. However Breakfast was great with lots of choices for everyone. South Indian was good with some good authentic filter coffee and masala tea.
Icing on the cake was access to lounge (with gold elite on Marriott Bonvoy) some good service and snacks for 2 hrs, it was just superb!
Things which could be improved, during breakfast time some tiny flies were around the food, need to keep that in check, knowing thick vegetation around the breakfast room.

We stayed in this hotel for one night in November and I don t even know how to describe it, it was simply fabulous.

Me and my friend were expecting luxury but this was on another level, you were made to feel like royalty from the minute you arrived until the second you left. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful 24/7.

The restaurants were great (would definitely recommend It was great)

The rooms were spotless with a well stocked mini bar rooms and the beds were really comfortable.

The housekeeping staff were lovely and brilliant at their job, Manager Vinay and Chinmay at reception had done remarkable job

The location of the hotel was great, would recommend

Decent place, mostly finger food. Few options were good, few okay. Ambience ver okay nothing great. Staff is decent and well manared. Overall ok experience.

Very well arranged banquet hall, Grand Maratha. Well mannered and helpful staff. Attended a ceremony and Four Point lived upto the promises. World class services really.

The property is good but the reception staff is highly unresponsive, rude and not at all cordial. Asst Manager Ashish Shrivastav has no sense of hospitality & is highly undeserving to be in the hospitality industry. This kind of customer service is not at all acceptable from a prestigious chain like Sheraton. Even the smaller n less famous hotels like Oakwood and Lemon tree provide better service. Highly unrecommended.

Went to their first floor restaurant for dinner. Ambience is OK, food was great.
