Very bed Sir

As per me try to avoid to book this hotel.

Didn't trust on sales department and front office desk.

Good hotel , nice staff . The only thing about hotel policy is they charge for extra bed for kids .

i stayed there for 3 nights. Everything about this hotel is awesome. Food/staff/rooms are very excellent.. their staff is very professional .

Very bad service and much chaos. Not a good hotel to stay. The best choice is O the hotel

Great place, make sure that you're booking a suite!

A portugese styled architecture, the hotel is beautiful and classy.comfortable and beautiful rooms. Location is just perfect and is like 10 mins walk from the market and 20 mins walk to the beach. The only thing I didn't quite like was the food and it was just average.

So far liking it and will come.back again. Very nice atmosphere and very cordial reception from all the people.

To begin with, dont consider the complimentary breakfast at all. It is horrible, serving same menu everyday with no taste and some times even stale. The bar is shoddy with disappointing cocktails and distatesful bites. Only saving grace is rooms size is ok and maintained clean. Washrooms are again a let down with water looging and fixtures not working properly. Do not recommend at all.

I visited Goa third time in 10 yrs and let me tell you because of the place of stay my this visit was perfect. Firstly about the property
1. The property is not large but adequate for all requirements and the staff is very helpful. They have all the amenities like swimming pool with life guard, gym ,kids play section etc. Morning to evening shuttle to beach which you can walk also as well as dedicated parking for personal vehicle or hired one which one can get just next door. Though it's not five star but then they don't have any tantrums of 5 stars which unnecessary add to ur bill.

2. The icing on the cake is the Earthen Oven.....their inhouse restaurant with buffet meal....let me tell you that the food out here is excellent... simply excellent....one should look for deals with complimentary breakfast and dinner . They have bar also.they serve continental, indian , Chinese and ethnic Goan cuisine. The chef Krishna comes to you personally and take suggestions. Their are two more chefs but I can't recollect their names as of now. They are true life line of this hotel otherwise Rooms ,AC and TV is everywhere. But the food here is awesome.
3. Rooms are spacious but not very large and they open towards the house of someone else. The expensive rooms are facing pool ....and yes u can't c beach....as the property is not bang on beach..but walking distance.
4 . Lastly enjoy your stay .God bless

Slighlty less value for bucks... reasonable stay poor parking arrangement and access

1) Nice Rooms with all required amenities included.
2) Not enough parking space.
3) Live Music and complementary drinks b/w 7-8 PM makes this place a crowd pulling one.
4) Complementary breakfast includes variety of options.
5) Kids menus are also available.
6) Wi-Fi speed is good.

One of the best hotels in goa. The breakfast provided was good and staff is very professional and good.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, good food and a small swimming pool.

Good hotel. They have to manage the breakfast, it seems they has very bad experiences with Indians therefore they don't even offer good coffee in breakfast and you need to buy it seperately. 1 hr free house liquor is welcoming effort , little far from main market and absolutely no nice view.

Except for the staff, everything is poor and its not a participating fortune hotel in club itc nor the itc people do the direct booking for it. I wonder how and why they are using both Fortune and ITC's name.

Very bad experience. Front desk staff are very rude and non coperative.

Your response speaks only one side of story. First of all nobody asked us feedback at hotel. I hv attached few photographs to show condition of rooms.

The ambience and service was excellent. Two veg and non veg starters were provided with complimentary drinks. Outside there was live music performance. They have a pool close by which can be accessed at lunch hours. Overall, the food and ambience were great.

Pathetic Hotel and Sales Team. In this crisis time. They doesn't want to refund the money for room booked in March. And not even giving the Credit note. When government has restricted the activities, at that time how such a big ask their Guets to come and stay in their Hotel rediculous Hotel and the Sales staff.

Went for buffet lunch, it was only good not that much what i expected. Only few items are there. Can expect more....

I went to stay there for two days. I have been told it's a 5 star property but it's actually 3 star property. No one was responsible for bad issues. We went there to celebrate our marriage anniversary and actually I had noted it in email of Nagraj. We were 3 in my room and it had been also noted in that mail and with the discussions of hotel authorities too.Because of these prior preparations we expect more. But they provided bedding at 12 noon.We wanted to watch IPL final but the Tv was not working.They did not do it working that day. To make amends of it second day they sent us cake and chocolates but timewise it was useless. Total ambience was not nice.Locality ,odour, electricity cut off are major issues. If you are vegetarian then better you have to be on fast ,no more food options. And the quality of it is so so.Only the satisfactory thing is breakfast and their service. If you want to have a casino then only it's a proper place because it's a waste of money.

Extremely courteous staff and special treatment all through out the trip

Pros: Nice property at inside lanes for peaceful stays, ideal for families and couples, staff at restaurant will make your day.

Cons:
1. Room service not available after 11pm, check in time allowed at 2pm which is very late if you are traveling via air/train/road.

2. No welcome drink offered.

3. The leisure room is not having functional games either pool table or darts even the bar is closed.

4. The swimming pool is small as compared to rooms.

Worst experience. They have mentioned this hotel as four star but the quality is not more than two star. 80% of staffs are trainees who doesn t know many details of the hotel itself. Half of the things you need in the room is not available and you separately have to call for it. Swimming pool size is tiny similar to kids pool. Takes ages for room delivery. Overall I would say, spend bit more and stay in 5 star hotel or a beach side resort then paying here.

I would like to bring to your notice that... Its terrible the way these guys are responding to our query... Its feels pathetic when we are asking a query and someone takes months to revert only because we had paid advance in march 2020 and then came the pandemic they issued the credit note which was of no use as they were charging a mammoth price (od a 5 star category resort)
Seriously management should take necessary steps.. First impression itself is very pathetic. If this is the way they respond I just dont know what service they will provide at the resort... Am not at all happy with the attitude of the service personal in this resort.
I would request one not to put your hard earned money in something of these sort. I'm sure there are far better resorts.

Fortune acrone select Regina is the best hotel the staff is very nice and even the services are very good liked the food the hotel is set at a very nice location overall the hotel is excellent

Holiday in goa...
ITC fortune Acton Regina is a really nice and well maintained hotel. I stayed here with my friends which was just awesome. We enjoyed here lot as because , the staff of this hotel is very friendly and cooperative in all department. Like front desk anuranjan , rajnikant , Babita and Rasida ,braja from housekeeping. Beach is also near by , the hotel provide free shuttle service for the beach. Our stay was Worth. Thanks to this hotel & their staff.friends which was just awesome. We enjoyed here lot as because , the staff of this hotel is very friendly and cooperative in all department. Like front desk anuranjan , rajnikant , Babita and Rasida ,braja from housekeeping. Food is very bad, staff uncultured, totally west of money in this hotel

Nice property in candolim at 10 mins walking distance from Candolim Beach n 5 mins from main road. Rooms are spacious.

Comfy beds and rooms. Good breakfast spread. Fast WiFi enables work.

Being ITC child, the expectations are high..hence maybe disappointed..but for the price it's good. Swimming pool is ok... food is good.. beach is 10 mins away

Service great. Rooms clean. Nice restaurant. One star less as it's 100 + meters away from beach. But they have free shuttle service to beach from 900 to 1900 hours

Thanks to chef Rajdeep ,serving staff Mr Vivek, and manager Mr Prithviraj for personally looking into our concern for Jain food.Goa has always been close to our hearts...Good food makes experience more delightful.
Locationwise this property is perfect if you are looking to hangout at Candolim beach.
Kids play area is also great.They also have PlayStation in kids play area.

Very much problem in electricity in this hotel light is going 15 to twenty times in a day

Good hotel . It is about 10 mins walking distance from Candolim beach. The variety offered in breakfast is good. Also, they have a live music session in the evening from 7-8 in which they offer free drinks.

Absolute delight to stay there for location, services and food.

Its located 5mins away from Candolim Beach... This property would be a perfect choice if you're looking for a semi-luxury stay on your next holiday. Great hospitality. Great property.

I will be arriving on Saturday 25th Nov with my wife for our first holiday to Goa and also to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday we are really looking forward to staying at your hotel i chose your hotel after reading reviews location and the fact it's got a gym we are looking forward to a relaxing holiday and sample the sights sounds and culture of India

Well located, the rooms are good, the service decent and overall a great place to stay if you come to visit Goa.

just got back from 2 weeks stay at the fortune what a brill little hotel nice clean friendly little place set back from the main strip 5 mins walk away beach 10 mins walk away hotel as lovely friendly staff spacious clean rooms with wifi lovely food prices sames as restaurants outside beer is cheaper than local bars they even do a free bar 7-8 every evening As a nice clean little pool with plenty sunbeds and free towels A nice little gym to help keep the pounds off while on holiday the staff are very friendly and couldnt do enough for us special thanks to our friendly waiter Rohit for taking care of us who seemed to be there morning noon and night The cleaner Biswarup for keeping our room spotless and folding our towels into all kinds of animals which my wife loved Chirstina from guest relations checking to make sure everything was ok with our stay Kevin the manager is a big friendly and polite guy who arranged a birthday cake for my wife too All in all we had a lovely stay on our first trip to Goa Thanks guys we look forward to going back in a couple of years

Not the best place to be at , but situated near baga beach aNd candolim beach. Buffet breakfast is really good

Beautiful Property with Terrible Staff:
It was extremely unpleasant experience during our stay at Fortune. And this is not just the feeling i have, but every member of my group had the same feeling. We were a group of 60 people and we have started our 30 days journey from Delhi. In this 30 day journey we have stayed in 30 different hotels and when i asked my group members for the feedback, every individual rated this property as the worst hotel. Very rude, unpleasant and uncordial staff. The breakfast was part of our package and we requested them to serve it just half an hour early before the regular time for which we were made felt like a beggar. One of my team member asked them for hot water and the staff said it will be on chargeable basis. I recommend strongly not to consider this hotel for stay ever.

A ITC member hotel...!!! Nice location near to Candolim beach....!!!

This hotel seems to have lived past its prime. I had last visited it in Dec 2011 and most recently visited in Dec 2018 and could clearly notice the difference in quality and upkeep of rooms, staff attitude and food variety /quality. If anyone is looking for a luxurious and comfortable accommodation then there are plenty of better options available in Candolim area at a similar price point.
