This hotel seems to have lived past its prime. I had last visited it in Dec 2011 and most recently visited in Dec 2018 and could clearly notice the difference in quality and upkeep of rooms, staff attitude and food variety /quality. If anyone is looking for a luxurious and comfortable accommodation then there are plenty of better options available in Candolim area at a similar price point.
