I would like to bring to your notice that... Its terrible the way these guys are responding to our query... Its feels pathetic when we are asking a query and someone takes months to revert only because we had paid advance in march 2020 and then came the pandemic they issued the credit note which was of no use as they were charging a mammoth price (od a 5 star category resort)
Seriously management should take necessary steps.. First impression itself is very pathetic. If this is the way they respond I just dont know what service they will provide at the resort... Am not at all happy with the attitude of the service personal in this resort.
I would request one not to put your hard earned money in something of these sort. I'm sure there are far better resorts.
