I visited Goa third time in 10 yrs and let me tell...

I visited Goa third time in 10 yrs and let me tell you because of the place of stay my this visit was perfect. Firstly about the property
1. The property is not large but adequate for all requirements and the staff is very helpful. They have all the amenities like swimming pool with life guard, gym ,kids play section etc. Morning to evening shuttle to beach which you can walk also as well as dedicated parking for personal vehicle or hired one which one can get just next door. Though it's not five star but then they don't have any tantrums of 5 stars which unnecessary add to ur bill.

2. The icing on the cake is the Earthen Oven.....their inhouse restaurant with buffet meal....let me tell you that the food out here is excellent... simply excellent....one should look for deals with complimentary breakfast and dinner . They have bar also.they serve continental, indian , Chinese and ethnic Goan cuisine. The chef Krishna comes to you personally and take suggestions. Their are two more chefs but I can't recollect their names as of now. They are true life line of this hotel otherwise Rooms ,AC and TV is everywhere. But the food here is awesome.
3. Rooms are spacious but not very large and they open towards the house of someone else. The expensive rooms are facing pool ....and yes u can't c beach....as the property is not bang on beach..but walking distance.
