Beautiful Property with Terrible Staff:
It was extremely unpleasant experience during our stay at Fortune. And this is not just the feeling i have, but every member of my group had the same feeling. We were a group of 60 people and we have started our 30 days journey from Delhi. In this 30 day journey we have stayed in 30 different hotels and when i asked my group members for the feedback, every individual rated this property as the worst hotel. Very rude, unpleasant and uncordial staff. The breakfast was part of our package and we requested them to serve it just half an hour early before the regular time for which we were made felt like a beggar. One of my team member asked them for hot water and the staff said it will be on chargeable basis. I recommend strongly not to consider this hotel for stay ever.
