Worst experience. They have mentioned this hotel as four star but the quality is not more than two star. 80% of staffs are trainees who doesn t know many details of the hotel itself. Half of the things you need in the room is not available and you separately have to call for it. Swimming pool size is tiny similar to kids pool. Takes ages for room delivery. Overall I would say, spend bit more and stay in 5 star hotel or a beach side resort then paying here.
