Buying a vehicle from Fort Bend Kia has absolutely been the easiest, hassle free car buying experience that I have ever encountered. Not only did they offer me the most money for my trade in (sight unseen), they had the exact vehicle that I wanted. The sales people were so nice and accommodating, that my sales person, Nabeel Qureshi actually delivered the car to me in another state. I am anxious to visit the dealership and meet all of the other nice people at Fort Bend Kia in Rosenberg, TX.

Hands down, the greatest. First time buying a brand new car and Mr.Dani Palmer made it smooth and easy for me. I did not once feel pressure to make any drastic decisions. He went so far as to even have it home delivered due to the fact that the detailers left for the day and he wanted my car detailed before he handed it over to me. Thank you, Fort Bend Kia! The entire staff at For Bend KIA is amazing! Going back to when I first bought my car, Rod was amazing at getting me the best car with the best deal! When you first walk in, you are greeted immediately. The Service Department is also very friendly, efficient and thorough when explaining the service needed and performed on your car. If you choose to stick around, the staff on the sales floor will keep you entertained for sure and that helps the time pass quickly!

My name is Erin I am so upset with this car dealership right now. Back in 2016 i was looking to buy a new Optima but I was told that I would be upside down if I would try to buy a new car. So they talk me into a lease car which I wasn t going to do it but they granted me within paying off my old car I could come back with no problem to return the car or get a new one. I just got off the phone with them now it s a problem that I can t return the car or get a new one without paying the lease off. I wouldn t never recommend this dealership to any family or friends of mine anymore.

If you are one of those people who doesn't like buying cars, you HAVE to go to Fort Bend Kia. The whole sales process was so easy, they didn't pressure me, let me ask a million questions and explained everything so I felt completely comfortable with my decision. Plus the price they gave me for my trade and for the car I bought was extremely fair without any haggling back and forth. I am so thrilled with my Stinger and so glad I chose to do business with Fort Bend Kia. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

These other reviews seem fake. Just a heads up. They were written on profiles that have only this one KIA review. I have had multiple bad experiences here, and they make it up to you by giving out coupons and such. Mostly the people who wash the cars forgetting to do the roof and little things like that.

They made everything right after a bad experience in trying to have my vehicle serviced. They called me the next day that their equipment had been fixed and got me in the next morning to have my vehicle fixed at no cost to me!
Now that is great customer service!

Very disappointed with this place.
I had an appointment for my vehicle to get serviced and I made the appointment a week prior to the service date.
My vehicle sat there for two hours and they did not do the work it needed.
The worst part is that I called them to see if it was ready, then find out it was not serviced.
It sat for two hours and they did not bother to call me to let me know that they couldn't do the work bc their equipment was not working.
AND they knew about the equipment not working since Saturday...why not call and reschedule?????
Not happy at all.

Keep in mind folks, no business is without an issue here or there. From fast food, (WHAT THE HECK MOMENT) to a world class Hotel that you expected better. I just completed my second transaction with Ft. Bend Kia. From sales to service they are hands down over the top. My sales man, Mr. Arseniy Shcheglov, the General sales manager, Mr. Enrique Lance, and the entire Ft. Bend Kia Team exceeded my expectations for the second time. From the top down a very approachable staff. If Kia is your interest then Ft. Bend Kia should be your goal.

Integrity, Honesty & Loyalty...3 things you don't normally associate with car dealers but this is no ordinary dealer. One of the best, no pressure, buying experiences I've ever had. Super Dave, Enrique & Debbie are a true triple threat to make your experience the best. They were all informative in giving you all the details while being completely transparent. I did research for months on the vehicle I wanted and yet Super Dave still knew more than me, which was really refreshing. I didn't get to work with the rest of the team (yet) but you can tell that they all embrace a similar philosophy. I actually look forward to driving out of my way to have my new car serviced just to stop in, say hi and see how they're doing. Thanks Fort Bend Kia!

I d like to focus on their mantra for a moment, I know for a fact they really mean what they say and that each customer is in fact a critical component to the long-term success of Fort Bend Kia. Javier Gonzalez was great in every way during and after our purchase of our Kia Soul from Fort Bend Kia. My family and I felt that he was connected to the company s vision and took great care of us.
I don t live in Rosenberg. I traveled to Fort Bend, Why? I could have selected Parkway, Westside, Archer or Joe Myers . But this dealership has the highest customer review ratings on credible review sites like Google and Yelp. Once we saw the facilities, the service shop, and meet Javier I knew the ratings were legitimate. Since I am a consumer who purchases a car every 3-4 years, works in the service industry and has kids who are approaching driving age I am looking for a long term relationship with a salesmen and a dealership who treats us like Family. I would say that at Fort Bend Kia you re always treated like family, before, during and after the sale. I d return to do business with a place like this. Thank You Javier!!

Went in to look at a 2021 Seltos and to be sure it was comfortable for me. We met with Chance Burton and he spent over 1 hour with us discussing the vehicle and a test drive. Robert, the Sales Manager came over and thanked us just because we stopped in . Chance took the usual info,so I figured the usual harassing phone calls would be coming. Three days and no calls; I was impressed. Went back on third day and told him I appreciated him not calling and he told me that's not how he operates. They were spot on with my trade in amount and while waiting for some paper work the owner ,Mr. Skinner came by and chatted with us and thanked us. Even Debby the finance manager wasn't pushy with the upsales when I declined . Needless to say I am the owner of a new Seltos. This is the friendliest most helpful car buying experience I have ever had, never felt pressured , loved the experience. Hoping when the time comes the service dept. is run the same way .

Fort Bend Kia has the most impeccable customer service and hospitality ever! The service department is amazing, honest, and work diligently to get your vehicle out in a timely fashion. I have bought 3 vehicles from Fort Bend Kia and will be purchasing another vehicle from Fort Bend Kia within the next year. The Owner of the Delarship is always on hand and treats his customers like they were his own family! All of the employees sincerely care about their patrons and seem geniuinly happy to be at work, that translates to happy customers! Job well done!

Awesome service. Took Fort Bend Kia about an hour to fix the break shift recall where as Archer Kia took more than 4 hours and couldn't fix it. I'm glad there's a new dealership on SW part of town and am sure they will drive Archer Kia out of business.

The first time I went to Kia I had a pleasant experience, I went to Kia today July 8th 2017 and was treated good by my dealer but I went through the whole process they told me the car I was getting was getting detailed and 5 hours later while still waiting and finance specialist treated me with such disrespect and ashamed as if my money wasn't good enough for them It was ridiculous. I then left with no car and a little disturbed. Probably will not be returning to this Kia location.(Rosenberg) if your a first time buyer and don't have 6000 dollars in cash like I was told by the finance advisor don't even show up.

We were out for the day looking to buy a vehicle, my cousin called me after a bad experience at another KIA dealer and we put the wheels in motion, called and spoke with Arseny and believe me this was the easiest best car buying experience ever, we went in and bought a car in two hours they did not have it in stock and located the car in the color we were looking for in minutes.
We have bought lots of cars, but the customer service, price and financing was truly the best experience with Arseny at Fort Bend KIA, we are out of words to describe it, if you are in the market for a KIA please do yourself a favor and do not go elsewhere you will be wasting your time, here are Fort Bend KIA they are not there to waste time they are here to make sure you get a fair deal and financing always depends on your personal situation.

And the KIA brand has come a long way, come and check these vehicles, I could not believe my eyes, The Forte GT, the Telluride, The K5, The Stinger, wow, just wow, we will be coming back as soon as my youngest son is ready to drive.

However, my recent shopping experience at Fort Bend Kia was exemplary in comparison to the other dealerships I've visited or spoken to. I was in the market for a 2012 Kia Soul Plus. I'd contacted Westside Kia, Demontrond Kia, Fredy Kia, and numerous others to locate the vehicle I wanted. Apparently, the inventory on the official Kia Soul website was not accurate because I was told they do not have those vehicles in stock or it's already been sold. Some told me they only have a few but would not give me the VIN or quote me a price over the phone. They wanted me to drive out there personally.

I received an e-mail from Geof of Fort Bend Kia, asking me to let him know what I'm looking for. He immediately sent me the VIN for the vehicles that fit my criteria. I was able to do a lot of comparison on their website before my appointment at the dealership on Monday. Prior to my calls and e-mails to the dealerships, I've already done my research on Edmunds and KBB so I'm aware of the approximate prices for the Soul plus. It was the sales pressure and deceptive practices at the dealerships that I dreaded the most. Surprisingly, the atmosphere at Fort Bend Kia differs greatly from other dealerships I'd visited. Geof was courteous and attentive to my questions and concerns. We test drove the vehicle I was interested in and Geof patiently explained all the features that came along with the car. I made a reasonable offer based on my research and keeping in mind the dealership needed some profit. It was accepted without all the back and forth price haggling I've dealt with at other dealers. I could NOT believe it!
I then met Jim, the sales manager, and Virgil, the owner, as we drew up the contract for the car. I was very impressed that Virgil was on site and everyone was very personable. The finance manager, Charles, was an expert in his field and very willing to help. I met the very nice service manager, Crystal, who scheduled my first service.

The commitment of the entire Fort Bend Kia team to a great customer service experience and treating their customers like family was phenomenal. I was in such awe of everyone that when we had a mix-up with the paperwork and VIN, I was more than willing to wait. I am extremely thankful for everyone at Fort Bend Kia for making my buying experience such a memorable one. Even if I have to drive out to Rosenberg, you have earned my business for life!

May 30, 2019 Ft. Bend Kia and the staff Chance, Virgil and Joe worked with me to get me in a new vehicle yesterday. May 23, 2019. In 2015 I went and paid cash for a Kia Sorento at the same time I signed up for the platinum warranty package. I was very happy and thought that I was getting exceptional service. All service to my vehicle was performed at this dealership. Last Thursday my vehicle stopped running while driving down 59. Lost power, brakes and power steering. Fearing for my life I had to coast thru 3 or 4 lanes of heavy traffic mind you with no brakes or power steering. Ended up in Lowes Parking Lot Sugarland. Called Kia service and was told they couldn't help me to call my insurance. So I did just that. After waiting an hour in the hot sun I finally got towed to Kia. The service dept finally contacted me after I had made several calls and trips to the dealership at 5:00 Monday afternoon. At this time I was told that the PCM would have to be replaced. Not sure until this is done if that is all of the problems. While I was at the dealership on Monday I was looking at the warranty package that I purchased. I was within 15 miles of dealership and didn't get a offer of a tow. After researching this I also found out that a repair for a motor of passenger mirror was a covered expense but for 3 times I asked for it to be fixed and they told me it would cost to much out of pocket. This was wrong.
Now I have a rental but Kia will only pay for 2 days. I was without a vehicle for 6 days already. They want me to turn in the rental after 2 days so they can order the part and have it shipped takes 3 additional business days. They told me I couldn't keep the rental during the shipment time. This is not my problem. While I was there on Monday I kept telling them I thought I was getting great service but now I have found out differently. I wanted to purchase another Kia but having reservations. Once I get my vehicle back I will not feel safe driving it and will be searching for a new vehicle. Vehicle only has 83,000 miles on it and still 16,000 miles extended warranty and is in very good if not excellent shape..

Be aware of what you have paid for and the service that you are getting.

This was the best car buying experience ever. My Wife and I spent a total of 2 hours from the time we walked in, test drive two cars, and did all the paperwork for the Sorento we ended up getting. Arseniy, our salesperson, was the best. He made sure our time in the dealership was quick and enjoyable. Most of all he made sure we were completely 100% satisfied! I bought a certified pre owned Kia Sorento still in platinum warranty and during the signing process I asked a very specific question about the warranty , I wanted to confirm that before the platinum warranty expired that I would have the option to extend that warranty through Kia and not a third party, I was told that I would have that option through Kia. This was one of the main reasons I was buying the vehicle. After the paper work was signed I was surprised to look through the paperwork only to find that there was nothing in writing or print to support this, so I asked if I could get that in writing from the sales closer and was told that wouldn't be a problem, after a week went buy I started leaving messages and even went there and spoke with the sales closer and was then told she cannot put that in writing, I then spoke with the sales manager and was promised a email with the info requested to no avail. Since then I have called and spoke to a different sales manager and was promised a email back with the info I'm requesting still to no avail. At this point I guess I need to contact a district manager or owner of the dealership because I'm not getting anywhere with the employees from this dealership.

Wonderful customer service and ability to make an appointment online are fantastic. Waiting area is nice too. We used to go to a Kia dealer in town but will drive further to this location because of their customer service!! We had an issue w our car that only happened in cold temps when on vacation and eventhough we couldn't replicate it here they were very helpful in diagnosing the issue and providing a solution.

My husband and I had the worst experience with this dealership!!!!! We went in originally wanting to look at the vehicles and were approached by Dani Palmer. He convinced us to apply for a vehicle with a lease option. My husband and I agreed and made it very clear that we did not want our credit ran more then once. Dani told us that our credit would only be ran thru Kia Financial and that was the only back that did their lease option. By the end of the night we were told that everything was good, we were approved, and we would go need to come back in tomorrow morning to sign all of our papers for the vehicle. He printed the tags, had the car detailed and told us the car would be delivered to our home and we would just have to pick up the keys. This morning when we called to give him a time that we would be in to sign the paperwork, were then told that we had 2 vehicles with open loans which we did tell him about. We were asked if we wanted to trade in our vehicle and we responded with NO. Dani then said he would call us back. He would call and touch base with my husband and I. We were never told that we weren't approved because one of our loan holders reported a natural disaster on our credit report. We were not in desperate need of another vehicle. When i started getting emails from Experian stating that my husbands credit was ran i then called Dani to find out why. HIs response was that we were approved for a totally different car then what we wanted and he had NO CLUE that my husbands credit was more then once, he then told me to contact Miranda in the finance dept. So i called the dealership to speak with her asking why She was very rude and was yelling at me telling me that she was only trying to help us. She also stated that the credit pull was not a hard inquiry and would not affect my husband credit score. I explained to her that it is and it did does affect the credit score and asked to speak with a manager. I was put on hold for several minutes for the manager Sahid Salhoun to tell me that Dani was told from the morning that Kia Financial did not want to approve the Lease loan and that we would need to trade in one of our vehicles. Dani then went to his manager in the afternoon asking him to what he could do to get us in a car. Which lead to Sahid authorize the finance dept to run my husbands credit 2 more times thru 2 different banks for a car that we did not even want. I told Sahid several times we did not ask Dani to run our credit nor were we informed of any of the denial or changes in the vehicle. I then told Sahid I would file a complaint and he then told me we authorized for them to run our credit on a purchase loan when that was not we wanted or agreed on I made it very clear to Dani that if we weren't going to get the car leased we didn't want the car or any other car. We also made it clear that we did not want our credit ran multiple time we were told by Dani that they only run your credit once thru Kia Financial because they are the ONLY company they deal with for leasing a car. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership and please aware of what came happen Now I am Filing complaint with the BBB and now having to contact the credit agencies to dispute these inquiries. BUYERS BEWARE.

Great service in service of my car. Although the car wash I was unsatisfied with, a lot of smears on vehicle. The atmosphere is really nice very friendly front end I was comfort waiting. I enjoyed meeting owner, he is Wonderful.

It's car service. It's expensive. It takes time....so I probably wouldn't ever give 5 stars! But the guys got it done, even after having to go get the right part from another dealership. Luckily, the weather was mild enough that I could sit outside under the service breezeway because there were too many other people in the small waiting area, so I stayed out without worrying about a mask. I'm always glad you guys clean up my car--windows look great on the outside. Maybe I'd give you that fifth star if you wiped down my little dog's nose prints on the INSIDE of the car, too!

Demorris Cox (salesman) and Enrique (sales manager) were phenomenal. The laid back and relaxed atmosphere is how all car dealerships should act. There was ZERO "salesman" pressure. They even went as far as to do a dealer to dealer trade to ensure that my wife and I had the EXACT vehicle we wanted. Their approach, the KIA Sedona and its beautiful looks are what overall sold us. I visited and shopped almost every dealership in Houston, for this Kia, and Demorris and Enrique were the only ones to work to a price that was BETTER, yes I said BETTER about a car deal, than I was expecting.

Great service everytime! I drive from Houston to go to this location becasue it's always clean and pleasant, cozy chairs, great coffee, friendly staff and even the other customers are usually pleasant! The women's restroom looks like it belongs in a fancy hotel. :-)

You CANNOT and WILL NOT find a better place to buy a car, I can promise you!

My family purchased two cars in a week simply because our first experience was THAT GOOD. We went looking for a van to accommodate our large family and Nabeel (who is a treasure!) worked with us through and through. He put zero pressure on buying things we didn t need and only focused on what we wanted! Our trip was well planned out we knew which car, which models, etc and Nabeel never waivered on price. The price he quoted WAS the price! No tricks, no gimmicks! While other dealers told us they couldn t promise prices over email.
We were in an out in under 4 hours which I know sounds long, but that was discussing needs, sitting in and test driving a few models, waiting for credit checks, working through finance, and getting our vehicle drive out ready! I have two toddlers, time is important to me especially when I m racing against ever changing moods and immenint nap times. Nabeel made sure my kids were taken care of and comfortable and made the whole experience so much easier. When we went the second time, my sister disregarded our advice to go straight to fort bend Kia and instead tried a larger north Houston dealer since they had the car she wanted on the lot at a lower price online. Except, that price was a lie and we sat JUST WAITING for four PLUS hours there. We ended our visit with them after calling Nabeel, who in 45 minutes or less, found an even newer car, priced it, and started the paperwork for my sister to sign on Monday when she came in. The second visit was 2 hours MAX. This car was so new my sister watched them peel the plastic off. She made it through finanace and the car through the necessary drive out prep in record time.

If you re looking to buy a Kia, buy from Fort Bend Kia! Everywhere else will have you waiting for hours and give you interest rates (literally!) ten points HIGHER than fort bend Kia!

And I know this is SO small and petty, but the second we walked in to Fort Bend kia, we were offered water. The other place didn t offer water until we d been sitting in the finance offers for two hours. Think about that if customer service means something to you!

I bought a 2014 Soul in May 2015. It was overpriced.

The salesman could not get the crew detail clean the car.

The APR was set really high.

The car's price was 14k plus and I walked out with $23900.

I am upside down just because I trusted this dealership.

It is located in Fort Bend, the supposedly "rich" area, that is why they keep the price so high because they know there are people who don't pay attention to numbers in this area.

Its better to go for other dealerships the next stop.

Jerry was super helpful when I brought my car in for service. He was attentive and helpful as I explained the problem I was having. The sevice team was able to locate the issue and make the repair in a matter of hours! Not only that, the cost of the fix was very reasonable. I would gladly return to Fort Bend Kia for any future service needs.

I simply can't rate this dealership highly enough! When we arrived my husband and I were immediately greeted by Arseniy, he helped us find exactly the car I was looking for, a gorgeous 2019 Kia Niro.
He was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a fabulous sense of humor. In our conversation we mentioned our teen daughter needing her first car and he recommend a fantastic deal on a Kia Soul, which she was completely surprised by! We only went planning to get one car but couldn't pass up the amazing deal on two!! Arseniy surpassed my expectations! Then Debby helped us get great financing and fantastic rates. Everyone at that dealership is top notch and absolutely surpassed my expectations!! Stop by and check them out, I think you'll be glad you did, I know I was!!

I purchased my Kia Optima EX on April 13, 2012 and I couldn't be more pleased both with my beautiful car and the treatment my husband and I received from the staff. Our salesman, Geoffrey, deserves an A+. Geoffrey was friendly, professional and definitely knows all the features of the Optima.
The other personnel were also friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia and especially Geoffrey.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a dealership.
Ricardo in the Service Department was one of the nicest guys I have ever encountered at an automotive place. I will bring all my business here for my Kia, and tell all my friends and Houston Kia drivers the same. If you want 5 star service, use Fort Bend Kia.
