May 30, 2019 Ft. Bend Kia and the staff Chance, Virgil and Joe worked with me to get me in a new vehicle yesterday. I'm very pleased to stay a Kia customer as I feel that these are some awesome vehicles. Stop by and give Chance in sales a chat and he can hook you up with whatever you need. May 23, 2019. In 2015 I went and paid cash for a Kia Sorento at the same time I signed up for the platinum warranty package. I was very happy and thought that I was getting exceptional service. All service to my vehicle was performed at this dealership. Last Thursday my vehicle stopped running while driving down 59. Lost power, brakes and power steering. Fearing for my life I had to coast thru 3 or 4 lanes of heavy traffic mind you with no brakes or power steering. Ended up in Lowes Parking Lot Sugarland. Called Kia service and was told they couldn't help me to call my insurance. So I did just that. After waiting an hour in the hot sun I finally got towed to Kia. The service dept finally contacted me after I had made several calls and trips to the dealership at 5:00 Monday afternoon. At this time I was told that the PCM would have to be replaced. Not sure until this is done if that is all of the problems. While I was at the dealership on Monday I was looking at the warranty package that I purchased. I was within 15 miles of dealership and didn't get a offer of a tow. After researching this I also found out that a repair for a motor of passenger mirror was a covered expense but for 3 times I asked for it to be fixed and they told me it would cost to much out of pocket. This was wrong.
Now I have a rental but Kia will only pay for 2 days. I was without a vehicle for 6 days already. They want me to turn in the rental after 2 days so they can order the part and have it shipped takes 3 additional business days. They told me I couldn't keep the rental during the shipment time. This is not my problem. While I was there on Monday I kept telling them I thought I was getting great service but now I have found out differently. I wanted to purchase another Kia but having reservations. Once I get my vehicle back I will not feel safe driving it and will be searching for a new vehicle. Vehicle only has 83,000 miles on it and still 16,000 miles extended warranty and is in very good if not excellent shape..

Be aware of what you have paid for and the service that you are getting.
