Bought a 2015 Optima at the beginning of May. I normally wash my car by hand, but recently took it for its first drive thru car wash. The shark fin antenna blew right off (remember it was my first drive thru car wash).

The service department refuses to fix it under warranty because they determined it was not a manufacturer defect. If it's an aerodynamic part, why did a little bit of air blow it right of the roof? It either caught air from underneath or the part was screwed in too tight both of which can be considered manufacturer defects.

Careful when you take your Optima to a drive thru car wash.

Stay away from this dealer! Sales people will make you promises and then renege. I asked for a specific used car from Robert, who told me it was available and since I had a preapproved loan would have no trouble. He set me up with a guy named Arseny, who I set up an appointment with to see the car on Saturday. He sent me the CarFax and several pictures of the vehicle. The next day, when I texted him about the appointment reminder, he texted back saying he "just found out it has a pending USAA approval and it's been sold--me and Robert didn't know about it." I reminded him my approval was not pending--I had an approved loan--but he said there was nothing he could do. This is the type of "customer service" Fort Bend Kia offers!

My experience was fantastic! Jose did such a good job helping me find a car that perfect for me and had tons of knowledge about the cars! Fort Bend Kia is by far one of the most helpful and friendly dealerships I've ever visited! I highly recommend this location.

Nabeel helped me get my first Kia Soul in 2012 and he was absolutely awesome! He was very helpful and the manager really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and happy. I went back to Nabeel when I was ready to trade up to the newer Kia Soul model and have continued to go to the dealership for maintenance. I even brought my grandmother and father in to meet with Nabeel when they were looking to purchase their vehicles. He has been wonderful with my entire family! Purchased a 2016 Kia Optima EX with the premium package in April 2017 with less than 30 miles from the Fort Bend Kia dealer. At 4100 miles the car stalled and lost all power while traveling on the highway during rush hour. Screen flashed Engine Control System - Possible Engine Condition.
Took the car to Fort Bend Kia who indicated the throttle position sensor needed adjusting and cleaning. Less than 24 hours later the car stalled again on the highway. Have lost total confidence in Fort Bend Kia s service department. Had to have the car towed to Westside Kia in Katy.

I keep going back to Joe for service even though I didnt buy my SUV there. Just went today. I have owned cars for 40 years and have never experienced service and their attitudes like this place

Back in 2013 my Lincoln LX transmission was going out~time to bite the bullet for a new car, yikes! I know Virgil Skinner from Fort Bend Fit Marathon training group so needless to say I drove out to Fort Bend Kia to "test drive" his selections. My test drive that day turned into an amazing trade-in for the Optima EX, which has more bells & whistles on it than my Lincoln!! Had the most pleasant time working with the financial person who met a low interest rate so I could finance thru them! I drove off their lot in style :)
Two months later, my daughter's Infinity car had issues so she drove it from Lubbock, where she lives, to Fort Bend Kia & drove off the lot with an Optima LX, she one-up'd me by adding a few more bells & whistles, KIDS!
Both of us love our KIA's & when we have run into some incidences, Virgil & his team have always been top notch in resolving the issue. BTW, my daughter still lives in Lubbock, Virgil personally contacted the KIA dealership their to have the problem fixed on her car!!
Both of us have & will highly recommend Fort Bend KIA................you not only are purchasing a great vehicle from them but also great service!!!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used vehicle from Fort Bend Kia. Even though the car was a Hyundai, the team made sure it was well taken care of and in great shape for sale. I flew into Houston from New Orleans to buy a car from this dealership and it was totally worth it. Really great experience purchasing a used car from Nabeel at Fort Bend Kia - plus everyone at the dealership was very easy to work with, including the sales managers and the finance department.

Plus I've been using their service department for our other vehicle for years and it is top notch, with great pricing on regularly scheduled maintenance and a comfortable waiting area.

I reached out to this dealer to see if they would consider matching another dealer on a minivan quote I've found. Basically they didn't want to match or beat the dealer and wished me good luck stating 'it's a good price'.

Fort Bend Kia Team offered a very good experience when I bought my car. They are not aggressive to negotiate keeping a very open and good conversation until both sides get a good deal. Jay was the sales person that worked directly with me showing the car and all the options without hurry. We are very satisfied with our new Kia Sedona.

Purchasing an automobile is a very stressful experience. Both in choosing a car and personal comfort. Herve is the kindest, most understanding salesman we have ever had. He understood that we wanted no pressure and that s exactly how he deliver his sales approach. Everyone was kind. However Herve spent the most time with us. We were not an easy sale. However, Herve was absolutely wonderful. He explained the car and how use it. We, as senior citizens will need a little refresher course because our brains couldn t handle all the learning and all these new gadgets in this car. But all in all. It was a wonderful experience. And we plan to tell our friends and family to definitely give Ft Bend Kia and Herve, an opportunity to WOW them.

The dealer was the perfect example of a classic car dealership. Only out to make money even when the customer is at a loss. I was interested in a car when I was shopping here, and the salesman stated the car with the spec I wanted was being used by the GM, but I can still purchase it. I was ok with it at first and took it for a test drive, loved the car and came back to negotiate prices. Keep in mind the car was USED by the GM about 1-2k miles on it so I took that into consideration when talking about price of the car. I left with a number they gave me, and like a smart reasonable buyer, shopped around. I found the same exact car for the SAME EXACT PRICE that was BRAND NEW with no miles at another KIA dealership. I thought KIA Fort Bend would be understanding, but man was I wrong. I came back to this dealership bringing up this dilemma. They said because it was driven by the GM the car is TECHNICALLY NOT USED due to no one else having the title besides the dealership, they are selling it as a brand new car. I tried to negotiate and lower the price because of the used vehicle and the GM came out, handed me my car keys and said "good luck" in a completely rude and disrespectful attitude. They couldn't give me a counter offer? I guess they take advantage of clueless customers frequently, but when I knew when to stand up for myself and say something they had no idea how to react. Needless to say I purchased the car at another dealership with no curve balls, just straight up sign and go. Avoid this dealership when possible, they definitely do not deserve your business.

Had a tire issue showing on dash panel. Drive into dealership and they took care of it right away. The staff and their service is always first rate. This is my second KIA. I might add, the owner is always available, if there is a problem.

Do not trust this dealership! We agreed to buy a car from them if they fix the cameras that were not working. They agreed and we were to pick up the car the next day. When I contacted to make sure it was ready they said they sold it after we left! We had an agreement and they said they sold it! Called the GM, sales manager lied to him. I sent over my text messages and phone log to prove our agreement. Ridiculous way to do business and treat customers. Don t trust these shady liars.

Factory ordered a 2020 Kia Telluride, no nonsense, no hassle. So far so good. We'll see how pick-up and financing goes.

We just recently purchased a brand new 2016 Kia Sorento SXL from Nabeel at Fort Bend Kia, & we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service he provided and the ease of the entire process. They really run a well oiled machine...good, honest people who want to make sure their customers are happy (no BS at all) and that's why we'll be repeat customers. From our interactions with our sales person (Nabeel) to Miranda in finance, & Enrique in management...they were all wonderful to work with. And the best thing of all is that they value your time. You won't have to spend all day in the dealership to purchase a new car. Last but not least, these are the most generous people I've ever met! I'm a teacher at an inner city school with a large population of underprivileged students, & the owner (Virgil) & finance manager (Miranda) offered a very generous donation by sponsoring several children from my school to ensure that they have a very Merry Christmas this year. Fort Bend Kias Team was amazing! From the test drive to driving our new Telluride off the lot, Fort Bend Kia delivered in every respect. They educated us as to the features of our new car, kept us informed of its build and delivery regularly and made our drive out seamless. We live in the Galleria area and drove to Fort Bend Kia given their reputation for customer service and would not hesitate to make the trip again in our next Kia purchase!

We have purchased two vehicles with Nabeel at this location and each time it has been a pleasure to work with this young man. He was thorough in both instances, never made us feel like we were wasting his time even though we were quite picky about what we were looking for. This time last year I was looking for a Black Kia Sportage and my Dad happened to find one that was just posted on Fort Bend Kias website. I sent in an inquiry, Jose got back to me immediately and even sent me pictures & youtube videos of the vehicle. Went to test drive it that same night and Jose made me feel extremely comfortable, no pressure what so ever. People tend to take advantage of you when your a 26 year old woman shopping for a car by yourself but I'm glad that he was informative and honest with me. He even had his associate sit on the back seat with him when I said I was nervous about not being able to see out of the back window if people were sitting in the back seat. Thanks for the help! A car dealership you can trust! Sounds like an oxymoron, but true - these guys treated us like old friends when a rat chewed the wiring in our Sorrento and we decided to replace our car. The owner of the dealership, Virgil Skinner, is personable and loves to engage directly with his customers, along with his manager, Enrique Lance. Rod Maloul was the king of low pressure selling and we are thrilled with our new purchase as well as highly impressed with the service we have received from this dealership for over 6 years. Highly recommended!

I'm a college student and I was looking to lease my first car. My dad took me to a bunch of different car dealerships, and I couldn't really find what I liked (in addition to dealing with sometimes difficult salespeople). Finally, we came to Fort Bend Kia. Not only is it a nice, inviting dealership, but also the salespeople work very hard to help you get what you want. My father and I worked and negotiated with incredible salespeople, Nabeel Q. along with the manager Enrique. Nabeel was very patient despite our confusion, and he helped us tremendously in getting the car that I really wanted.
If you're looking for a car, I strongly suggest going to Fort Bend Kia and asking for Nabeel.

Excellent car-buying experience. Our salesman was Chris Torres, and he was wonderful. They appraised our trade-in and matched the other offer we'd received, gave us plenty of time to test-drive and consider our options, and talked through everything with us / answered our many questions. They also matched the lower rate we were able to get on our own. No pressure whatsoever and no sneaking services or fees in on us (unlike some dealerships). The whole process, from test-drive / appraisal to signing all the paperwork and getting the keys, took about 4 hours...which is a record. It's a small dealership, so their inventory is a bit limited, but if they have what you want, definitely go check them out. Be sure to check the cars & prices listed on their website first, because the "internet price" or "e-price" is lower than the sticker price.

I originally came in to Fort Bend Kia to replace my antenna. I was really upset because it came off in the car wash that I ve been going to for years and they refused to help me. I was also upset because u til I could get the antenna fixed, I covered it with tape. When then tape came off, the paint also came off of my care. Fort Bend Kia not only fixed my antenna but exceeded my expectations by also repainting the top of my car. They also fixed my brakes. I no longer sound like I am dragging someone down the street with me. My time here was well spent. I was checked on and even given updates.

The second time I went, they were supposed to call me back. They never did. The next day I went to a Honda dealer and bought a car.

I went to Fort Bend Kia to get a used car and I don't have much credit history, so finding a car has been difficult. I didn't want another junker that would have been in and out of the shop and dead in a year or less, so that left out most of the dealers that promise "financing to everyone!" because I don't trust that they are really going to sell good, quality cars.
So after several dealers turned me down unless I could come up with a co-signer, I go here... and they found a way to give me a car loan. I got a great 2006 Saturn that I couldn't be happier with, and the payments are super low.
I couldn't be happier with the service and all the strings they had to pull to get me financed. I am definitely going to pass the word along.... to all my friends who are looking to buy a car, used or new. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and it was a really positive experience, and it was priceless to drive away from the dealership in my shiny new car! Thanks, guys!

My wife and I worked with Dave D in sales and Jake in finance and after a test drive we shared some concerns and the found us a car that met those concerns kept the price the same, lowest in town, and got us taken care of in 1 day. This dealer is ALL ABOUT customer service. Javier was an amazing Sales Associate and took excellent care of me (absolutely recommend him). My wife wasn't able to come test drive the car due to COVID and also due to our two small children so Javier worked with us and made arrangements to get us the car so that my wife could test drive it. He also made sure that the car was detailed and that any vehicle software updates, recalls, etc. were taken care of prior to delivering it to our house. Jeff the Sales Manager was also very helpful in the process and the best Sales Manager I've ever interacted with. In a world where great customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, these guys will absolutely do everything they can to take the stress out of buying a car and provided some of the best customer service I think I've ever had (seriously). I don't often leave reviews, but I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia if you are looking for a new or used car. Really great people.
