I had an unexpected experience with my engine conking out and Joe at Fort Bend Kia was more than amazing! He made my experience so easy and stress free and I really appreciate him for that! I have been to other Kia dealership and My experience with Joe make me want to start doing business here! He actually took the time to help me financially, taking a huge load off my shoulders. Also, Joe was very passionate with helping me during the whole process even gave me his personal number in case I had any questions and concerns in which he did respond. Amazing is an understatement for the customer service I received here!
