TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. AVOID AT ALL COST. TRIED TO SELL USED CAR WITH NEW PRICE.

The dealer was the perfect example of a classic car dealership. Only out to make money even when the customer is at a loss. I was interested in a car when I was shopping here, and the salesman stated the car with the spec I wanted was being used by the GM, but I can still purchase it. I was ok with it at first and took it for a test drive, loved the car and came back to negotiate prices. Keep in mind the car was USED by the GM about 1-2k miles on it so I took that into consideration when talking about price of the car. I left with a number they gave me, and like a smart reasonable buyer, shopped around. I found the same exact car for the SAME EXACT PRICE that was BRAND NEW with no miles at another KIA dealership. I thought KIA Fort Bend would be understanding, but man was I wrong. I came back to this dealership bringing up this dilemma. They said because it was driven by the GM the car is TECHNICALLY NOT USED due to no one else having the title besides the dealership, they are selling it as a brand new car. I tried to negotiate and lower the price because of the used vehicle and the GM came out, handed me my car keys and said "good luck" in a completely rude and disrespectful attitude. They couldn't give me a counter offer? I guess they take advantage of clueless customers frequently, but when I knew when to stand up for myself and say something they had no idea how to react. Needless to say I purchased the car at another dealership with no curve balls, just straight up sign and go. Avoid this dealership when possible, they definitely do not deserve your business.
