Back in 2013 my Lincoln LX transmission was going out~time to bite the bullet for a new car, yikes! I know Virgil Skinner from Fort Bend Fit Marathon training group so needless to say I drove out to Fort Bend Kia to "test drive" his selections. My test drive that day turned into an amazing trade-in for the Optima EX, which has more bells & whistles on it than my Lincoln!! Had the most pleasant time working with the financial person who met a low interest rate so I could finance thru them! I drove off their lot in style :)
Two months later, my daughter's Infinity car had issues so she drove it from Lubbock, where she lives, to Fort Bend Kia & drove off the lot with an Optima LX, she one-up'd me by adding a few more bells & whistles, KIDS!
Both of us love our KIA's & when we have run into some incidences, Virgil & his team have always been top notch in resolving the issue. BTW, my daughter still lives in Lubbock, Virgil personally contacted the KIA dealership their to have the problem fixed on her car!!
Both of us have & will highly recommend Fort Bend KIA................you not only are purchasing a great vehicle from them but also great service!!!
