This dealer is ALL ABOUT customer service. Javier was an amazing Sales Associate and took excellent care of me (absolutely recommend him). My wife wasn't able to come test drive the car due to COVID and also due to our two small children so Javier worked with us and made arrangements to get us the car so that my wife could test drive it. He also made sure that the car was detailed and that any vehicle software updates, recalls, etc. were taken care of prior to delivering it to our house. Jeff the Sales Manager was also very helpful in the process and the best Sales Manager I've ever interacted with. In a world where great customer service is getting harder and harder to come by, these guys will absolutely do everything they can to take the stress out of buying a car and provided some of the best customer service I think I've ever had (seriously). I don't often leave reviews, but I highly recommend Fort Bend Kia if you are looking for a new or used car. Really great people.
