We had registered our two surfboards as special luggage. The two boards were put together as 1 piece of luggage and had not exceeded the given mass. The chauffeur wanted to take the boards despite advance notice and enough space. Then he wanted for the two boards the DOUBLE AMOUNT, which was not correct. After a few minutes of discussion, we were able to agree on 9 instead of 18. Even for a skateboard that was attached to a backpack, he wanted 9 Euro transport fee. On the Flixbusseite nothing is on the transport control of skateboards, since the board together with the backpack had not exceeded the given mass, it was once again not correct to ask for 9 euros. The chaufeur and his assistant were both extremely rude. It is also absurd that the Chaufeur can decide by accident how he chooses who will pay extra or not. I would like to have my 9 Euro back!
