Bus just left too early. Then I had to buy a train ticket.

All communicated to customer service. I was given 2 options. The reimbursement of rail costs was not mentioned for either option.

I took the FlixBus regularly, not anymore. Before this incident, other nasty situations occurred on the part of the driver and guests.

Leaving too early then brought the barrel to overflow.

Bad service! Bad drivers! At some point the low price doesn't justify the whole thing anymore!
