Mail request, if I have to declare the bike:

The answer was very bad. I had the impression to write with a foreign-language person (mail from Flixbus DE). I did not understand a sentence.
The answer was also wrong, because I did what was written to me (call the bike registration) and was then rudely rebuked that my report for the excess baggage was completely superfluous. I would have solved the luggage already.
For one thing, it was rude and on the other hand really amateurish amateurish. I expect from a customer service professional reliable information, what I have received is the very opposite ..... and that at my first booking with you .....
