Probably my last service visit. The first time I didnt even get a chance to talk to an advisor about my issue. It was dismissed and they decided on my behalf without discussing with me first, that the issue I was reporting wasnt worth the cost of investigating. They took my money and gave me my keys - however, the manager was very respectful in hearing my complaint. Today, my second service visit I recieved a call informing me that my breaks were nearing end of life. It would cost me $90 to replace them and I agreed. Once again, they took my money, $186 rather than the $130 I anticipated ($40 for the oil change and $90 for the brakes). Back to back bad experiences - pretty sure I m done with them. Bad news is, I am buying another new truck next summer and they aren t even going to be on my radar!

I have had good luck with their service. And I will keep taking my truck . However, just wanted to let everyone know they tried to get me to buy a $158 battery, they told me mine was no good. I took it and it tested after I picked it up and it tests good. I was trying to tell them the ignition switch a couple of times kept running when I started it but I guess I couldn't make them understand my problem. They called me when the service was done and told me the had to charge it, the battery was dead and it wouldn't start. I had it checked by another place and there is nothing wrong with the battery. All we could figure was they must have had it in the service lane with the doors open all day or something. But I am NOT very happy about them trying to get me to buy an expensive battery when there wasn't anything wrong with the one in the truck.

I called about recall on my 2017 F250 that Ford had issued from the NHTSA. The lady on the phone at service dept said they would look at it but not guarantee they would fix the recall. She said they would look at it but would only fix it if it was causing a problem. I told her it happens at around 70 MPH and felt dangerous when it happened. The truck felt like it was out of control. I didn't want to wait to see if the problem would cause an accident. I told her it felt unsafe and needed fixed. She then said if it caused a problem they would fix it. I told her it was causing a problem at 70 mph and was dangerous, it needed fixed! She said they would only look at it and only fix it if it was needed. When I ask for her name she hung up on me. Very poor customer service.

After a bad experience across the street from them, we came here, told them what we needed and they worked their collective butts off to make the deal happen. if the opportunity comes again I would definitely deal with Fletcher Auto Group and specifically the Ford dealership in Joplin. there are hard working honest people

I was told they could do a diagnostics test on my car so rearranged my whole day to drive from Neosho to Joplin to have it done. When my boyfriend went in, the lady at the counter acted like he interrupted her while she was texting and was extremely rude to him. She told him they couldn't do the test without even checking with anyone to make sure that was true.

Not a good experience. We asked for the salesman that had been helping my son previously. Bobby told us they would work together on the deal. He lied. Second, Bobby put the wrong price of the car ( a thousand more) on the paperwork. He then wanted us to sign a Handwritten note on a paper that said we would buy the car if we got a low interest rate. I refused and he acted like we could not go further until I signed the handwritten note he had written out. What is this junior high? Check the box if you ll buy the car? No thanks. He made the deal seem very sketchy and underhanded. Not the kind of treatment I usually receive from a Fletcher dealership. We walked out and spoke to the original salesman Sheridan. They need more people like him! If we had worked with him in the beginning we would have bought the car. As it was I just wanted to get out of there. Definitely will never go back.

I had a great experience with Fletcher! I actually did my sale through Michael at Fletcher Hyundai and we found the car I purchased on the Ford lot! Everyone was super helpful! I was a first time buyer with absolutely no credit so it was rather difficult but they did it and I'm so greatful!

My son had an appointment at 2:00 p.m. on Monday for an oil change and we were there for over 2 hours. The service was supposed to be free because it was the 1st oil change (which that was like pulling teeth to get). They rotated the tires and then charged for it. Nice way to treat a U.S. Airman. The lady in the service dept. was very snappy when I asked how much longer it was going to be before the car was done. I will never purchase anything from there. Crossroads claims they'll give you free oil changes and tires for life, so that's where I'll be taking my business. -Stacey Hervey

We've purchased 7 new and used Ford vehicles through the years. This was our first and last purchase from Fletcher. Our salesman (who is no longer there) was great, and the price was fair. However, once you drive off the lot, the service ends. I can't stress that enough. I'm not sure how that makes buying a used car here any better than getting a good deal at auction. The communication between departments is terrible and you CAN NOT get anyone to return a call. The last time I called, I left three messages, with the third one supposedly being hand-delivered to the finance manager, since his voice mail box was full. I've given up getting any return call or customer service and am leaving this review. For me being satisfied with a vehicle purchase begins with a great vehicle at a good price, but in the end comes down to taking care of the customer and the long-term relationship. We will save our business for Jimmy Michel Motors and will recommend the same to all friends and family.

I attempted to take my car there to get recall work done. Here is the timeline.
May 1st, Called to make appointment to get tested.
May 3rd, Not sure they did the test correct but told they ordered parts.
May 23rd, Called to check status. Was told they would call when they had the parts in.
June 18th, Called to check parts status. Was told they had the parts and would call back in a day or two.
July 9th, Called to check status. Was told they put a note on service reps computer because he was out and he would call me tomorrow.
July 10th, no call
I ended up calling Ford corporate and filing a complaint. lo and behold they called the next day to get me scheduled for the work. I ended up going to a different dealership in Ozark MO and was treated properly.
Update: Big surprise, they never called.

So thankful for the wonderful service team at Frank Fletcher Ford today! Our family was driving up from Texas to Springfield, Missouri for my husband to interview for a new job. Around Miami, Oklahoma, we started hearing something under our Ford F-150 hit and bang against the road. We pulled off and realized a big felt piece under the carriage of the truck was hanging down and needed to be taken off. We called the dealership and when we pulled in, they realized it would only take a few minutes to take it off. Instead of making us wait hours for an appointment and recognizing our time crunch, Dennis got it off and Jim reassured us that it wasn t a part to delay our journey. Thankful for amazing service and the kindness shown to us. You were an answered prayer!

Worst customer service ever! Went in once with an appointment a year after we bought our brand new 2015 ford fiesta to get our Windows fixed bc they were squeaky and they told us it would be 3 hours bc someone else came in before us even though we had an appointment. Now 2 years later they still haven't fixed them. Our car has acted weird since the day we got it And every time we called them they told us it was supposed to make that sound. No. I'm not stupid! Come to find out, our clutch went out so we called and told them about it, made an appt and they said to bring it up the following Monday and they would give us a loaner car. We live an hour away so we got there and they said sorry we don't have any loaner cars today! So we went back the next day and they replaced it and the day after we got it back, the car was even worst than when it went in. This place needs shut down bc they DO NOT take care of their customers and you can bet your ass I won't be buying from here again and soon everyone will realize what kind of dealership this is!

Great service, very knowledgeable staff! I gave them my criteria, and their salesman showed me everything they had that meet those requirements, and a few that were just outside. No brow beating, no back and forth counter-offers; just simple facts and numbers. I'll most likely be purchasing again from Fletcher Ford, when the time comes. I wasn't pressured into buying a vehicle; it was a welcome change of pace.

Next day a guy called and said part is in when can you come in. After I explained what arrangements were service manager called and said sorry we will get it tomorrow and then went a week without contacting me. Absolutely horrible service. Worst dealership ever. Every time I go my vehicle leaves worse than before. I went in for a faulty transmission, which also had a recall. Everything else in my car was fine. I was told none of the transmission was covered under the warranty or recall despite what I was told over the phone that is was covered. I drove it off the lot with no help. I notice wind noise is bad driving home. Now all of my doors won t latch and dash lights are on. Literally only after 30 minutes after I was just there. No one will speak to me, call me back. I have made several attempts. I m not sure if this is just bad service or if it is low level discrimination because I wear a headscarf. I am extremely unhappy, I m 35 weeks pregnant and without a functioning car for myself and family. I will be getting a hold of someone and believe me my complaints will be heard.

Very pushy sales. The guy who approached me was just sitting in a vehicle with headphones in when he saw me pass. Seemed sketchy til I realized he was a sales person. The car I wanted which was a great deal and had everything I had asked for they couldn't sell to me because they traded it to another lot while I was looking at the thing... Or at least that was the excuse. Then they tried to push other models on me saying they were better but didn't couldnt get me the model I wanted.

I would recommend no one comes here for service! My boyfriend brought his truck there to be fixed and they fixed it or so we thought. Not even a month passes by from this repair and that same part breaks and with it this time the motor breaks too. At this point we cannot afford to buy a new motor. You would think since it is there fault they would repair the truck well nope. So they say they can only return us the money back for the part in service money. Why would we want to come back to a service department that ruined the truck to begin with. So they give us $150 back from the first $600 repair we paid for. So now he lost $450 for a repair that did not even last ONE MONTH and he has no car to get to work!

The absolute worse service I have experienced. They didn't call to give me an estimate like they were supposed to. They ordered the wrong part at first which was a hose for coolant. So I was without my car for 5 days. Terribley unorganized and the worst thing is the service department is incredibly difficult over the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes every time I called them. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. Definitely not going there next time.

Started out not good. Took my car there for recall repair and some other issues. The girl who waited on us was in a hurry to get out of there and did want to make note of any of my other issues. She got huffy with me about insurance car for loaner vehicle because she thought I was ignoring her .my husband had told her he would go out and get it. We went out and got our belongings out of our car and went back in. She was gone so we talked to another repair person and he was very helpful and listened to our problems.

I will never buy another car at Fletcher Ford...We purchased a 2013 Fusion and the salesman was great. However after the sale the check engine light came on. We took the car into the service department 6 different times. The Manager Mark is a joke! He is rude, arrogant and disrespectful to my wife. Always talks down to her when she has questions about the situation with the car. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life....Do Not Buy a Car at Fletcher Ford!!!

My rating for you is like any other car dealership. Get you in TAKE your money and dont care about you after the sale. Because you failed to put my name on the title (which you admitted you screwed up) i cannot put my handicapped license plate on my car YOU sold us. I WILL not recommend you to anyone for you are not willing to help us out. Buyers beware of fletchers tactics.
