Incredibly smooth experience from beginning to end! I didn't have to settle and rolled out of there with EXACTLY what I wanted. Coady Wells was patient with me as my "wants" were many but was on a very tight set of boundaries! Thanks again, we will be back for our next Toyota for sure!

Tried to deal with them a few weeks ago on a used vehicle. Told the sales rep well before lunch I was firmly set on $300 @ 72 and if Finance couldn t meet that requirement then I needed to walk immediately. They kept me for two additional hours to only learn from Finance that the payment would be $335 @ 72 and they wouldn t budge.

Ended up driving down to Roper Kia two days later and buying a like new 2017 Sorento LX V6 AWD CPO with full factory warranty for the exact same money that Fletcher Toyota wanted for their four year old extremely high miles used vehicle.

The Fletcher sales rep used various guilt tactics after negotiations to get me to commit. Roper Kia ended up being one of the easiest... no pressure dealers I ve ever dealt with. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can tell are committed to long term satisfaction.

I m absolutely thrilled that Fletcher turned my offer down and let me walk!

The Fletcher experience is truly one in a million. They aren t your typical car dealership that harass you as soon as you step foot on the lot. Often you have to go find someone to ask for help. Toby was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars and helped me get into a truck that our family needed. It was hassle free and smooth process the entire time. Sometimes they are a bit slow but their professional appearance and attention to detail as far as looking over your vehicle to make sure all your fluids are at the correct level, systems are working correctly, and your filters are clean make up for extra time spend in the service area

Just bought a 2018 Highlander with them. We used Roger as our sales guy. I highly recommend using Roger. He is the internet sales manager. From start to finish he handled every concern and question that I had and I had a lot of them. We love our new car. I bought at Fletcher because of their great service department and have known a lot of people that have bought with them and love them.

I love Fletcher Toyota! They always treat me like I m their #1 customer even though they have an office full of customers. I have owned new vehicles in the past, but my favorite vehicle is my 2007 Sequoia! It has very minor things go wrong with it (mostly maintenance things) and every time I bring it in, the staff acts like I m bringing in a 2018 to work on. If they have to order parts or there s going to be a long wait, they send me home with a newer model car. The waiting area is nice, stocked with water and snacks. Honestly, the most friendly and professional service staff I ve ever encountered.

The process was very quick. Roger and the other staff took care of everything I asked for! Would absolutely buy from them again!

I have never liked shopping for a car or been a fan of car salesmen in general but this dealership has changed my mind. I was not mobbed by the sales staff as soon as I got out of my car which was a pleasant surprise. I met with Coady who I had been in contact with through email and test drove a car. I made an offer on a vehicle and it was actually accepted which was a first for me! The other dealership where the car was located wouldn't release it and tried to strong arm me into buying it from them so the staff and Coady worked to find me what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! They earned a lifelong customer!

Set appointment, arrived for 5K service. Service Tech Ashley had me In and out quickly, but not so quickly that I did not have enough time to see all the New Toyotas for 2018 on the showroom floor ... "sigh"
