On a recent trip we had a problem come up with our F250 truck pulling a toy hauler camper. Fletcher Ford in Joplin, MO was the closest dealership. It was on a Friday midday.
Service Dept. had no openings. The manager and diesel tech were so great to work us in. The manager said he would not leave us stranded and he was right. At first they couldn't diagnosis the problem. but they kept at it. Instead of heading back to Kansas, after a few hours we were back on our way for our weekend trip. Thanks for the excellent service. You didn't have to work us in but took the time to give us the service we needed.

My boyfriend's truck had some issues so they took it in. It literally sat for a week and a half before anyone touched it. This was disappointing because the excuse was they didn't know who it belonged to.

It was time for my yearly check up on my Ford Fusion, so i came to Joplin Ford to drop off my car and get my recalls done, an oil change, and i saw they had a coupon for Balance and Rotation for $45. So i waited 2hrs, which was not bad and i recieved my car. Upon driving the car, i could hear noises coming from the front end and some grinding when i brake. I let it go for the weekend only because i thought it was just the tires settling after the rotation.

The noises got worse, so i made an appointment to the Ford in Shawnee Mission, Ks to have them look at it since i could not make it back to Joplin just yet. I was informed it would cost me $70 to have them look at it. I called Joplin Ford to speak to a Lorie Black who is the SD supervisor and she was not very helpful with understanding my situation, but did tell me to bring the car back and could be just a clip.

I had to wait a week, but i called 3 times to make an appointment and explained the situation to 2 people. The girl Hannah i believe her name to be put me on hold and it hung up. I called back and a male answered and when i told him my name he placed me on hold and it immediately hung up. So i called a 3rd time and it went to someones voicemail.

I called Ford directly, who told me to go to the Ford In Liberty Mo close to my job and they were able to find the problem and correct it easily. If you go for service here... id suggest you get simple stuff done and go to a reputable place for major repairs unless you are forced to go to a dealership remember there is Carthage and Miami that you can go to as well for repairs.

I gave 2 stars only because they got the oil change right. If i could go negative i would have just given a 0 rating or a 1, but this is me being nice.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership!!! My salesman Bryan(no t) went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He helped me find a great car at a great price. He delivered the car to my house when it was ready and called several times throughout the first month to be sure I was happy with my purchase. There was a small issue he told me to bring the car in and after the mechanic looked at it he told me to take it to the Honda dealership. GM Matt told me to bring them the bill when the service was completed, which I did, and Matt had a check cut immediately to pay for the service needed. Great job guys and gals!!! Kyle went above and beyond to find me a great financing rate. I had signed papers for one finance company and a couple of minutes later a better rate came in so he then had me sign the papers with the lower rate. The next vehicle I purchase will for sure be from Fletcher Ford! Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

I ve had warranty repair work performed 3 times by fletcher service in Joplin. The most recent time was for an oil leak and rear view mirror replacement. They were very busy on the Friday that I dropped my truck off and didn t get it complete by the end of the day. No worries though because they found another truck for me to drive for the weekend so I didn t have to cancel any plans. When I picked my truck up on Monday they had repaired all I requested and they had also diagnosed and replaced a faulty ignition coil that they found while test driving my truck after repairing the oil leak. I really appreciate them giving the extra effort. Dustey and Lori were a great help.

Since I bought my car my experience at Fletcher Ford in Joplin has been exemplary. My salesman Kyle has been amazing and I couldn t ask for better. And today was an extension of the great customer service and the values they all hold. Love this dealership and the people in it I couldn t ask for better!

Buying from Fletcher was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.....
Bought a NEW truck, started having issues with it and took it back within 3 weeks!!
Fletcher had it for 6 weeks after that, then told me to come get it!
They said they couldn't fix it, and to file a lemon law NO OTHER OPTIONS, unreal!!!
I had to hire an attorney! It's been terrible dealing with this! Buyer beware
Trust me, They DROP you, after the SALE!!!!
It was my 3rd new truck from Fletcher, and they are great, as long as there are no mechanical problems. Will NEVER do business with them again!

old sales tactics. Lie to get you in the door and take forever to get anything done. Their online system does not work very well. I filled out their credit app online 2 times. I received a call from Chris claiming they had a preapproaval. When I got there I had to fill out another credit app because the ones online didn t go through. I told them when they called I just wanted to stop in sign paperwork and be gone. I didn t have time to sit around while they walk back and forworth 6 times. I came in and that was how they wanted to run it. So I left. Don t waste your time. Find a dealership that is up to date. Not one that wants to use 1995 car sales tactics.
