Jim was so kind, helpful and not a pushy salesmany type guy. I haven t purchased a vehicle for myself in 17 years so I was a bit overwhelmed. Jim took time to explain everything, found what I needed within my budget and went the extra mile to help get me into a vehicle. John and Stephanie were great to work with as well.
