Phenomenal! I had been shopping for a F250 Power Stroke 4x4 for about a month. I walked into Fletcher and was helped by Chris Epperson and we were test driving one within five minutes. They did not have the color I wanted but John the Sales Manager located one within 15 minutes with the exact options I wanted. The buying process was simple, no pressure, no hassle and very professional. It was the best truck/car purchase in the 42 years I ve been buying vehicles. I would highly recommend Frank Fletcher Ford. No hassle, gimmicks just the facts. Be sure to ask for Chris and John, no better in my opinion.

Awful salesmen. I kept telling them i don t want an eco boost mustang and that s all they could talk about. Finally asked if they had any other car on any other fletcher lot and was told no. An obvious lie. Then i was told going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder isn t going down a size another obvious lie or they don t understand engines. Either way I ve never met more dishonest salesmen in my life and wouldn t trust those guys with putting air in my tires.
Communication and planning are lacking. This week I called to set up an oil change and replace a couple of tires. I was put on hold so they could contact parts. That s fine, then I was put on hold by parts, also fine. After 7 minutes the lady at the service desk picked up but the parts phone was still playing the hold message so it was hard to understand her. She told me that they no longer carry the size and brand of tire I wanted. At that point I couldn t hear her so I went to fletcher ford service in person. The lady I was working with was adequately friendly and helpful. She did discover that they can order the tires I wanted so we made an appointment. I explained that I work 6am-6pm so I was going to drop my car off when I got off work at 6pm Wednesday and pick it back up at 6pm on Thursday, and she said that would work fine. I go to drop off they key today happy that this would all work out. It turns out that despite all of the discussion and planning and a sign on the outside of the service garage stating that the hours are 7am-6pm. The service department closes at 5:30pm. I could drop my car off with the overnight key drop, but would not have a time in the next 3 weeks to come get it back... this is just the most recent of issues with the frank fletcher ford service department. Between getting the run around on service prices, wether my car was still under warranty, incomplete work orders, and rude or hostile service schedulers I would definitely suggest going to a different Ford dealership for your service needs.
***Update***
The next day a manager from the sales side contacted me regarding this review (at the time it was 1 star). He was able to work out a plan that worked for my schedule. It was very apparent that he wasn t following a prebuilt script to try and repair an issue. This showed because he listened to the situation and went beyond any expectation to remedy any issues I may have. And not just with the scheduling process, but through the time I walked out the door as well. I feel confident that my vehicle will be in top form when I pick it up and that I can turn to them with any future maintenance or repair.

We pulled into the lot and was approached by a cocky salesman. I asked about several vehicles and got the usual, "you won't find anything at a better price at any other fletcher lot". I told him that we were going to go look at a hyundai senata and he insisted that we take one of his cars for a ride. I explained to him that we were not going to make a decision until we looked at all of the lots. He said, "well go look around and waste the day but you will just end up back here anyways". I told him we were going somewhere else. I did not have a good experience from the minute i stepped out of the vehicle. The salesman tried to pressure us into a vehicle that we were not even interested in. I have a wife and 2 kids and he recommended a smart car....wtf. I will NEVER shop at fletcher ford again, nor will I ever recomment it to anybody.
We knew what we wanted and the salesman got us into exactly that without any run around. They stayed 2 hours late to help us get into our new Explorer. Thanks again Hugo!

Took my car in for warranty work because the wheel barring was out on my font right wheel of my taurus. I called and set up an appointment first thing in the morning. I waited 2 and a half hours when he came to talk to me he said they didn't have the parts but they would be in in the morning. I came back 2 days later again first thing in morning again. I waited almost 7 hours! He has came by twice saying they didn't have the right part and it would be another hour. 2 hours later he came by and said they are still working on getting the part. Last time I come here and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to come here. Worst service I have ever had.

I purchased a 2018 F-250 lariat diesel and sorely after driving it off the lot the check engine light came on, when I took it back they weren't able to resolve it and told me I would have to visit the service department during their normal operating hours. Great looking truck and friendly staff, but not thrilled with this or the fact that they try to sell you products (i.e. insurance, warranties...) Before they let you leave which extends the whole process timeline.

About 2, maybe 3 months ago I brought my car in to get looked over for a good, thorough inspection. I informed them there was a rattle that had me concerned as well as a few other minor issues.
They originally told me that it'd be a few hours and that they'd call me back with the details. When they were about 15 minutes from closing, I had to call them and was told they needed to keep my car overnight and they'd contact me in the morning.
The following morning I receive the call and I'm told that my car needed all sorts of work. My breaks were bad, my lower ball joints needed replaced, my car had many leaks (though they were extremely vague and gave me no specifics). On top of that, they also told me they already did work on my car. They sawed off part of my exhaust pipe as that was causing the rattle and they replaced a burned out tail light. However, I never authorized them to do any work on my car at all, I simply wanted the inspection and go from there because I didn't know what I would and would not be able to afford. Overall, they quoted me over 700 dollars to get everything worked on, to which I said no way. I went ahead and let them replace the breaks but couldn't afford getting the ball joints replaced right then. However, for some ridiculous reason, they needed to keep my car overnight again.
Not wanting to pay what Ford was asking to replace the ball joints, I decided to shop around. I was in no hurry, so I waited until my finances were in order. Today, a little over 2 months later, I took my car to Reeves Tire and Auto in Webb City to get the ball joints replaced. Not only did they quote me a much more reasonable price than the Ford Fletcher dealership, but when I took my car in to get the work done, they informed me my ball joints were just fine and no new parts were required. This has made me doubt everything Ford has told me.
I know I'll never do business with them ever again. I hope anyone reading this will learn from my experience and be able to make an informed decision before trusting the people at Ford Fletcher with their vehicle.

I've looked for a good dealership service department since Crossroads went under new management. I finally found it here! I had not had great luck with them in the past, but with problem after problem with other local dealerships and especially Ford dealerships, I decided to give them a try again, and I'm so glad I did. Every single person I spoke to, whether on the phone or in person, were super kind and helpful. My service was done VERY quickly and good and for an amazing price! I will not be taking my car anywhere else!!!!

They lied to my mother about her financing options. And when there lies came around to haunt them, they treated her as if the situation was her problem. I wouldn't suggest doing business with Fletcher. Our experience was horrible. When you ask questions no one knows the answer. Or everyone has a different answer.

Buyers beware at Fletcher Ford. I won't go back. Was looking at a 2017 vehicle that had 30000 miles on it. At first they wouldn't give enough on my trade in. I walked out got no more than 5 minutes away and called me and said they could work out a better deal. I went back and got it worked out. After I signed the paper work i found out the vehicle had only one key. I've been talking to them with no satisfaction. There last response is the deal is done and I dont have a second key. Steve Cottle was no help and I've talked to managers with no help. So when you read they strive for excellence and satisfaction that's BS. Now I'm out 135.00 for a second key. I trusted them and thought they would do the right thing. No more trusting FLETCHER FORD.

Second purchase with this group. This time was worse than the first. Was promised a second key and was told they would steal one from another vehicle when it came in versus buying a new one. 5 weeks later and still no key even after being told it was shipped certified mail 10 days ago. VIN check was expired so I wasted a trip to the DMV to get plates. Title is incorrect. I could go on and on, even spoke with Jeff Woods and got nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Staff was friendly, got the deal we wanted for the most part. Couple days after I bought it, the battery is toast, had to be replaced. Just found out the driver's side A-pillar molding is starting to come off, and I doubt it's covered under warranty, so it'll have to be replaced. But overall it was a nice experience.

Have done business for several years. Recently purchased a 2014 F-150 and was offered 2 years of oil changes as part of the negotiations. Finally agreed on a deal. Came in for the 2nd oil change and they were "unable to find documentation" of the deal. I visited them in person and explained what happened. All I could get out of them was "We're sorry about the mixup, that salesman no longer works here". I have purchased 4 new vehicles through them and was never offered oil changes until now. And they didn't carry through on their word. Buyers beware, get everything in writing. A man's word isn't worth anything here. All of my future business will be going elsewhere.

My salesman Mark Howard on 11/16/17 was really decent to have. Non pushy....asked what I wanted and what I could afford. Multiple people stayed late for me due to work hours. Plus I got a present. It was that simple.

Horrible service department. Disappointed on many occasions and they have nothing but lame excuses and BS answers to a constantly reoccurring issue. I highly recommend taking your Ford somewhere else. I'm actually going to trade in my car for a Toyota to get rid of this issue once and for good. Adios Ford which is Hencho in Mexico!

My husband and I recently purchased a Ford F-250 truck in December. Our purchase experience was mediocre the usual experience for purchasing a vehicle loans vehicle prep and such. We were promised free oil changes when purchased and a tire warranty(haha). Needless to say our next two experiences with ford fletcher were awful. No free oil changes and horrible customer service to boot. We made an appointment and showed up for it and were told upon arrival there computers are constantly on the fritz and they had no record of the detailed appointment we made to have several problems under warranty and new tires to be placed. We waited over 3 hours were treated rudely and we are sincerely sure we will never purchase a vehicle again from Ford Fletcher of Joplin. Seriously disappointed paying customers who will not return.
Addendum: We waited 4 1/2 hours after we made an appointment and they still did not finish the work on our truck nor did they have the parts that were supposed to be ordered prior to our appointment. Worse experience ever!!!

Yet here I am still sifting through offers for cars and service reminders. I don't even live in the state!!
After three attempts to get my RV AC serviced I was told since they cannot drive it into a service bay they will not service it. I was hung up on once, placed on hold for 15 minutes then told they were closed and finally told no. Ford is Ford. If they will not service a van/RV then what do they do with all the commercial trucks in the area? Lost my business and glad I did not get my new car there too. BTW I could never actually talk with a service rep. They had the clerk tell me no.
When I bought my car they told me they will clean my car every 2 years like when I bought it the first day. I call today and they told me they dont do that? What a service.
I was pleased with the way I was treated. Negotiations didn t go exactly as planned but I thought I got a fair deal. Bobby, my salesman, was knowledgeable and informative and treated me with professionalism and respect.

Well first off all i trusted a salesman to make my scheduled maintenance appointment. We agreed on a time and date. He text me the morning an hour before my appointment. I got there on time and service didnt have an appointment for me. The salesman didnt make the appointment. Then he persisted in trying to sell me a 2018 mustang. My payment is 450 now and told me i could trade up to a 2018 for 1000 a month... Crazy!! Now to service. Last time i was there they broke the clips the hold the battery cover on. I told them to have the clips replaced. Check a tire and do regular check up. They checked the tire and got it fixed but didnt fix the clips then i noticed my coolant level was below minimum but yet it was checked "green" for good on the service report. Makes me wonder if they even checked my fluid at all! Definitely not happy with my experience today. Maybe my expectations are high but today was awful.
