Good service, neatly a customer toilet.

Trading is not a problem when something did not fit into my PC cabinet. They give good advice and look and think along with you.

Sometimes slightly more expensive but they make it good with service and advice and quality, something that is lacking at many other companies.

Have been a customer for years and hope to stay for many years.

Overall worth a recommendation.

A case for computer lovers and gamers. Did you previously have things like MyCom, unfortunately you have to make do with the Mediamarkt, BCC and Coolblue. Not every employee has the specific knowledge in the field of computers and so does Informatique. Your own repair department, the possibility to put your own computer together, all this is possible here. Incidentally came with someone who had a repair carried out and I walked around the store. However, there was no one who also took note of me, no greeting, not interested ..... nothing at all. There may still be a course "customer-friendliness" against it. I'm ready for a new laptop and I appreciated some interest. Better luck next time?

A worthless company. We ordered 2 pieces of laptop on Saturday afternoon and would receive it on Saturday evening. Today after Thursday still nothing received, no apologies whatsoever. DHL made a mistake sir, so you just have to wait until we fix it. We don't care that you have to wait. Thank you for paying 700 euros.

Only had to pick up a part. Nicely arranged. Was ready. Nice place with neat counters and staff. Given the number slot machines I think it can be busy occasionally. Parking free in the parking lot in front of the door.

Informatique used to be a nice store with good service. But I am really surprised about the technical service and the service.

I hand in my laptop and adapter. I think the adapter is broken and ask if they have a similar adapter. Eventually my adapter and laptop is checked for checking.
According to the employee, the connector of the laptop is probably broken. The advice is to take the laptop for further investigation.

Later I am called back that it is still the adapter. Research costs 50. New adapter 35 euros. Together 85, -. I say that I also initially said this to the service employee and that 50, - unnecessary costs were incurred.

Even though the investigation was not necessary. However, I still have to pay 50 euros. Sin.

Update: Customer service has handled complaint. Would be called back Monday, I never called back.

Great technical expertise, but insufficient in terms of customer friendliness and service. In a year's time 2x experienced that products are in stock on the website, but the order was only delivered days later, because it was not in stock. No message will be sent with information about this, so you just wait. No solution will be offered in the event of a call back about no delivery until you ask for an alternative. Then you will be offered a more expensive product without apologies or anything like a discount. The system is blamed. The website is out-of-date and therefore does not function. Customer for 20 years (private and business) but now just finished.

On 23-12-2019 I picked up my first game PC, checked if the mobo needed a bios update. This turned out not to be necessary. After mounting everything I didn't get a picture. Went back on 24-12-2019 and it turned out that mobo needed an update. That is neatly neatly solved free of charge and excellent service at the counter. Thanks !!!!

The service is excellent, the employees know what they are talking about and the range is very large. Delivery times are reasonable. The computers compiled by IT are well priced and meet the required requirements, they are also customizable. The web shop works well and is clear. Overall 5/5
