Good advice! Employee of the workplace department took ample time to think along with me, advise me and offer several solutions for my specific wishes. I had to drive 1.5 hours each way, but it was worth it!

Very slow collection counter, other customers whose products were collected later were helped earlier. Pre-ordering does not help, the products are only looked up in the warehouse when you come to pick it up. The printer that I came to collect was at least 25 minutes in the order crate before it was my turn, and that while there were a total of 4 customers, counting the undersigned.

Error on error stacked at Informatique, so I had to wait half an hour at the so-called "speed counter". Well neat that the missing product - as soon as it is in stock - will be delivered free of charge.

Good computer shop with extensive range. Informatique is special in the service they offer. They look at what the customer wants instead of selling as expensive as possible. I have been coming there for years with great pleasure.

It will probably eventually be a top store, but let's just say because this is bad. (yes I understand the crowds everywhere) I have now been waiting 4 months for my 900 euro 6800XT Sapphire Nitro plus. They never emailed me and informed me. Sometimes half responded to my mail. I emailed once a month. I just called customer service, they have no temporary solution, they have no compensation option, they have no perspective for me. He has no idea. He said no, we cannot proactively forward email to people. 900 euros! 4 months! You can't let us know twice if !? My free far cry 6 coupon code that has long since expired due to the late delivery is not helping. I get the rush but it's how you handle it! I have a 2500 euro system ready for 4 months !! I'm waiting for the graphics card and this way you guys just make the wait more painful! After 4 months I am also allowed to pause customer service! I said but in the end well then I will wait another 4 months or is there a solution? "Sorry for the inconvenience goodbye" Guys with 4.4 stars out of 1,500 reviews don't expect this. The company was recommended to me by friends of mine who were positive judged. At first it looked very professional. Unfortunately my experience turned out less fortunate. After my delivery order turned out not to function as it should be expected. Various attempts to resolve the problem via the customer service came to nothing. The perceived customer-friendliness fell and customer satisfaction is not a major business objective my experience. It is that I have to give 1 star to post a comment.

This store is no longer what it once was when they were still in Bergschenhoek. No more service to the customer, even if you have already purchased several systems and parts in twenty years. Bought a new self-assembled PC in separate parts to have them assembled in my old cabinet by their technical service. Would be done after a week. A week later: sorry, we are busy, the management is not giving us extra people, but the PC will be ready in a week. Week later: Yes, no, sorry, we haven't gotten around to it yet. Put together from misery itself, worked fine, until two years later the motherboard broke down. Of course warranty, but because I had not put the pc together by them, installation costs (25 ) would be charged. I immediately objected, it was entered into the system. Few days later I was able to pick up the PC, was charged 35, 25 installation fee and 10 for cleaning. I object to both costs, as I was not informed in advance of the cleaning and installation costs I disagreed in advance on the above grounds. Finally, after I started to act annoyed, the best man went to management and I walked out of the place without paying with the PC. So you have to stamp your feet on some service, otherwise you will simply pay incorrectly. Recently bought a USB sound card, especially for 5.1 surround, because my new motherboard had no optical out. I did not get to work properly, sent an email to customer service, but no response at all. Eventually, after a lot of messing around, the thing got to work itself. I will not come back here and will therefore not recommend this case to anyone (anymore). And trust me, they owed some customers to me ...

As a customer you are worth nothing. Bad treatment as a regular customer! If I buy a charger for a Lenovo, I was already advised when buying to go for a good brand and if it does not fit to not use the thing. It turned out there was no good plug. I would bring the thing back but I always failed in time. finally i went back (too late) no i am told that they will not take him back. so are the rules. No credit voucher to make up for the missed turnover and to keep a satisfied customer with a social circle around it. NOT NO NOTHING of that. You're a number. Advice "go to a store where you are valued as a customer when you bring your money" back then it was good there! - The thing is new and undamaged - the packaging is undamaged - the thing is common enough to sell! - No loss on a voucher I asked for. - a satisfied customer who continues to buy Now the customer is unsatisfied, the charger can eat himself and will not return if possible. Pay attention ! before you pull your wallet!

Customer for almost 25 years, but service has declined dramatically in recent years. Recently purchased hard drive that does not work, something appears to be broken. Certainly did not happen to us but the desk clerk refuses any cooperation because, according to him, they never sell broken items, so this is our own fault.

Never been to this company before, but she and the wehkamp had the 1100 euro laptop I wanted. Coffee over my old laptop was the reason to buy a new one. The employee indicated that, as I thought, it didn't make sense to repair the old one. The coffee ran out. I asked if he would just put that on paper so that I could justify that I would immediately bring a new laptop and he wanted 30 euros for that. I believe that this should be service, a service that I am used to at Yorcom in Vlaardingen, for example. I received the research costs back when I decided to purchase a new one from them. Service costs money here, the employee shouted, well that's good to know. This is the first and last time for me at Informatique in Berkel. Then we prefer the Wehkamp.

I had put together a game PC a month ago but my corsair mouse worked against me so I went back a month later today for the warranty options. And they tested the mouse and I could wait. immediately gave me a new one. Prima service informatique thank you very much!

A WORTHLESS COMPANY WITH WORTHLESS SERVICE !!!!!!! For the umpteenth time within the warranty period a problem with an Epson A4 / A3 printer. Another weeks without because the printer does not work, and that within a few months. after purchase and the first repair! The printer is returned to the factory. Note to seller: you still use a different printer. And yes I have, also only a few months old and also bought from this company .... But also defective! No solution there either. Little understanding and little support from a rigid company that gives no service when it sells me 2 bad printers. So when you have a problem ... you have a problem. Informa NOT! Informa NEVER-NO MORE ....! Part 2: The second printer that also did not function has been taken away .... First looked at the case by the 'specialists': they could not repair it. so send it back to the manufacturer: Epson. After a long time I was able to pick it up. The accompanying discs stated that the nozzles should be cleaned. I could have done this myself. and that I had to use Epson ink ...... If this were the case, the 'service' department could have done this too ... !!! Back home I saw that it just had original ink in it, and worse, the printer still didn't work. They came back again with the same story, we don't know, test run ... the conclusion was that the printer was defective and cannot be repaired by them. So send it again, for the 2nd time. Now again 2 defective printers, both repaired twice ... NOT SO !!!! A bad printer was given as a loan printer once, a 10 year old thing that prints spotty ....... What a bad company and bad service !!!! and that while the printer is several months old. They cannot supply a replacement, even temporarily. And that for a printer that only costs a few bucks for the company. Part 3 .... The Printer was returned on August 9th, now August 24th ....... NOTHING HEARD YET, so still no printer. INCLUDED !!!!!!!! WHAT A WORTHLESS COMPANY .... TOO MOVED TO HELP A CUSTOMER WITH A RIGHTEOUS COMPLAINT !!!!!!!

Really bizarre, an All-In-One PC bought from HP worth Euro 1199 in March 2016. PC is already broken, just over a year old. Called up and I only get 1 year warranty because I bought it for business. So I don't get any guarantee! They could have clearly stated that! They did not do this. You can expect such a PC to last longer than a year ???? A very bad thing, Informatique! Never will I ever buy something here again, and certainly no HP junk!

Excellent service (contact mail and resulting action), by far the cheapest (at least with my purchase). Not only promise that a package will be delivered the next day, but also do it. The major webshops can really draw a tip. Web shopping as it should be. Thank you.

I understand that physical stores are having a hard time in 2019, but where I used to talk to people at the advice desk I had a rookie yesterday. Customer here for 20 years. Had several cases just out of warranty where total was always offered a surprisingly strong solution. I thought about ordering an SSD around 22:15 last night. What do you think? In the middle of the Corona misery, ordered well after 10am? Exactly, just perfectly packed the next day at home. This is simply a top business. fair prices, the best service and good advice.

This company is not even worth 1 star. A defective washing machine within 3 months. Informatique takes 3 weeks to respond. And after the umpteenth time calling you will be told that you have to disconnect the foil yourself, and pack it. To top it all off, you have also lost your dishwasher for 3 to 5 weeks !! I find it really outrageous. And I don't call a guarantee scheme! I call this more demotivation in the hope that people will abandon it! I hope for computer science that they will come and solve this properly!
