Fine and large computer store. Been a customer several times both online and offline. Assortment is wonderfully large and varied. There is something to be found in every price range.

The prices are surprisingly good for a store with such a large property and amount of staff walking around.

The online and offline ordering process works fine. Easy to order online and pick up in the store, but also buying something directly in the store is a piece of cake. Almost everything in stock.

Quick service. It is honestly told what is going on, and if a new product has to be purchased when the old one is defective, then no overpriced laptop is recommended where a cheaper one is sufficient.

Informatique customer service is everything you are looking for in customer service; friendly, funny, helpful and anything is possible. No hassle, in a word perfect! Naturally they supply solid electronics that Top Koeriers has been using with great pleasure for years.

Great store with good service and competitive prices. Pick up works fine only really only go when you have the confirmation that you can pick up an order. Even if a product is in stock according to the site, wait for the pick-up message. The usefulness of reporting via the link in the email that you will pick up your order is not entirely clear to me, in the end you are just waiting because you only get in the queue when you enter or scan your collection code.

I bought a laptop for my daughter for school use.
After a few weeks the screen starts to flicker and I contact the service department.
He tells me to download a return form and send the laptop. I could declare the shipping costs because it concerns a warranty case.
Since they say it's probably something small, they can fix it in the house. Then it only takes a few days that I lost the laptop.
Sent the laptop and called two days later for status. Unfortunately he was not yet booked in and that may take a few days. After that an assessment has to be made where it needs to be repaired and after that it will be repaired.
All in all it can take up to three weeks.
I do not get the shipping costs back according to the other employee .......

I would think again before buying a laptop here that is a few tens cheaper than the local computer farmer !!

I am really so proud of you you just come up with a motherboard in front of me for little price with lights I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED and horribly fat that motherboard and called them for information about when it came and said it is on its way and tomorrow at so late at home with me is good survice I am also happy with you I will buy things more often from you really great I have never experienced and seen that a motherboard is located, but really the entire motherboard and my processor also fits perfectly and the video card from msi (good brand by the way) you have a lot of good computer stuff thank you for the motherboard !!! And one more question do you also have rgb fans who are suitable for the cabinet if so? Let me know soon and the amount of it then I know what to get!

Ordered a product and canceled it in 10 minutes. Again 10 minutes later received a message that the order has already been prepared for shipment and therefore cannot be canceled. No shipment confirmation yet, so no registration yet. Can send it back. What a waste of time, open the box again and just cancel the order ......

After the HP Omen action which went very fast the action was unfortunately over, but I was quickly pointed out the same laptop in the outlet. This ordered, nicely packed with all accessories. Laptop is in perfect condition and very happy with it. The customer service is fast, both mail and telephone. I recommend informatique!

I ordered a case for my setup , in a really good price compare to other websites.
It came exactly when they said it will come. The reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn t give so much attention to the protection. I would like if they also used a second box instead only the default of the product.

The technical service only knows how to solve very clear problems. The problem with my pc was not an obvious problem, which is then not picked up by the technical service, so bad service. They are also good at standard solutions, but that is also the case elsewhere. They are not the cheapest either.
Informatique is disappointing if you ask for more than standard work.

I had a motherboard with problems: random reboots. Problem identified by Informatique. Motherboard (MSI) replaced by new exactly the same type of motherboard with the same problems. Another type of motherboard with extra payment was not allowed by the head of technical service ... so, we had to buy a whole new motherboard (Asus) to get rid of the problem: Bad service.

Very bad customer service. After ordering a product, the description and image on the website turned out not to correspond with the delivered product. Customer service indicated that I could return this product, but had to pay the shipping costs myself for the new, correct product. This while they themselves acknowledged that this was a mistake on their part. Apparently the problem could only be solved if I took the costs.

Never before have I been helped anywhere so badly and unfriendly than in this case. I ordered a completely assembled system with a screen worth 2200 at the beginning of September. Due to a long wait, I only received a message at the end of October that I could pick up my order. Once in the store, a stack of loose boxes was put in front of me, due to a mistake by the staff. I had ordered a COMPLETE system, and not the individual parts (also paid for). The front desk staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful and told me it is what it is, we can't do magic with weird hand gestures. I was even blamed for not calling in advance, while I had received an email that my order was ready to be picked up!

Now I own my PC and it breaks within a week. Again with unfriendly staff behind the counter, where I was refused a return payment !!!! I spend 2,200 euros on a company and this is how badly I am helped. I drove 4 times from The Hague to Berkel and back for this bar bad service, for a system that doesn't even work.

Conclusion: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

Prices of articles are always a snapshot ... For our product (computer) very good price-quality ratio.

Has been a regular customer since 2001. But have known Informatique via the website since 1999. Informatique has a good website and the service is very helpful. Meanwhile to my 3rd self-assembled computer at Informatique. Unfortunately I took my first assembled computer at MyCom in 2002 and assembled it myself.

Informatique:
1. 2005: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ system
2. 2009: Intel Core i7 860 Lynnfield system
3. 2015: Intel Core i7 6700K Skylake system

They build in very nicely for 45 but the service and the build-in quality are just very good and cable management is very good at Informatique. Highly recommended! Informatique
