If you know what you want and place the order via the website, it goes really fast. The times I needed service helped well.

Today ordered various items online including a monitor which I still needed today and which was in stock according to their website.
Shortly afterwards I received an email that I could pick up the order.
It took at least 30 minutes to collect my order. Apparently they took their time to find the monitor which was not in stock. Very annoying, this was the reason for me to go there.

Been to different stores, tried different internet amplifiers without success! In computer science received good advice, bought DECO TP-link, after 15 minutes home installation the whole house covered with WiFi. People know what they are selling. Thank you very much

I had trouble logging into my laptop (windows screen). After 4 hours of calling Microsoft I got no further. Drove to the informatique and helped very quickly. This was well worth the 25!

Why do they let you order and pay for a product and immediately indicate in the order that it is out of stock? Then indicate that immediately on the site. I probably would have ordered something else. I have now paid and no indication when it is available.

I have been buying everything IT at Informatique for as long as they exist and have never been disappointed. Large assortment, good advice, low prices, and once needed perfect service by our own technical department.

Bad service and arrogant staff. Sent my laptop for repair, my damage was not covered by the warranty and even had to pay to get my laptop back.

After being a customer for 12 years and never having any problems, a motherboard and keyboard no longer worked and both were active despite the warranty period, they were not repaired or replaced due to claims that lay with me. (Yes I manually crash my system to bsod via keyboard drivers)

Scandalous! First and LAST time I order!
I ordered 3 the same products on Black Friday with a substantial discount (from 99 for 53), only 1 will be sent! Then I hear that they only had 1 in stock and therefore have to pay extra for the other 2 (normal product amount 99 euros without discount) if I still want to receive them.
Afterwards get a payment link that I still have to pay for 2 more. Called to ask if they can help me in any other way and the answer is 6 euros off, really outrageous.

First put your LIVE STOCK on the website and do not give people the option to order more.
Don't let people pay at all for something you don't have, because a surprise afterwards is something no one is waiting for!

One of the few physical computer stores where you can still receive excellent assistance from expert staff and where the products are also in stock. After checkout, the items are placed on a trolley so that you can take them to the car. Great thing, I will definitely go again next time.

PURE INSANITY: Very unfortunate client service. I'm still waiting FOR ONE MONTH for a 1800 euro reimboursement for a defective computer they tried to sell me. Now they even want to charge me 120 euros for the Windows installed (for a computer I that's not mine and I'll never use)

Tip: if you have already looked up the article and you are going to pick it up yourself, take the article number with you or show it on your mobile phone. That saves time.

Really bizarre, an All-In-One PC bought from HP worth Euro 1199 in March 2016. PC is already broken, just over a year old. Called up and I only get 1 year warranty because I bought it for business. So I don't get any guarantee! They could have clearly stated that! They did not do this. You can expect such a PC to last longer than a year ???? A very bad thing, Informatique! Never will I ever buy something here again, and certainly no HP junk!
