High-quality, well-known case. However, you should not want to bring your PC or laptop there for checking, because they leave it there for 5 to 7 days before they start and making an appointment is not possible. So then to someone else who is more sympathetic with the customers.

The Informatique staff always seems very knowledgeable because they know all the difficult IT words, yet every time I manage to come home with the wrong thing. The products are always slightly more expensive than the competitor. It still remains my preferred store because it is nearby and if you know what you need yourself, you can easily get by. My last purchase was a motherboard and a ryzen processor that, according to the guy behind the information desk, should work together effortlessly .... not so the motherboard had to be updated first, which can only be done with a CPU in it ..... fix that at informatique they are of course free of charge, but it does result in a lot of stress and an extra ride
This is my permanent place for my computer parts. Not the cheapest, not too expensive, almost everything in stock. I don't live too far away and pick up my stuff.

Display found in the webshop for a nice price, which only came on sale for an even lower price after ordering elsewhere. Sent an email to cancel and received a neat response within half an hour that it was arranged. Great webshop and great service.
The technical service only knows how to solve very clear problems. The problem with my pc was not an obvious problem, which is then not picked up by the technical service, so bad service. They are also good at standard solutions, but that is also the case elsewhere. They are not the cheapest either. Informatique is disappointing if you ask for more than standard work. I had a motherboard with problems: random reboots. Problem identified by Informatique. Motherboard (MSI) replaced by new exactly the same type of motherboard with the same problems. Another type of motherboard with extra payment was not allowed by the head of technical service ... so, we had to buy a whole new motherboard (Asus) to get rid of the problem: Bad service.

Disappointing. Laptop for 950 seen in the outlet. Was this already sold. Yesterday evening. But was still in store. Offered one of 1500. This is not a big difference though. You think, yes bargain. And then such a damper. Oh, there could be 30 euros from. We were not happy. Remove the sold items from your store at the time !!
Always good help and a nice store. Picking up orders is quick and easy. Service is excellent. Price a little higher therefore, but still great to do. Shop here for more than 15 years.

Have a new video card installed by Informatique. That went smoothly and professionally, as it should be. Yet I am not satisfied! Upon returning home the video driver turned out not to work correctly, so the resolution remained at 800x600, and this could not be adjusted. I spent more than an hour gurgling, searching, uninstalling, installing, cleaning up the registry, after which it finally worked. I can reasonably manage on a PC, but you will have to go back to the store with your system because the driver does not work. I asked Informatique for a response by e-mail, "how is this possible", but now I have not received a reply a few days later. While I was easily spoken to when I indicated that I was interested in buying something ... In short, a good start in itself, but this is ruined by poor / absent service after the purchase. This does not make me want to continue doing business!

What a worthless online store. Commitment after commitment not honored. Products wrong, defective and not delivered. Every time there is an error in their process, nobody picks it up and it is up to the customer to take action. I have never felt so NOT a customer as at Informatique. The labels and price must be purchased, none of the claims come close to reality. Better service on Aliexpress ..

Very satisfied with Informatique! A company can really prove themselves if there is a something "wrong". In my situation was a huge ergonomic mouse squeak when scrolling after several months. The mouse sent after contact by mail to claim the warranty and within 3 working days I had a new mouse! Neatly arranged; that's the way it's supposed to be. So next time I will be back!
